I was tricked into using this florist when I googled for a florist in a town and they came right up When I asked the operator if they were in the town they told me yes - turns out they are in NJ - states away! They then called me the next day to say they could not deliver my funeral flowers since they church had told them there was not service Turns out they were not even attempting to deliver in the correct STATE! Oh waitthen a second phone call comes in and tells me they had not even made the arrangement since they could not locate the obituary for my family memberbecause they took the information down wrong Luckily I was able to cancel and order from a reputable florist in time I did get my refund back to my credit card, but I cancelled the card any ways since some operator sitting in their home had my information NEVER use this business!!!!!!!

Your website shows you are in Rusk, TX (very small town)… come to find out they are in NJ What a SCAM! PAY MORE MONEY - I don't think So!
Never Again will I order flowers from this fly-by-night company - They should be shut-down for their lack of honesty and service!

On October 25th, I ordered flowers for an employee's mother to be delivered the 26th I was given an email on the 25th of October thanking me for my order These flowers were to be from everyone at the company I found out on October 30th that the flowers were never delivered I immediately called and explained to them and the girl said the paperwork was lost She told me they would deliver it that day the 29th of October Today is November 1st and the employee told me that the flowers were still not delivered When I called them I asked for the Manager, and she told me she was the Assistant Manager and that the Manager was not in I explained the situation and she told me she would cancel my order and refund my money in a VERY RUDE manner and quickly hung up This company is VERY UNRELIABLE

I ordered the "It's My Party" arrangement to be delivered on 4/6/Unfortunately, the arrangement we paid over $to have delivered was on time, but not at all the product we ordered
The website promised the "recipe" of the following rich bouquet:

I realize that sometimes minor, insignificant, substitutions have to be made, but the arrangement sent instead of these flowers consisted of nothing but a few cheap carnations (which aren't even a part of the "recipe" let alone the ENTIRE recipe) The arrangement was supposed to have types of flowers, when instead the bouquet delivered included ONE type of flower and two fillers (fern and something else)

I contacted this business via the internet to send flowers to an individual whose son had passed awayI followed up to make sure the person/funeral home received the flowers and to my surprise they were not deliveredThese flowers were ordered on July 6, and I called several times to speak with someone but could never get throughToday I finally reached someone and they said that someone tried to call me in the past few days to tell me they were not deliveredShe also stated that they did not know the flowers were not deliveredThen the story changed to the one place they used in the past had went out of business so they tried other florist and no one would deliver to this areaWhen I ask to speak to the supervisor she said she was sorry but there was nothing they could do In addition, she stated that my money was going to be refundedOf course it is after I followed up but they never tried to contact meI would not recommend this florist to anyone

My father passed away on Sunday, November 13, We are located in ***, and the funeral was in Nebraska We found Troy's Florist on the chapel website, and decided to order a floral arrangement from this particular "florist" We placed the order on the 14th of November We chose an arrangement of white roses and carnations with baby's breath and a glass cross My brother lives in Nebraska, and was handling the arrangements He sent a picture of the actual arrangement that this company sent It was NOTHING like the arrangement my wife and I chose There were zero white roses in the arrangement, and no cross Instead, they substituted (without our consent) lilies and a concrete angel that looked like something that would be sent for a child's funeral This is unacceptable! My wife began researching Troy's Florist, and found out that they aren't even a florist They are a call center which takes money from consumers and then contacts local florists to tell them a genera

I have little time to waste on companies like this I ordered a table setting for a customer and Troy's pops up on the first page on Google so I called I placed my order with my credit card and they promised delivery the next day It did not show I called to find out where the order was and they said they had not processed it They promised to process the next day, and still it was not delivered I called again and they again said they had not processed it even though they promised it would get special attention and get delivered They are falsely advertising their capability They do not allow you to speak with a manager
They have found a way to use Google to pop up on any floral inquiry for any city to make them look like they are located in that city
This is a bad business I'm watching my credit card now to make sure they don't misuse my information

I ordered same day delivery of expensive roses and lilies to my sick girlfriend days later Troys florist delivered a very small order of cheap carnations I contacted Troy Florist and they said they reserve the right to substitute any flower they want and they did not care they were days late in the delivery They will not issue a refund because they said they did bring some flowers

I ordered what the florist has as the "ZEN GARDEN" on their website along with a balloon for my mother's birthdayWhen I ordered that, I confirmed at the time that they had it available, and was told "yes" She received a small Christmas Mug full of carnations and pine cones with no balloon insteadThey first offered me 10% discount, then 15, then None of which I am happy withThe purchase price for the Zen is plus for the balloon plus for delivery

We had a death in the family and I placed an order for a specific arrangement online The day of delivery the company called and said they would not be able to fill the order due to lack of specific flowers and would be filling it with random flowers they had in stock I requested the order be canceled because it could not be filled with the flowers that were originally promisedThe person on the phone acknowledged and said it would be canceled The cancellation was not processed and the arrangement was delivered after the Troy's Florist agreed to cancel it
When I contacted the company and informed them of the error they threatened that if I wanted a refund they would have to pick up the arrangement It's obvious they had no real intent on doing this, they were trying to intimidate me so they did not have to refund their mistake Of course I'm not going to have them pickup an arrangement from my grieving mother
It's unfortunate that companies like this exist which pray on
