I made several calls requesting my refund and was told that someone would contact me. Today I called and comp has changed an no refund will be issued
I purchased the product on Oct 3, 2019 but didn't receive until Oct 12. I tried product but was making me sick. Oct 19, Oct 24, Nov 1 and finally on Nov 12 where I was issued RMA XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. On Nov 18 returned product by post office tracking XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX which they received on Nov 20. I proceeded to call weekly regarding my refund being advised that someone from that department would contact me with no responses. Today Dec 17 I called and it appears another company has taken over and was advised account was closed and no refund will be issued. I paid $198.70 and was told there was a restocking charge of $15 which I understood. That is a huge amount of loss on something that made you sick.

Product could not be returned due to the recent change in the company's return policy. Unfair to the customer who paid.
Purchased product on 10/28/19. Once received, could not take due to physician's advice. Called and spoke to a operator for the company and was told that I could return the product within 60 days. Called 12/17/19 and spoke with operator *** (Kim) to explain that I wanted to return this product and needed to get the return address information only to be told that I could no longer return the product because they are no longer receiving this product and not refunding any orders purchased.. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor *** came on the line and repeated the same thing and also stated that the company can change their policy at will.I am now stuck with a product that I can not take nor do I want.

I returned the 4 bottles within the required 30 days, obtained RMA XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, promised a $168 refund. Company refuses to pay.
I purchased product on 9/13, called for RMA, was promised refund of $168 for four unused bottles returned. Returned product with USPS tracking and insurance, product was received on 10/15/19. Called 11/23 and 12/7, was promised refund within 72 hours. Called 12/13 and was told company will no longer issue refunds!

On 10/15/19 I ordered the product for $39.74. When reviewing my bank statement shortly afterwards there was a charge $198.70.
10/15 I ordered product. The charge to my account was much higher than my intention. I called within minutes of placing the order and explained this is not what I want. Operator attempted to send me additional bottles which did not refund my $198.70. When I received the package I took it to the post office and was advised to write refused on the package which I did. I filed a complaint with my bank. I was given a provisional credit back. When researching said product organization states they did not receive package back therefore bank reversed my credit. I called 12/13/19 speaking with Rain 437 who states there no way to state merchandise received though I took a picture at the post office of my refusal and return. The company falsely advertised the price of this product and has not made my transaction whole to date. I want my money back.

I would like a refund of funds paid to this company for the product that I do not have in my possession as it was returned by me at the post office.

We ordered a product form the company in October and returned said product on the 18th of October. I've never received a refund.
We ordered from the company ultra-fast ketoboost around the 9th of October we received the product around the 12th to the 15th of October we return the item because it was not as advertised and sent the item back on the 18th the tracking number said that they received at the mailing address that they gave me which was an address and las vegas nevada on the 21st I've been speaking with agents through email and telephone for their company since about the 15th of October about getting a refund and I've been giving the go around every witch way since then at first people would just say it will take 3 to 5 days or 10 to 14 business days and I would wait and then they would say they don't know why the refund has not been processed yet about the 10th of this month the 10th of December I spoke with the agent and she said that the las vegas mailing address was the incorrect mailing address that whoever is giving me that was giving me that an error that there that's their outbound warehouse not there return warehouse and that that one is in florida so she said she would contact the warehouses and get me a refund I spoke with another agent today December 16th and they said that they ever change their policy where all sales are final and refused to give me my refund even if I was a customer who been trying to get a refund and so they will refuse give me my money back I'm not certain of the exact total charge I believe it was $178 and some change but they said minus a restocking fee for $5 a bottle would be my return but I never received any return and they are now refusing to give me my money back they said the policy change is effective to anybody.

I would like for us to receive our full refund back no minus stocking fees nothing like that because I've waited and tried to be patient 4 about honestly about two months I started contacting them about the refund about this time on October so it has been about two months and everybody is just giving me a go-round I would like to have a full refund sent to us no more than 10 to 14 days stuff somebody who could just authorize a return and we would never do business with those people again.

