For Mother's Day, I searched (googled) for florists in Rienzi, Mississippi that could deliver flowers to my mother in law who is staying with her mother at the moment The website for Troy's Florist gives absolutely no indication that they are not located in that area It's only by clicking on contact them that you can find anything making reference to where they are actually located Not realizing this was not a local florist, I ordered a bouquet online to be delivered on Saturday, May Not only were the flowers never delivered, but I had no contact from the business until I received an email Tuesday morning, May 10, stating that they had been too busy to deliver over the weekend and would be delivering Thursday or Friday I responded that my mother in law could pick up the flowers and was told that there was no store front (again not that they weren't located in state), so we would need to wait for delivery On Wednesday, I received an email that said I would need to purchase
Do not use them, it's that simple Ordered placed for around $for a memorial service as they claimed to be "local" to where I wanted the flowers delivered and they are not Then, the almost, but not quite "local" florist (she was actually in another town miles away) who did receive the order called me and I was told the order was for approx$200, so they tried to pocket the other $ We cancelled and actually went into a local flower shop who was helpful and did a rush order
Placed an order with what was advertised as a family owned florist in West Milford, NJ The order was for $ They took my credit card info and immediately charged my card A few hours later, I received an email stating that they couldn't send my fruit basket, but for $more, they'd send a plant I called their number where a woman named Angela told me it was because of where it was to be delivered I cancelled the order and asked for an immediate confirmation I received an email that was a note, not a real confirmation, and was told it would take 3-days for a refund to appear I emailed back and said that wasn't acceptable, as it should never have been charged in the first place I then looked for ratings on the company, and found all of the complaints on this site WE are currently on hold with the credit card company to ensure that they don't pay the company, but this company is scamming people left and right This is what was advertised:
Best West Milford
Troys Florist (they are members of flowers) is a scam
http://donotbuyflowersfromtroysfloristscam.blogspot.com/p/welcome-to-troys-flori...⇄ /> They claim to be in East Brunswick, NJ but that might not be trueIt seems like a credit card theft organizationAs it turns out, they have very likely never delivered flowers to anyoneThey take credit card numbers, cancel the orders, and credit back the charges onlyNow I have to get a new credit card number
I ordered flowers for a funeral Their website indicated they delivered to the specific funeral home involved They took their payment and my cell phone number They did not ask for my email address
The next day when I went to the funeral, the flowers I ordered were not thereI called, and the rep said that the order was canceled as "undeliverable." At no point during the initial call was I informed that they could not deliver to this funeral home I was told I should have received an email I informed them I had not even been asked for it
They promised my refund within 1-business days This has not been received I emailed them yesterday, and they said they had a "glitch" and the refund would be pushed through yesterday Still no refund has been received today
On Friday I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday Saturday night I received an email saying that the flowers were not able to be delivered until Monday On Monday I received an e-mail stating that I needed to pay an additional $to get the flowers delivered because of the location TOTAL SCAM
If I could select stars, I wouldThis company promised to deliver flowers to a funeral we could not attendThe flowers never arrivedHow awful to think you're sending condolences to grieving family members, only to discover that nothing ever arrived
If you are ordering flowers out of town and search for a local florist in a particular area/city in order to give business to local small business owners, DO NOT USE "Troy's Florist"After a terrible experience with this "scam" order gathering business, I wanted to follow through on my promise to them to give them some "free advertising" on social mediaThree days ago I ordered a Christmas arrangement to be sent to my sister in *** so I searched for a local florist to place my orderI found Troy's Florist and ordered a nice batch that more than met the minimum order PLUS a $delivery chargeSmashcut to tonightthey email me this evening and told me that if we didn't agree to pay an additional $they would cancel the orderI didn't get back to them in time and they cancelled the orderI called them to re-place the order but they were insistent on the additional $and they would not guarantee tomorrow deliveryI talked to different levels of management trying to get them to live up to their original promise before giving up on them #Troysflorist.com #Troysflorist
I contracted with troys florist to deliver a specific bouquet of flowers depicted in a catalogue with a recipeThey passed a generic, order to a local florist who delivered a completely inferior bouquet of flowers worth about half the price I paid..Typical bait and switch When I emailed to complain they said the would remedy the situationI requested the contracted bouquet be deliveredThey refused , blamed the local florist and offered a 35% discountI called the local florist and was told Troy's never contacted the local florist and that the original order did not state the specific item I ordered from the online catalog
This company is a call center, NOT a real florist!
