Revdex.com in regards to this companyI feel that the matter was not properly resolved because the response from the HY Cite company was partially incorrectThe equipment that was financed was returned within the same week or two of purchase due to I was not satisfied with the equipmentThe account was then accredited a refund and that left me with a delivery and pick up feeYes it is true that a letter of bankrupt was automatically sent to Hy cite and they did not hesitate to forward that information to all credit bureausI did not follow through with the BK and had sent Hy Cite the letter of dismissal that came from the attorney officeThe lady over this account by the name of Lisa Craker has not returned my call so they could straighten things out with the credit bureaus and I pay my balanceLisa number is ###-###-#### and I left several messages already on her voicemailTranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Correction to a credit reportselectDesired Outcome:I would like to be contacted by this company and resolve this matter

RE: Hy Cite defective jar.I am writing to inform you that I disagree with the new version of the details Mr*** has provided for your officeI never contacted Hy Cite to complain about the bladeI was never informed about returning the blender for any inspectionOn the contrary, I was asked to wait for them to replace the defective jar and that was the reason they assigned that number to meAccording to the representative I was going to be contacted by them when the new jar was ready to be replacedI do not trust this company any more due to the fact that they are not accurate with their informationThey are not honest with their customers and do not assume responsibilities for their mistakesI would like to return the blender to them because I am unable to clean the jar due to the way it was manufactured. However, they need to give me my money backI am not going back and forth with stories that are not true and if they have a problem I can contact the news on TV to show them the defective jar so they can see the true about the blenderToo many people working for this company and no one keeps up with the storiesI am not dealing with them any moreThank you

In review of the complaint received by *** ***, we have a sales order that was signed on March 10, for the Vortex Blender and a Double GriddleOn the sales order our Notice of Cancellation states that the order may be cancelled prior to midnight of the third business day after the order
has been signedSince that timeframe has passed, the account is no longer eligible for cancellationThe blender, however, is still covered under the warranty and we will be more than happy to honor the warranty on the unitBelow is the warranty on the blender: Royal Vort-X Blender: Hy Cite warrants that your Royal Vort-X Blender motor and jar assembly will be free from defects in material and workmanship for years from the date of purchaseAll other components are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for years from the date of purchase Per notes on the account, we see that Mrs*** has already spoken to our Customer Service Department and will be sending the blender base in for warranty inspectionOnce here the base will be inspected and either repaired or replaced with a new oneShould you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us *** *** Assistant Manager Customer Care Department

In review of the complaint received by *** ***, per notes on the account we do see that the balance on the account was paid in full on May 16, On July 18, we received notification that the Royal Prestige account was included in a bankruptcy so the account was noted as such

I *** *** on behalf of *** *** would like to reopen the complaint filed back in May regarding the questionable sales practices of Royal Prestige's Representatives *** *** and ***, not sure what her last name isNot only was proper warranty protocol not followed for a dollar filter that we purchased back in but there were two filters we were being charged for on the account when we were only in possession of oneAs a result my mother's credit score was lowered significantly due to the credit line increase that was requested by the sales representativesAs a sales rep for over years in the retail business I have never come across such practices and this issue needs to be resolved accordinglyMy mother's credit scores needs to be raised again back to its original state and the harassment calls threatening to send her to collections needs to stop because the problem was not caused by usThank you and have great day

Unfortunately since the merchandise is for only household use and the cancellation timeframe has passed, the cancellation of the order is no longer eligible and the cancellation can no longer be accepted

In review of Mrs***’ statement, the refund of the monies she is requesting is not an option at this timeAs previously mentioned, the cookware has been in their possession since approximately the beginning of August of and there are no notes on the account from either Mror Mrs*** that there has been an issue with the cookwareIf the cookware is in need of any warranty service, we will be more than glad to have it inspected and if need be replace it, but a refund of the cookware is not an option at this timeAs long as the account remains in a past due status, calls from our Credit Department will continue to try to bring the account to a current status

application it states “important information about interest charges, annual percentage rates (APR), and finance terms are disclosed on the reverse side of this agreement.” The APR charged to Mr***’s account is 24% which is outlined on the credit applicationBy Mr*** signing the credit application, he agreed to the terms and conditions of the finance planWe are also including a copy of Mr***’s payment history to show that all payments made to the account are being posted properlyShould you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know *** *** Assistant Manager Customer Care Department
