While I appreciate the courtesy of the corporate office satisfying this rebate, my complaint from the onset goes well beyond the problems I've had with Rebates International, to whom Menards has apparently outsourced the handling of all their rebates to I'm just one of far too many customers who are having similar issues with what appears to be a pattern of chronic mishandling, complete loss, or other mix-ups in that company's mismanagement of rebate applications The only solution as I see it is for Menards to step up to what should be their responsibility to the customer by tackling the problem at the source and not just continuing to overlook it - possibly starting with some formal correspondence to Rebates International expressing concerns over the numerous reports of customer dissatisfaction in mishandling of rebates and possible implications this may have should there not be a notable improvement in the future Regards,

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matterThe issue is not with paint from a smaller bucket to a larger bucket that does not make an exact match that was mixed in the same proportionsThe issue lies with a separate type of paint that was mixed not to the same proportions as the initial bucketEven though the sheet that was given to the paint technician was an exact match from the initial bucket for some reason or another they chose not to mix it in the same proportionsIn regards to several coats of edgingWhen paint is applied it does appear slightly different when wet then when dry so it is not always perceptible at the time of application if there is not an exact match if the colors indeed are closeAlso paint that is applied with a brush around the edges versus paint that is applied with a roller on the large Open Spaces on the wall frequently require multiple coats in order to get a like appearanceAnd as would make sense the larger areas were painted with the gallon buckets of incorrect paint in the edges were painted with the smaller bucket which was the appropriate colorSo in order to have the color that was purchased on the entire wall you are correct in that the edges would not need to be completely redone but the entire walls would need to be repaintedOn a side-note of little importance to this discussion of all the times I have purchased Menards paint at several different stores I have never had it recommended to me to mix small buckets of paint with large buckets of paint to ensure a uniform color

rebate clearinghouse on his behalf and have been
informed that they have not
completed processing the rebates submitted for the price adjustment offered on
the date of Mr***'s purchaseThe $rebate he received was for a
purchase completed on 2/19/Rebate submissions for purchases made on 2/9/
had a final mailing date of 3/18/and, due to the heavy volume of rebate
submitted, the clearinghouse asks that 6-weeks be allowed for processingIf
Mr*** has not received the rebate for his 2/9/purchase by 5/15/17,
please ask him to send a readable copy of his receipt to my attention at the
address shown below and I will investigate at that time.We value Mr***'s business and appreciate his

Jeff ***its too bad that we went to Menards and purchased a new refrigerator and had as many problems with itWe have have new mother boards and both doors have been replaced due to rust whirlpool made their end goodI think it is bad that a large company like Menards would treat their customers like they don't matter we just thank goodness for lowes and Home Depot and will never shop at Menards againI also purchased an extended warranty so let's hope if I have any more issues with the appliance that we don't have issues with extended warranty.bery disappointed in the customer service at Menards very poor

Menards never acknowledged the fact that their employee signed my receipt that I would receive the full rebate on the wood and if I was told that I would not get the full rebate why would I not wait one more day until the 11% started

When I ordered the door they used my phone number to look up my accountThey did not ask for a email addressEmail is a poor way of comunicating with large companies, due to spam filtersI was told by the menards employee they would call me when the item comes in, not that I would be emailedThey could not email me due to they do not have my email they do have my phone number though