I was made to believe that I was buying 1 bottle @$39.74 only to realize later that my account was charged $198.70 and I received the merchandise in the mail a few days later. I immediately called customer service and told them I didn't want to take the supplements anymore, and would like to return them. I talked to Agent Rose, she gave me an RMA of XXXXXXXXXXXXXX and I mailed the merchandise to 9205 West Russell Road. Las Vegas, NV 89148 through UPS tracking number 1Z89V2WXXXXXXXXXXX. Meanwhile I read bad reviews on Face Book about customers not getting their refunds back. On 10/14/19 the tracking number showed the package was delivered. I called Ultra Fast keto boost on 10/31/19 and talked to an agent who transferred me to a supervisor, David agent 158. He promised I will receive a refund as soon as the supplements were inspected and it should be within 2 weeks to 30 days. I waited a few days and called again. Libby, agent *** she promised I will get a refund within 48hours. I was provided with an RMA XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I still did not get my money refunded. I made a call again on 11/6 and talked to agent *** and she apologized and said billing is working on the refund. I called on 11/13, agent 108 by name of Vineth also apologized and promised me that a refund will come soon. I also sent emails to customer service On 11/14/19 - I got a response from Fritz, and he let me know that my concern was forwarded to billing. I sent another email and received a response on 11/22 form Justin saying my concerns are being sent to billing for a refund. my last call was 12/3/19. I talked to nina Agent 376 who connected me with a manager by name of Levan who promised that the billing department will send me the refund in 48 hours. I sent another email and a respond from Fritz on 12/13 saying that I cant cancel my order, that it was a one time order. I replied to Fritz's email and on 12/14 Marlouie responded telling me I cannot get a refund. I replied to the email and on 12/16 Jearson asked that I call customer service.

I just want a full refund of the $198.70. They had told me they take $5 per each bottle as re- stocking fee, but at this point I don't think they deserve my $25.

I received pills for the Keto diet and never ordered them nor I do not eat Keto. I was charged $150.00 for the medication.
I was charged 150.00 for Keto products that was never ordered by me. Money was withdrawn from my account from Rockland Federal Trust Credit Union on 12/12/19. Product was sent to my sisters address that she did not authorize as well. I was delivered 3 bottles of Keto Insta Boost. I immediately called the company and spoke with a Charlene #037 and was told that I would only be receiving a partial refund for my product. I stated that was unacceptable since I would never be using the product and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was then told that they would refund my money minus a restocking fee and was given the address. I received no packing slip for the product with numbers or anything to idetify the product. On the shipping slip was a order number of 35149.

I return this product. The company refuses to give me a refund.
In October I purchased what I was told was a sample plus shipping and handling for less than five dollars. When I received the package in October I realized that they charged me for five bottles of their product to the tune of $198. I immediately sent it back to the company. I have not received a refund. I am told by the company that I did not follow their refund instructions. There were no refund instructions. I have copies of all paperwork that came with the package plus the receipt from from the post office. I spoke with four different people there. No one was willing to help. I just want my $198 back. Right now they have the product and my money. I have nothing. Again in the original packaging, there was no instruction as to the proper way of refunding. I sent it back to the address from which it is now.

I ordered what I thought was a Free Trial. What I received was five bottles of product for $198. I immediately returned the product to address on package as there was no instructions or paperwork provided. I have spent many calls to the company and was told many different stories as to why I cannot have a refund. As of today, they have the returned packqage and my $198. Can you help?

I returned the Keto pills and was supposed to get a refund of 181.86. Sent the pills back but did no recieve my refund and they kept the pills!!

Scary company. I received three bottles of product that I did not order and that they charged on my credit card. I have since changed my credit card number and reported the fraud to my credit card company. Watch out

This company stole my credit card number and shipped me pills I didn't want or would ever want. I'm filing a complaint with the attorney general in Florida and Nevada where the charges were made and where the product was shipped from.

I think this company is a fraud. Like some of the other people who are complaining, I ordered thinking I was getting one bottle for a special price. I was sent five bottles and charged $198.70.
I returned all the bottles without opening them and asked for a refund to be credited to my credit card. Obviously I have not received that and after reading the other complaints on this page I don't think I will ever hear from these people. Is there anything that can be done?

