I was charged more than expected on a purchase and wanted a refund.I have not been refunded my money from a purchase after returning the merchandise.
On Oct 15 2019 I tried to purchase ultra fast keto boost for an expected amount of 39$. There was no final recipe or way for me to finalize my payment.

So I was charged 198.70 instead because there was fine print saying that I was buying 6 bottles instead of the buy one get one as advertised.

I contacted the company to cancel my order the same night and they refused to do so.They told me that they couldn't cancel the order and that I would need to return the merchandise to get a refund.At this point the merchandise hadn't even left the supplier.

I put a fraudulent charge claim in through my bank because I believed I was being over charged and that I hadn't approved this amount. There was no final receipt or anyway to show me what I was being charged before it was finalized.I cancelled my debit card that had been used and completed this claim.

On 10/23/19 I was refunded the amount I believed to be overcharged (168.70) from my bank while they investigated my claim.

On 10/ 28/19 I returned the merchandise to ultra fast keto boost. With an insured carrier as I was told to do by Agent ***

On 11/23/19 my bank finished their investigation and found that I was correctly charge by ultra fast keto boost. They reversed the amount of money and took the 168.70 out of my account on. Instructing me to speak with the company to get my refund.

On 12/4/19. I spoke with agent *** who instructed me that since I had returned the merchandise that I would receive my refund within 3-5 business days.

On 12/12/19 I still hadn't received my refund and contacted ultrafast keto boost. They told me that since I had filed a claim against them that I would not receive a refund for the returned/unopened merchandise.

On 12/12/19 I spoke with the claim agent at my bank and they directed me to speak with the ultra fast keto company and demand my full refund.

I purchased 3 bottles of the Ultra Fast Keto Boost (buy 2 get 1 free) on 1010-28-19 for $149.91. I returned the 3 unopened bottles on 11/13/19. They signed for it on 11/14/19. I was told at that time that they would have to take out $5.00/bottle for restocking fee which would bring my refund to $134.91. I started calling on 11-21 inquiring when I would receive my refund. I was told 24-48 hours. When that didn't happen called back on 11-26, told the same thing. Next call was on 12-4. They would send a "request" to "that" department to get my refund to me. Give it 24-48 hours. Next call was 12-9, sending another "request". Person hung up on me!! Called back and spoke to a "supervisor" who told me the same thing...24-48 hours. Called again today, 12-11. This time I was told that they are no longer extending refunds for this product!!! This is outrageous!! Not only do they have my money, now they have the product too!!

I thought I was getting a free trial order of Keto, or I would have a choice of how much I would get for different prices. Instead they just charged me $198.70 for 5 bottles. I called within 5 min. to cancel order, they would not let me cancel. I tried to stop payment but could not.

I went to order one bottle the site changed it to three. I was sent something different. Sent it back. They will not refund.
I tried to order one bottle when I pressed purchase it went to three. I called second after I found out. I was told the order could not be changed or cancelled. She would discount it for the original price from $198 to $65 I said fine a week later it showed up. There was no receipt or paperwork in the box. I received two emails with no information. It was not the same bottle I ordered. I tried to call three times and no one would help. I sent the product back to where I got it. I called when I knew they received it and was asked if I had obtained an RMA. I said no I was not told I had to or it was necessary. He said someone would contact me and get back to me. I did not hear anything so I called back and was told it was received and the corporate office would have to look it over. I waited a week still heard nothing and called tonight and was told yes, they received it but I would not get a refund as all sales are final. I never saw that anywhere so I asked to speak with a manager and was given operator *** and told that she was a supervisor who kept reading from a script that all sales are final. I asked where it states that all sales are final as this was the first person to tell me that, there was nothing in the bag the pills were sent in and it did say when I ordered. The lady said it was on the website but could not tell me where. I told them they are committing fraud and mail fraud and she repeatedly said the same thing over and over. She would not listen and I got mad screamed at her and hung up. I have made four phone calls and they have the product and my money and will not do a refund. I keep getting a different story everytime I call.

The last call today I spoke to the floor supervisor who informed me the company policy had changed to "all sales final" and they could no longer process refunds. Even though I explained the product was returned before the policy change, she said she was sorry, she couldn't help me.

On 10/2/2019 I was charged for an order of Ultra Fast Keto Boost which I did not know of until my credit card company gave me a fraudulent call. I should have had them cancel the charge. Then I wouldn't have had this frustration and lack of response. The charge was for $198.70. I called customer service right away to cancel the order and was told that they could not do that even though it had not shipped yet. I had to wait for the product to be sent. When the product was sent I never opened the package. I called customer service again right away and was given an RMA number. I was advised to have a tracking number on my return which I did. The product was received by them on 10/17/2019. I have called customer service every week since then asking when I would receive my refund for a product that I don't have. Each time I get apologies and a line that an urgent request is being sent to upper management and I should hear back in 24-48 hrs. Of course I never hear back so I call again and again. When I try to get information on "upper management" so I can contact them directly I am told they cannot give me that information. Never have I dealt with any customer service that could not handle a refund directly. Never have I dealt with such an unethical company. I am a senior citizen and can not afford this charge.

