Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Repeated and multiple calls from my cellular phone costing me the airtime because I purchase phone cards and do not have a contract telephoneI have to pay for my airtime and due to the multiply repeated idiocy of US Direct Express customer service, ienever doing more than sending me a new temporary password that would not work, I was required to use over $worth of telephone card time.When your customer dis-service department continually refused to contact me or do anything more than send a new temporary password for over a year, it cost me money in the form of telephone airtimeDo I need to take you to small claims court about this issue? The gross negligence of your customer service department is the cause of this issue, and the money it cost me to get someone from your dis-service department to actually do their job Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:its not that im concerned, I want my money back and this lady called me and asked if anyone from direct express had contacted meI told her no they hadnt .she told me that she had requested someone from direct express call me and that if they hadnt contacted me by tues.3-3-to call her back.therefor nothing has been resolved.a reasolution to me will be my money backI told the women(***) I spoke with that [redacted] had done an investigation and they were the merchant that someone had made charges to and they said it was fraudshe seemed uninterested as well.So I am rejecting this once again because NOTHING has been resolved as of 2-28-2015!!!!!! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My complaint from the very beginning hasn't concerned the card (which was cancelled long ago) but my repeated request to cancel the account itself and Direct Express' repeated claim that they can't close their own account at the request of the only person whose name is on the account (me) Repeating a little of what I've stated previously, Direct Express has told me I can't close my own account Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com,I am in receipt of the complaint submitted to your agency by [redacted] *** Ms [redacted] is concerned about a dispute she filed on her Direct Express card I escalated her complaint to management at Direct Express to investigate Below is a summary of the dispute timeline and outcome:05/- Dispute SR [redacted] opened for $for alleged fraudulent POS and ATM transactions occurring on 05/in Miami FL (CH lives in Ohio) The card was closed & a replacement card was mailed expedited The replacement card was registered on 05/ Of note, there were a series of card closure and replacementrequests during the months of January – April Once this dispute was filed, an alert has now been placed on the card account requesting forms of ID PLUS caller must be authenticated to update address, order card, etc05/- Case was approved for $(difference based on additional disputed transactions and card replacement fees ) and card account was credited (see screen shotbelow) Letter mailed to Ms***In summary, Ms***'s claim was approved and her card was credited on 5/15/for $744.11.Sincerely, [redacted] Comerica Incorporated [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Direct Express insists that I was refunded, but because my account was overdrawn that the refund was absorbed by the overdraftIt is not possible for me to overdraw this accountAfter my monies are deposited, once they are gone, THEY ARE GONE! DIRECT EXPRESS are the ones in control of transactions, I can't use monies that are not thereWhile doing their investigation, they put the provisional credit on and off my account so much, they ended with the overdraw on the accountI am still owed $because when they put it on there, my account was overdrawn...again they were the ones that overdraw the account in the first place! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Direct Express themselves caused the overdraft on my account when they were doing their investigation, therefore when they put the monies in my account it was absorbed by their own mistakes on my accountI CANNOT USE MONIES I DON'T HAVE, THEREFORE I CANNOT OVERDRAFT MY OWN ACCOUNT! DIRECT EXPRESS OVERDREW MY ACCOUNT, NOT ME! THEREFORE I AM STILL OWED MONEY FROM THEM! WHEN THEY PAID THE MONEY I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT BECAUSE OF THE OVERDRAFT THAT CAUSED BY THEM!!!
