This company has always provided excellent service , I've used them both in the state of Texas and now here in Arizona

From start to finish two men and a truck was the total packageI solicited quotes and while two men and a truck was not the lowest, after my consultations with all vendors I had the most confidence in the ability of two men and a truck to get the job doneFrom the delivery of boxes and file carts to the moving crews everything was stellarI would like to make special mention of the McGeebrothers who were on time and had incredible attitudes and work ethicThey were excited about the job and promoted two men and a truck vigorouslyI would recommend anyone needing a mover for either residential or commercial contact Two men and a truck and to ask for the McGee brothers! Thank you two men and a truck*** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** **

I received my statement in August for my bill which is due in September I have been trying to login to my account since Friday August 31st I try every few days only to get a message that says their website is down for maintenanceI called their customer service and asked when the website would be back upThe customer service rep put me on hold and when I came back on line told me his boss said they have no idea how long the website will be down for maintenanceI find this bad customer service and why any business would not have their website up and running again in a short turn-a-round time is beyond meSounds unprofessional to meI am not pleased with this customer service

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /*
(2000, 10, 2015/11/18) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Tom, once we connected with each other, was very responsive and accommodatingTwo out of the issues have been satisfactorily completed and one is being handled off-siteVery happy with the outcome so far - after a rocky start!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: I want to apologize to *** *** for both not meeting her expectations of service and the delay in getting her refund to her. The refund request was filed as being paid. This was an error on our part. We take customer
service very seriously and we will do everything in our power to make sure that this does not happen in the future. As a result of this error, I will be issuing a check for $500.00. This is for $more than the original refund. This check will go out to *** *** immediately. I hope that we would have a chance in the future to earn her business back. Thank you so much. D*** ***

All charges were explained and emailed to the customer in advance of the move day, including the travel charge. He was given an estimate of to hours to complete his move. The move was completed in hours (the low end of the estimate). In addition, the kitchen had to
be completely packed (which the movers did) even though the customer had not disclosed that at the time of the booking. Still, our team was able to complete the move at the low end of the estimate. The head mover also told us that this customer asked him before the move started how long it would take and if there was any way they could be done faster so that the move would be cheaper. We stand by our final bill and service, which the customer signed off on and agreed to pay

No stars if I could!!!! The reason I am writing this review, is so that other folks don't have the same problems I had with Two Men and a Truck Pompano Beach, FL First of all, the office called to say that the truck was going to be late because they had a flat tireOk, things happen Then the truck called to say they were lost They were supposed to be at my house at 8:00AM, they finally made it at 11:00AM They came in and looked around and said oh my you have too many boxes Well, I thought I was supposed to be putting things in boxes, that was the whole point The company had quoted me $for hours and men Well since they told me I had too many boxes and bags, I started to load the truck myself with as much as I could I made two trips to every one trip they made This move was in July and it was degrees outside so it was no picnic, plus it rained The guys did work, but were pretty slow I finally told the two guys to concentrate on the big stuff which I could not move in a car It was as if these two guys had never moved anyone before I did have stairs, but they simply could not figure out how to get my furniture out of the door Nothing was wrapped except for one of my television sets The final straw came when they realized they did not have an alan wrench in their tool bag, that they knew they were going to need to take apart my bed Someone from their office had to bring them one They also ended up taking the legs off my table with it because they couldn't figure out how to get it out of the door I was pretty upset, because all of this was taking more time than hours and I knew I was going to get charged more I called the office and was told that they could send me another guy at another $per hour I refused saying I was doing as much work as another guy would do Anyway after all of this they ended up moving only my furniture and the boxes and bags that I was able to put on the truck Nearly every piece of my furniture was damaged Cabinet door ripped off my chest of drawers, table scratched to pieces, headboard has a large hole in it, couch scratched really bad and extremely dirty, and the TV stand was in pieces It took me another days to move everything that they left in my condo I had to end of moving most everything in my car to complete what they were supposed to do with their truck Thank goodness I am able bodied and have good friends If someone was depending solely on them they would have been out of luck I was asked to complete a survey for the company and I did give them very low marks The office actually called me because my survey was flagged for poor performance and I told them all these things I did ask if this was this crew's first day, but they did not give me an answer They just said that it should not have happened and they were going to have to punish these guys by not letting them work for a few days I told them I did not think that this was a good idea or even the problem, these guys badly needed some training The company did not offer to compensate me in any way for any of my losses I understand that I had to sign a paper before they moved anything that said they are not liable for any damages that happened to my belongings, so I felt I had no recourse However, I do think I should write this review so that other folks will think twice about hiring this company I had two other folks who recommended them to me, however, one was in Orlando and one was in West Palm Beach, so maybe the location of the office makes a difference I am not generally a complainer, but I do think that this performance was unacceptable Please post this as a warning to other folks, so it will not happen to them Thank you very much

