Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Direct Express advised I received my reimbursement of my money but that my account was overdrawnI do not agree with their findings because they are responsible for my account being overdrawn in the first placeThey credited and debited my account several times during their investigation so when the monies were REIMBURSED, I never actually received the money Regards, [redacted]

My case was closed by Direct Express without any investigation! [redacted] returned about half of my money from my own initiative but Direct Express should be shut down for deceptive business practices from elderly and disabled people! I want to be paid for my anxiety and my investigating and Direct Express closed the case for lack of evidence on 3/19/because they did no investigation!! Revdex.com, Mr [redacted] is concerned that he is unable to access monies on his Direct Express card On November 12, 2013, Mr [redacted] notified Direct Express that he lost his card Direct Express instructed him to fax two valid forms of ID in order to receive a new card Direct Express has informed me that on January 29, 2014, Mr [redacted] faxed to them a copy of his passport ID Mr [redacted] was advised that two forms of ID is required On February 14, 2014, both forms of ID was received and a new card ordered and expedited to him Direct Express management has confirmed that Mr [redacted] registered his card on February 19, and has full access to his funds Please do not hesitate to contact me directly if you have any quesitons Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com,I have been advised by Direct Express management that Ms [redacted] 's concerns with receiving Direct Express paper statements and fees for the statements are being actively addressed Below is a summary of the action steps taken by Direct Express management.02/13: Research shows that Ms [redacted] did not sign up to receive monthly paper statement; therefore, a refund was requested to be credited to Ms [redacted] 's card Unfortunately it ed It appears to be a system issue that the statements have not stopped.02/13, & 18:: Direct Express management made multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach Ms [redacted] ; however, with every call they left a voicemail message requesting she return their call.02/18/15: A letter was also sent to the Ms [redacted] requesting she contact the Direct Express Customer Advocacy Group for assistance 03/10/15: Direct Express received the follemail by Ms [redacted] advising that her issue is still not resolved Direct Express is currently investigating the issue and working on a resolution.Please encourage Ms [redacted] to contact me directly if she has any questions or concerns And her card will be reimbursed for all statement fees.Sincerely, [redacted] Comerica Incorporated[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They are continually rude and will not refund my money in a timely mannerThe money is for my SSI/disability, however, my husbands name is on the card and sometimes they will not speak to me regarding my own money which has made this very hard.They won't speak to me, hang up on me, yet a woman stole 1500$ from my account without the card leaving my houseThey have horrible reviews, I'm not sure where they get that "95%" rating, but I cannot wait to have this resolved and have my funds placed elsewhereAs of now, I contestantly check my balance (although I signed up for alerts) just to make sure nothing has been stolen Regards, [redacted]
