on the light fixture is held an administered by [redacted]. While we will accept
the return or exchange of the fixture, the decision regarding repair and/or
labor compensation must be addressed by the warranty holder. The fixture was
not installed by us and was not sold with any labor warranty.We

The add ran from 7-5-2015 to 7-18-2015, on page 6 steel panels, smaller print reads 1.95 a lin.ft . A ten foot piece should be ( 10x1.95=19.50 ). They have it at 19.88. Does not sound like much, but on my small roof it's about 25 bucks. Multiply that by the volume they do with this product ( well you do the math ).You check the difference between lineal ,linear and square footage and you will see what I am seeing.I don't believe I am being anal about this as some might think, it's just wrong that they and others are getting away with this type of wording.Again, check the difference between lineal , linear and square footage ( Google explains it quite well )Thanks for listening and contact me if needed[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  The information and statement that I did not research the item is a complete fabrication.   When BOTH my wife and I looked on line before going to the store there was NO DESCRIPTION on line...  NONE     I know this to be true  because I printed off the entire website posting  when I went into the store to make the complaint in the first place and show the entire website description to the store manager.  The store GM even agreed that there was no description about size other than the bold ad type    but NOTHING about actual size as the store is now claiming. Also in this complaint is the fact that the store manager was rude and disrespectful to me in front of my kids.   Why is that not addressed.      Menards added the description to the website only after I brought the complaint forward and now are using this to get out of the claim of false advertising

satisfactory to me.  Yesterday I filed a complaint and am unsure how to add my reply or remove it. While all the information was correct, the main reason for my complaint has been resolved. The rebate center Menards has had no knowledge of a rebate coming to me, however I received a rebate check in the mail today. Well beyond the 6 week wait that I had been told. Regardless, my main complaint has been resolved

[redacted] will not be getting a diagnostic report. He has run around enough already for this mower. He would expect that Menards could track down a report, so that he is not further inconvenienced.
