This is the first time we used a moving service and did not know what to expect, had some concerns*** and *** arrived and minutes after they were in our home they felt like familyVery professional, hard workers, did not stop, but kept movingThey were good about asking us what we wanted moved and where we wanted it put in the new houseThey have a great sense of humor and kept Judy and I up beatThese men were a real blessing to usThey are the companyWhen we hear or see a truck of Two Men And A Truck we smile and think of *** and ***Your company has truly blessed usThank you

Customer / Complaint: *** ** *** Dear Ms***, We are contacting you concerning our customer *** and *** *** and your communication date January 13, We moved this customer on October 29, 2019. The claim department first received a notice that the customer was reporting damage on November 18, 2016. On November 28, 2016, I emailed Ms*** requesting specific information needed to evaluate her claim for damages. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK has made subsequent requests for the information on December 19, 2016, January 5, 2017, January 19, 2017, and most recently on January 24, 2017. Mr*** continue to reference phone call message which have been exchanged between TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and the customer. However, we requested specific information on November 28, which is needed to evaluate and adjudicate the customer’s claim. We have included a copy of the email chain for your review with respect to what has been communicated, what has been specifically request and when. To date, we have not received the requested information from the customerWe encourage Mr*** to carefully review our prior requests for information and to submit the information needed for the review of the claim as soon as possible. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK has also received notice that Mr*** has disputed and charged back a portion of the moving fee. We will be responding to that action separately. Please note that accordingly to the Moving Services Agreement between the customer and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK states, “No damage claims will be honored until the charges for moving services have been paid in full.” TWO MEN AND A TRUCK will be fighting this action. We do hope that Mr*** submits all information requested. I signed up for water line warranty in July I Called and confirmed they received the enrollment formI never received an invoice but the company deducted a payment from my checking acct for the water acctI called in Jan to file a claim and they stated my acct cancelled in Oct for non paymentThe last debit for the water acct was Sept 19,

On the day of the move, I first signed a contract that said Two Men and a Truck would replace or repair any damages at full cost on their part. It is labeled as legally binding on the documentI can provide a copyIt does not reference a Valuation FormI do not recall signing a Valuation form and did not have a copy of oneI was only made aware of its existence when I called to discuss the damagesI was provided with a copy of it upon request, while I was provided with a copy of the original contract that said I would be paid in full, on the day of the services This Valuation form does not say it is legally binding anywhereIt was a "texted" copyI have not seen an originalAgain I question why anyone would agree to the Valuation terms when they had already been given full coverage at no additional costI did not have the opportunity to accept their payment of $They simply issued it first in part ($100) before I could speak with them to agree or disagreeAn additional $was only issued upon second contact on my part, to complain that $was not acceptableIt was then I was informed of the Valuation form and that I had agreed to $.60/lbThey knew the weight of the fridge when they issued the first check, that was undervalued even by their Valuation standardsIt seems to me they were trying to squelch even on their own dubious second agreementI have only received a check for $to date and have not cashed it The original $has never been receivedI feel the "Valuation" document is in direct conflict with their original contract and question its legality

*** *** regarding me needing to chose an insurance option I spoke to her on the phone that same day and was told that I do not need to select one I did not sign anything stating the valuation that I agreed upon My Mother had signed on my behalf and I was not made aware of it until my move was complete and the movers asked for my credit card for payment I am years old which means I can legally sign off on the document If I wasn't able to be found, I was probably out looking for one of the movers moving my stuff Again, I did not approve of my mother signing anything Furthermore, Two Men & a Truck had complete neglagance of my property I want more money for the couch or a full reimbursement Like I said, I cannot find anyone who is able to fix it

Spoke with the company today and they have offered an additional refund for the customer service issues and miscommunication and will send the forms for the desk to be fixedI am satisfied with what they have offered

My mother is years young and had this warranty for several years nowShe had a water line under her house break in Oct (months ago)I was helping her out with some bills and came across this warrantyWhen we called to see if they would help reimburse her some of her expense ($6,229.20) they refusedThey informed us since the repair was over months old they couldn't help
WHY????
This is a service you provide under your warranty so regardless of when it happen it should be coveredAll she was thinking about at the time was to get her line fixedand since she forgot about this warranty, that she’s been paying on for years, she's SOLHow is that fair to her.?!?!?!I will make sure every review place I can find on this company hears about how you treat the elderlyNice Customer ServiceNOT !!!!!

I would definitely recommend Two Men & a TruckThey were very professional, time conscious and well organized throughoutThis was a business move of sensitive files that needed to be handled with attention to detail and these gentlemen surpassed my expectations I will call them again for any move that presents itself in the future, personal or professional

Our Terms and Conditions are clearly explained on the documents customers receive before and at the moveI do not know specifics of other companies and customers have the freedom and responsibility to explore these options when making any purchase. We offer full packing and unpacking services as well as a full line of boxes and packing supplies. Our pre-move letter clearly states that TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is not responsible for damaged items not professionally packed by our team. Our movers go through training classes for packing and if we are hired to do so then we take full responsibility for the contents of the boxes. In our Terms and conditions under mover's liability, section d it states: Mover shall not be liable for any fragile articles injured or broken, unless packed by its employees and unpacked by them at the time of delivery. Our movers unloaded one of the 26' trucks into the garage per the request of the customer and due to the circumstance of the occupant not being removed at the time. It would also help save him money by avoiding an overnight hold on the truck. As stated previously, it is very difficult to stack boxes that are of many different sizes and shapes especially when it is restricted to a certain space such as a garage or storage unit. Items have to be stacked in order to fit. We did move several TV's. We were told a couple of days after the move one had a cracked screen and we did take responsibility and reimburse the customer for that item. We have explained these things to the customer. We did apologize and understand that he is frustrated at this time. We are upfront and disclose all paperwork and information to our customers prior to their move. This company has constantly lied about sending someone out for repairs on my leak at my houseI am constantly calling and being told someone will come out to get my issues resolved and they keep sending questionable contractors out to my home or they don’t show at allI’m still now waiting going on a week for service while my water bill is still increasing and I am looking at water in my yardThey have no compassion for anything or anyoneThey are scamming people out of money by saying they offer services but all they do is take your money each month and when you call fothem help you get the run aroundDon’t trust them or enroll in the service it is a big scam

The previous response was meant for a different file. The response had nothing to do with this complaint so please disregard. I am trying to locate this customer, Marianna ***, and do not see a matching name. I attempted to reach the customer several times on the phone number provided and there was no answer and no working voicemail. If the customer wants a resolution have them contact me at *** and provide me with the correct name on their account or their sales order number

These guys are greatI needed some furniture moved I called, they gave me an estimate that fit my budget and scheduled an appointmentTwo Men and a Truck showed up as scheduledThey were very professional, courteous and quickIt saved me from trying to find help, aggravation and most importantly I got my Saturday backThank you!!!