FAILURE TO REFUND MONEY
I was told that if I returned unopened containers within 30 days of purchase, I would receive a refund, minus restocking fees. I complied with all stipulations, I called on the two different occasions regarding refund and was told it's being processed. On December 11, 2019, I called back and now they're stating all sales are final. Now they have their product and are trying to scam me out of a refund. Purchase date was 11/1/19
Retuned with proof 11/27/19. They have acknowledged return receipt.

Complete scam. Charged more than advertised, never received an itemized bill, was told I'd get a refund minus a $25 restocking fee, so I mailed it back with return receipt and then never got reimbursed. I called this morning again and was told they do not give refunds.

I have been trying a customer service number for these people for weeks, I called one number and left a detailed message, and I have not heard one word from them! I found another number and called, left a message, but I doubt I hear from them either. I also sent a message through FB messenger, it has not been read. These people are scam artists! I purchase 1 of their products by mistake and returned the product within 2 days of being receive for a refund but was denied one after they said so.
I accidentally hit complete to buy this product from them on 10/31/19 while I was trying to figure out the shipping cost and handle as well as the total cost for the product before I decided were to buy it or not. once I accidentally had confirm the product I immediately called them and email to try to cancel my order. I was told that they could no do that until the package was receive and return by me. I called to inform them and even provided them with the tracking number where I was told yes they had received it and to allow 3-5 days to get my refund. once the 5 days were up I called to ask what was the delay and when I asked to speak to a manger I was told that I would not and that would be as high as the call would get. I also email them and called back where I was told via email that my claim was being process and to allow them more time and over the phone that it could take up to 30 days. Now the 30 days are up and I called them and I was told that my account was close for the refund and that they no longer were held to refund me my money or return a product which I had already paid for $198.70 which I never opened because I used the same return bag that it came in.

On 11/1/19 called and talked to Vicky. She said she was sending document to upper management and refund should be processed in 3-5 business days. No refund.

I returned my order, unopened, within the 30 days at the company's request. They received it 10/07/19. I was to be issued a $64.97 refund. No refund.
I ordered a buy 1, get 1 free order of Ultra fast Keto Boost on 9/25/19. I had a bank withdrawal from them of $69.97 on 9/27. As soon as I received it, I spoke with the head clinical pharmacist who said I should NOT take this with the medications I'm on.
I immediately called (10/03/19) the company (1-844-704-1211) who said no problem terming them since I was within the 30 days. I was sent a label and given a return #RMAXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I mailed it back on 10/4/2019 with the tracking #XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX. Their shipping dept. confirmed to me that it arrived and was checked in on 10/7/2019. I was told I would get a refund of $64.97 within 3-5 business days. (Purchase price minus $5 restocking fee.)
When I hadn't gotten my refund by 11/4/2019, I called and was told a supervisor would call me back within 24-48 hours. I never received a call.
I recalled on 11/6/19, 11/12/19 and was told the same information. Again, no call from a supervisor.
I then found a different customer service number (1-888-970-0686) and called it on 11/12/19. The rep told me I needed to go to my Bank, do a 3 way-call with my Banking Representative and I would receive my refund.
I have gone to my bank 3 times since then and made 3 three-way calls with my Banking Representative to the Customer Service #. We have talked to Agent Sheena *** Agent *** and Agent Colby ***
Each time we were told they didn't understand why it was taking so long, they would file an inquiry report, they would contact their supervisor and they would personally follow up to make sure the refund was issued.
Today, 12/12/2019, I was told by two agents that a new policy was issued and no more refunds would be issued on this product! They also said it's past 30 days since I ordered it, so it's too late to get a refund! I explained the product was returned well within 30 days and it was bought under an understanding that it had a 30 day money-back guarantee. They said that guarantee no longer exists.
I have spent hours on the phone with these people telling me I would get my refund. I cannot believe a company like this has a license. They are thieves! I live on a very limited income and can't afford losing $65 to such devious businesses as this.
Is there anything else I can do?

After order I contacted my doctor due to my health I had a pneumothorax ( lung collapse) recently, my md said no , and I calling 5 times with RMA # &

Product not as advertised. Wont honor 30 day $ back guarantee.
I ordered this product 10/24/19 & product was not shipped until 11/21/19 (It arrived 11/28/2019). Product not as advertised and I contacted the company within 9 days to request a return address for a refund. No response. I contacted the company 12/10/2019 and spoke to service manager who stated guarantee was from date of purchase (I didn't receive the product until after 30 day window) and their policy was for 5-7 business days for it to ship. Later, manager said "as of yesterday they started finalizing all sales" to which I responded "that's great that they changed their policy yesterday because I didn't order it yesterday, I ordered it 10/24/2019!. I have contacted my American Express card to dispute the charge as well.