We're brand new customers, and were referred to Service Line Warranties through multiple letters of solicitation by our local municipality, the Village of Rockton, in Rockton, ILIt does stand to reason, that major repairs, typically incur major headaches, with major expenses These are all things we'd rather avoid if possibleI checked with American Family Insurance, whom we have multiple policies with, and they do not offer the protection that Service Line Warranties solicits But I forgot to do one thing before purchasing the policy, I didn't complete my homework, by double checking them so to speakFortunately, we've not had to use the service yet, and after examining the Revdex.com reviews, and using the 80/prorata, we're not sure we made the right decision either, and will check with some alternate insurance companiesHere's the deal So goes the courtship, so goes the marriage We wrote a check for the annual premium on 2-4-and mailed it SLW must be big because you send payment to SLW's outsourced processing companyMy check cleared 3-15-Over weeksIn between that time, we received a second request for payment from SLW The next statement generated on 3-24-18, roughly weeks after remitting payment, and they're asking for payment again How quickly would they handle a claim? Once we get the policy, we'll check the underwriting to make sure it matches the terms stated in the initial solicitationWe'll be watching quite closely

I called them for a repair but they had never show upI paid another company and they said they would refund me, but they never didI canceled the service but they didn’t cancel it and change me again

I have been sending payments for the past months (checks cut directly from my bank) with my account number in the memo fieldNone of them are being applied to my accountI have tried calling them and they have taken down the dates, check numbers and amounts and tell me they will get it taken care of and the next month I get an even bigger bill showing I haven't paid anything twords my accountI am very upset and currently out $ I can provide copies from my bank of all of the canceled checks but they never once requested them and even went as far as to decline them when I offered them

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/12/23) */
Good Afternoon,
We here at Two Men and a Truck apologize for any issues that we have causedWe are happy to compensate for the issues that happened with Mr*** move
On his original move date we had a truck not start
up and we called some of our morning customers to see if anyone would be able to switch their move dateI got a hold of Mr*** and he said that they could reschedule for Thursday and that will give them some more time to get ready for their moveUnfortunately, our system automatically switched the move rate to our rate and we did not catch that change
Out of customer service we will be glad to compensate for the miss charge and the lateness of receiving the check
We take pride in our customer service and apologized for the issue
Thank you
Two Men and a Truck

Run awayI have had them from and never filed a claim We paid for our own snaking and cameras in the line all the timeThen the one time one time I needed them a family member called in the issue for me, and how it was going to get resolvedThey were told that we would have to use their "contractors" to do it I was livid when I got told this at workMy conversation I called to try to resolve this and was told the same thing I asked when will someone be out? Could not be given a definite answer Deep Breath OK who are you sending? A list of plumbers I have NEVER heard of Fair enough Kansas city is big but never heard of any of themSo if my basement floods are you paying for it? No that is what your homeowners is forMy insurance does not cover itI didn't get that coverageI went to state farm and paid for the same service for both water and sewer for twice the coverage and half the cost I paid them per year If you have choices go else where

On 8/27/we moved *** ***'s items from a story house into a storage unit. She was not present but her father/parents were there to represent her. She purchased moving pads to protect a few of her items. We did not move her out of the storage unit.
She has called and stated that she has moved her things out and they have damage. Though we do apologize and understand her frustration, we are not liable for these types of moves once the doors are closed on the units. This information is provided to them when they book a storage move, sent in the pre-move letter, and also on the paperwork at the move. This was provided and signed at the move and has been explained again to *** in recent phone conversations

They installed my HVAC system about six years ago and I have used them for my twice a year routine maintenanceI have been pleased with their courteous and efficient techs

Revdex.com:I do firmly stand by everything I wrote in my original compliant form to the Revdex.comI will never recommend this company to anyone that I knowI was in the middle of a very stressful time and on a strict time crunch, Two Men and A Truck made thing tremendously worseTo deny that the drivers fled the scene after hitting a parked car is falseIn fact the company was only notified of the issue, because my husband *** called Two men and A Truck to report the accidentOnly then were the drivers notified of what they had done and returnedI am have only complained to the BB because of the length of time and the lack of communication that was displayed by Two Men and TruckI had gone weeks without any notification of the status of my claimI redo furniture for a hobby and many of these pieces I labored long hours onAs a business professional, I can honestly say I would have serious consequences taken against me if I conducted business in such a matter
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Sincerely,
*** ***

I hired Two Men and a Truck to move from my apartment to condo, which was located about mile away The movers moved me on June 10, When speaking with Austin, he gave me an estimate of hours over the phoneThe move took nearly hours I am not a professional mover, so I relied on their estimate
Several pieces of my furniture are damaged I have books shelves that now wobble I have bed frames that are scractchedI have an amoire that was complelty broken (drawers are broken, chunks of wood were knocked off)Sofa that is banged up
One of the movers filled out a damage report and said someone would get back to me No did I emailed this company on June 27, July 11, July and left a voicemail on approximately July No one has gotten back to me
I paid nearly $for a move, to only have to replace, a sofa, a dresser, an amoire, two bed frames, and two book shelves

Out of all the moves I've made over the years, this was by far the best experience that I've hadThe last movers left damages but the Two Men and a Truck crew was careful, conscientious, and extremely efficientThey were a pleasure to work with and brought the job in under the estimated costI won't hesitate to call again the next time I move
