Troy’s florist represents its self to be a family owned local florist when they are actually just a middle man that soures out to actual local florist This alone would not be an issue just not sure why they can’t be honest about it My order was never actually delivered but a call was made to intended recipient a day later who actually went to the local florist to pick up herself An extra separate fee was deducted from my card without my permission three days after I placed my order I ordered and paid for the Health Nut basket on troysflorist.com which was supposed to include fruit, nuts, heathly snacks but the recipient was given a flower/plant No one contacted me from Troy’s or the local florist filling the order in regards to substituting my order with a completely different order I contacted and emailed their customer service regarding a refund and the most they are willing to refund is 25%
I made an a bouquet order for my daughter's 22nd birthday for a bouquet of flowers that were called Purple medley, the vase was purple with white roses with purple flowers around itAfter my order was made and the money was taken out of my bank account I received an email that with the location from the delivery shop that'll be an extra $but because they talkd to the manager it was only going to be an extra if I wanted to cancel I needed to call cuz you can't cancel by emailI called to cancel my order and the lady was very rude to me did not let me finish one sentence interrupted me and said I wouldn't be charged the flowers were already sent out I hung up I wasn't dealing with her anymore.They deliver the flowers anyway they were orange ugly flowers with a clear vaseI emailed them back telling them that they delivered the wrong flowers and they said send me a picture so I sent them a picture and they said because the florist didn't have what I asked for I got what the flor
Product delivered was completely different than what was ordered I contacted business multiple times and sent photos of what was delivered Company ackowledged that I did not receive what I ordered They refused to provide me refund as I explained that I never would have purchased what was sent I advised company that I would be disputing the charges and that I felt the transaction was fraudulent I do not wish for other people to have this experience
I canceled an order with Troy's Florist because they wanted to charge me extra money and could not deliver on time as promised The flowers were for a family funeral I received a written email confirming that I would be refunded $ To date, they have not refunded the money They provided a $refund for my difficulties with the order They claim the flowers were delivered I have family members who confirmed the flowers never arrived When I contacted them about the written confirmation they would refund my money, they declined to refund my moneyThis business is also a scam because it advertises itself as a family business in KY when it is not in KY

Well, I certainly wish I had seen Revdex.com's site before I ordered flowers from Troys Florist It is amazing to read that everyone has the same complaints!! First of all, not a local florist -- which is what I was looking for originally Secondly, flowers not delivered on time -- a day late and after calling getting very little help from them They would not give me the name of the florist who actually delivered the flowers Thirdly, they didn't send the arrangement I ordered and paid for Now I'm going to attempt to get a refund but don't expect that to be easy as their customer service email address doesn't seem to be workingHow is it a company that has so many complaints is still in business??

On October 25th, I ordered flowers for an employee's mother to be delivered the 26th I was given an email on the 25th of October thanking me for my order These flowers were to be from everyone at the company I found out on October 30th that the flowers were never delivered I immediately called and explained to them and the girl said the paperwork was lost She told me they would deliver it that day the 29th of October Today is November 1st and the employee told me that the flowers were still not delivered When I called them I asked for the Manager, and she told me she was the Assistant Manager and that the Manager was not in I explained the situation and she told me she would cancel my order and refund my money in a VERY RUDE manner and quickly hung up This company is VERY UNRELIABLE

Ordered arrangement of flowers to be delivered to friend in ***, NC The arrangement and delivery fee totaled $ When my friend received the arrangement, she sent a picture of the flowers to me They looked nothing like the picture on the website Carnations were substituted for roses; the sunflowers were drastically smaller and different from the picture, and the greenery looked nothing like what was used in the arrangement on the website Even the container (which was shown as glass on the website) was different I contacted the company which offered me only a 35% discount stating that they sometimes have to make substitutions That would have been okay if the flowers they used were of equal value Also, the arrangement was represented as a deluxe version There was nothing deluxe about the flowers my friend received only the price This is advertising and from what I see NOW on the internet, this company has received many complaints for this same issue How

We ordered flowers over internet...even paid an additional $delivery fee (disclosed/requested after the initial order was placed) The recipient never received the flowers When we contacted Troy's Florist...explained the flowers were never delivered...all the person (Kayla) would keep saying is
"we have delivery confirmation" We are 100% sure the flowers were never delivered because they were sent to an employee...she never received the