Troys Florist advertises as a local florist, when they are, in fact, not localThey took our $and placed *** order with a local floristThe arrangement was not worth the money we paid, and they only offered a partial refundFor a full refund, they would have to go to the recipient's home (who's father just died) and basically repossess the flowers
I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday march on 15th.She got the flowers and sent me a picI was beside myself because they were nothing like what I orderedI was pretty mad about it when I called TroysI demanded a refund, the girl told me to send her a pic of the flowers my mom gotI did and called her back right awayShe was really nice about and said she understands Im really upset and she would give me a full refundOk so I got an email that said to business days to credit my cardI googled reviews for them and all I saw was bad stuffI was pretty much kissing my $goodbye when days later it credited my cardI really couldnt believe itI wouldnt order from them again and take a chance, but at least they did the right thing this time
Dang, I wish I had read all these complaints before ordering flowers! I searched local florists and this came up Well I didn't know it wasn't based where I was looking The flowers (if that's what you can call them) were delivered on time but the quality and quantity did not match was I paid for I am currently about emails in to trying to get a refund but they keep saying substitutions are sometime required That I get, my issue is that the flower look crappy and there are about half as many as I ordered So far the offer is to refund 15% but I will no settle for that! If they don't give me a full refund I will contact my bank and report it as a scam What a joke! DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!
Ordered flowers online and did not recieve, tried calling and no answer, no reply, no email, no communication what so everThey did call me from a cell phone to say they couldn't deliver on the day I wanted, ###-###-####Total scam, there website looks real enough tho but I have seen lots of unhappy people with the same problem
I placed an order for flower with troysfloristOrder was not fulfilledI have to follow up with the troysflorist customer service several times, they could not provide me with any information regarding the status of my orderDo not do business with this company
This is not only just about a delivery issue, but a customer service issue My son who is overseas serving this country and his new wife, decided for Mother's Day to send both mother's a floral arrangement My daughter in laws mother received hers on Friday, May 6th and due to me being out of town, they opted to have mine delivered on Monday, May 9th, since this florist was overloaded with deliveries on May 8th My son was informed on May 9th my delivery would not be coming His wife had contacted the florist, expressed her dissatisfaction and was told either to accept delivery on Thursday, May 12th or cancel the order Needless to say, my daughter in law and son felt terrible that now his mother (me) didn't get an arrangement I contacted Troy's Florist myself, spoke to ***, who said she was a manager and she was dishonest and proceeded to tell me she offered my daughter in law a larger arrangement for the same price, but delivery to still be on the 12th My daughter in law s
Flowers ordered were not the flowers delivered
Anniversary presents are to be delivered on the exact date....or so you'd think I ordered from this company at AM for same day delivery I followed up at PM They apologized for not contacting me but they said "we can't deliver it today - so we rescheduled it for tomorrow, ok?" Ummmm NO!!!! Please run away from this company if you're even remotely interested in customer service Like many others here, I wish I read about this "company" before I place an order
Charged more than advertised price (they did notify me before charging the additional amount to my card)Arrangement did not look like advertised ("substitutions" - I was not notified prior to delivery)Some flowers wilted and dying (I was told that was my fault because I requested the arrangement be delivered by a certain time) They put the wrong name on the card, even after I called to ensure the right name would be on it (I ordered these for my daughter-in-law's birthday from my son who is deployed overseas They put my name on the card That was creepy) They offered a 30% refund Out of a $order, I was refunded $ You do the math (hint: that's not 30%) Never again
While my Mom was in the hospital I ordered a plant to be deliveredThe plant cost was before other feesUpon arriving to see her there was a small arrangement of flowers that were not the plant I orderedWhen I called I was given instructions to send a pictureI did so, as well as sending information that the tag that was left on the arrangement had a price listed as This was far less value than the product I orderedI recieved no call back the next dayWhen I called the customer service rep was extremely rude and dismissiveThe next day I called and tried to talk to a managerI was informed she was on the phone so I followed instructions to get an email and picture to herUpon receiving my email, the manager offered a 15% discountThis was unacceptable as this didn’t reflect the difference in product valuesThe final offer was only a 20% refund, which is still far less than the differenceThey refuse to refund the difference between what was ordered and what w
