For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After reviewing hy cite enterprise llc response to my compliant it seems that they don't fully understand the importance of the issueTheres more unsatisfaction towards this company then just the $that were failed to credit meOverall I wasn't giving any help from anyone, and in return got billed over $for two cookware and one filter in which the cookware did not work to the standards I was told they willTo top it all of, till this day I'am being harass by *** *** (manager of sales) who is calling, texting ,and threatening me at any time of the day*** also has told me plenty of times that he wants his products back due to the fact that the finance department has contact him and charging him the cost of the productsAs I mention before I'm willing to return the cookware by receiving a full refundI am very disappointed not only with the product but also with the customer service I have received.

Revdex.com:Yea that whole day policy isn't even mentioned first off and you don't even receive the product in that time frameThis is an entire scam and until this is erased off my credit report I will not be satisfied and I will make sure to leave a bad review warning others to avoid this product and scamIt's like I can return basically anything to a store if I decide that it is not what expected and get my money backBut with this scam of company you can't return a product you are not satisfied with and does not do what it is intended to do I should be able to return the product that is what customer service is forbut with this company you get tied into a scam and now a tarnished credit report because a company will not give an unsatisfied customer the benefit of the doubtThis company even tried to charge the credit card I used to pay the taxes on when I could no longer make the payments without my permissionLuckily for me the card they had, had been cancelled for fraud so they weren't able to access my cardBuyer beware it's nothing but a scam so be prepared to be out over grand if you purchase their joke of a productAll I want is this junk off my credit report

I understand there was a day cancellation policyBut I do not want to make a cancellation, I want to make a returnMost people make a fair assumption that there is a 60-day return policy on any purchaseThat way, buyers have time to receive and try the product, and figure out if it is worth the money they paid for itThese products are notI am not interested in using the warrantyIf I send them for warranty inspection, I will have to buy a new set to use anyway while they are being inspectedI do not have the resources to be paying for sets of cookware, nor do I want to be doing that

When I received the ply cookware, I used two pans and I immediately noticed the difference on the qualityI called Royal Prestige and explained to them my frustration on the quality of the pansRoyal prestige wants to give me an extra ply pan as compensation for the difference that I am not using or will useThis is a solution that only benefits Royal prestige and not their loyal customer who was given a year warranty on the set of pans I bought. Royal prestige is not willing to give a refund but is forcing me to keep or take a financial lossI simply ask that they honor their year commitment warranty of replacing the cookware with the same quality and quantity of cookware that I originally purchasedIf they are not able to fulfill, then I am seeking a full refund. To make matters worse, the cookware that is being sent as a replacement is product that is currently discontinued by Royal PrestigeNot only have they failed to honor their year warranty commitment, but they have utilized this opportunity to do away with their discontinued product

The only reason why my account failed to post HyCite's transactions were because they were attempting to charge my account more than once a monthThis was not only in breech of the agreement within my signed contract where it indicates that they charge my account once a month for the amount of $but because they attempted to charge my card more than once this caused their charges to appear as fraudulent charges on my account which then caused their charges to be blockedThey attempted this more than twiceThe first time I was alerted and contacted them immediately and made double paymentThe second time I was not alerted and believed that my charges were going through.This company had my email address and failed to send me a letter to inform me of my default in my account and further failed to inform me to whom this account was transferred to in order to request payment.I received a call all of a sudden from whom I now have come to be informed of, *** ***, where he failed to Identify himself and began to threaten and harass me*** *** has been reported to the WCPA, State Attorney General's Office, Oklahoma City Police Department and the FDCPA for failure to comply with my rights as a consumer and for failure to identify himself, additionally, for harassments and for threats.HyCite failed to provided me with the proper documentation and only did so when I requested from *** ***, once I confirmed his identification, that he provide me with a Validation Notice.I have a copy of this notice that HyCite provided to me through e-mail, in which they drafted on July 15th, this was days after *** ***'s initial contact and the day of the deadline threat that *** *** gave me for payment.HyCite did have my email address and this was apparent with their ability to contact me through email with this validation notice and of which the email was on the very same contract I signed, of which they emailed me a copy of as wellHyCite's failure to inform me through all communication methods and their illegal double charges to my account caused my account with HyCite to go in defaultThis was of no fault of my own and I believe that their inability to inform me of such actions through all means of communication should not cause my account to be displayed negatively on my credit score, it should not have accumulated late charges either.Lastly, Although this has been in dispute and reported to several agencies, I have communicated immediately with both HyCite and *** ***, and have established a payment plan with *** *** and have already started making payments.I continue to request that Hycite rectify my negative credit score but that they also remove any late charges due on my account due to breech of signed contract.Thank you,*** ***