Ordered product 10/27 - it was shipped 10/31 - I returned via UPS 11/27 for refund. They refuse to give me refund - due to change of policy
I ordered Ultra Fast Keto Boost 120 day supply o 10/27/19 at which time a full refund policy was in place. After several days, I realized the product was ineffective, and called for return instructions. I received instructions and a return product # of RMAXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on 11/25/19 - warned that I had to have the product back to them no later than 11/27 in order to received full refund minus restocking fee of $20 - I paid $27 to have UPS tracking and signature required, and the product was returned signed for by their shop at 10:40 AM on 11/27/19. I am now told they have since changed their refund policy and that no refunds will be paid, and that they no longer carry the product. I have called three times and only gotten as far as a phone supervisor, and told no managers talk to customers on the phone.

The product advertising was deceptive and I received no response from the company when I attempted to initiate the money back guarantee.
I ordered Ultra Fast Keto Boost on 8/25/2019 based on the deceptive advertisement (advertised as the Shark Tank product, false celebrity endorsements). I ordered the buy 3, get 2 free promotion for $198.70. As soon as I received it, I was concerned that there was no paperwork, including how to initiate the money back guarantee. I tried the product for a few days and decided to return it. On 9/2/2019, I emailed the company at [email protected] to initiate the money back guarantee. The company never contacted me back so I contacted my bank on 9/10/2019 to dispute the charges. Ultra Fast Keto Boost responded to the bank (no surprise) to state that I still had the product so the charge was accurate (I received the response from my bank in the mail on 9/30/2019). I again reached out to the company via a phone call and was told there was nothing that could be done because it was now outside of the 30 day window. I responded by saying that I had emailed on 9/2/2019 to attempt to initiate the return of the merchandise and refund of the charges with no response from the company and I was still told that I was too late. I asked to speak with a supervisor who just reiterated that it was outside of the 30 day window. When I reminded her that I attempted to initiate the return well within the 30 days but received no response from the company, she stated that my bank was taking care of it so there was nothing she could do. My bank added the charge back to my account based on the response from the company. I found a different phone number on the Revdex.com site and called the company again and they told me there was nothing that could be done and when I brought up my email, I was asked for the email address I sent the request to because there was nothing on my account that I had emailed (even though that was never disputed in my first call). As an IT person, I am able to verify that the email was delivered so I can only assume it was removed from my account after my dispute was received. This is an extremely deceptive company that no consumer should ever have to deal with.

I still have the product in question and would like to return it for a full refund based on the fact that I attempted to initiate the money back guarantee within the required 30 day window.

I was sent a product I did not order. My cc # was stolen and I was billed for 5 bottles of supplements for a total of $198.70
As with the hundreds of other complaints here, I was sent a product I did not order on 12/2/19 (ship date). My cc was billed for 5 bottles of these supplements for a total of $198.70. When I called the company, I was told that in order to receive a full refund, I would need to return the products at my expense(he refused to send me a pre-paid return label) and that I'd be charged a restocking fee. The agent I spoke with stated he was a supervisor and his agent # is 984. He gave me the last 4 digits of the cc charged and I have reported this to the cc company as a fraudulent charge. I never ordered this product nor did anyone in my household. They did not have an email address for me and when I asked him to provide me a copy of the order he claims I placed, he was unable to do so. A complete scam and they need to be stopped! The return policy was within 30 days of receipt. I returned the product within the proper time (with UPS track) and they refused to refund my $200.
I purchased the product the end of October with the guarantee of a 30 day return policy. I had an allergic reaction to the product and spoke to customer service. They indicated I needed to have the product back to them by November 29 and my refund would happen in 3-5 days. I then called the customer service back December 3. I spoke with Bonnie agent *** and she promised my refund would show up in my account by Friday or the latest Monday. She also asked if I was aware of the five dollar per bottle restocking fee. I said I was not.

I have since called and emailed customer service 3 to 4 more times and finally today December 12 was told they have a new policy that all sales are final. I indicated that I did not understand because they now have both product and my money.

Just seems deeply dishonest to me and I am trying to understand what steps I need to take do you have my $200 refunded. It should not require several phone calls over the course of more than three weeks to obtain a promised refund to a product that caused an allergic reaction. It should not take this long to obtain a refund even if there was no allergic reaction to the product.

I am seeking the proper refund for the returned product. I expect a full refund for following all the guidelines for returning the product. The company deducted for $200 from my account within minutes and now it is taking a month to have the refund only to be told their policy just recently changed.

After I clicked the button the order came up as 5 bottles for almost $200.00 I called to rectify the order and they said it was too late and they'd refund $49.68 and send 2 more bottles.
