We understand Ms [redacted] ’s concern, however the warranty period for the strainer has expiredThe previous times the strainer was replaced, it was covered under the year warrantyAs of December 2015, the warranty on all non-motorized components had expired and in order to have the item replaced, a cost will be required

When the company has said they wrote it off as bad credit and one of the managers still trying to collect on a account that they no longer have.I would be more then happy to give you his number and the texts messages

In checking again with the Independent Distributor’s office, they have not received any cancellation request from Ms [redacted] via mailThe only cancellation request on record, is the one that was done verbally and was after the allotted timeframe to accept the cancellationMs [redacted] will remain responsible for the account

We do not offer a return policy, we only offer a cancellation policy which is specified on the sales order that was signed by Ms [redacted] If Ms [redacted] is not happy with the merchandise, she will need to speak with the Independent Distributor’s office that she made the order with to see about them offering a cooking tips and possibly a cooking demo with her cookware

On the sales order is our Notice of Cancellation that states that the customer may cancel this transaction prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of... the order. Since this timeframe has passed, the account is no longer within the allot [redacted] timeframe to cancel, therefore, Ms. [redacted] will remain responsible for the account and its associa [redacted] balance. With regards to the burnt cookware, we have notified the Independent Distributor that made the order, and they are willing to assist Ms. [redacted] with cleaning the burnt item. Also in speaking to the Independent Distributor, they have informed us that they have left voicemail messages for Ms. [redacted] to return their calls for them to provide assistance.
