I was charged 198.17 for my order on 9/12/19 I cancelled that order and was to receive a refund of 167.00 I maid 7 calls about my refund as of 12/6

I requested a credit of $149 from the named company and was told that they were not able to refund after 11/17. I have been ill from the diet, Afib, High BP and a sprained ankle. I wasn't able to return the pills - couldn't drive. When I called the latter part of November I was told they were not able to give me the credit! I am an older single mother of an older mentally handicapped son and need the $ refunded please? I've called the company 4 times to date. Please help?

I purchased the product on 10/12/19 for $198.70 order number XXXXXX, upon receipt I decided to return it via doctor's orders to not use. I called and was given an RMA number and address to return. They offered a $25 refund even though they boast a 30-day money back guarantee. When I pushed for full refund they put me on hold and then came back agreeing to 90% refund with a 10% restocking fee - seemed a bit shady already. I received a tracking number and upon confirmation that they received my return I called 1 week later to inquire about the refund. I was told 3-5 business days. Another week passed I called again, they took my tracking number and confirmed they received the product and again indicated 3-5 business days. 1 week later I called again and was told they were contacting the Accounting department to get the credit issued. I called 1 week later and spoke to a supervisor who said I returned the product to the wrong facility and that was the hang-up. I returned the product to the address they provided me! The supervisor linked the other facility to their's and said she authorized her team to now issue the credit in 3-5 days. 2 weeks later I called again, and was told that my issue was elevated to the Accounting team and they would look into the issue and call me within 24-48 hours. I called a sixth time last week and was not allowed to speak to a supervisor (she was busy) so I left a message for her to call me back - she did not. I am getting the run around and no action is being taken on my return.

Not sure how it got added to my amazon account for $200. They wont refund or take it back.

I received 5 bottles of this against an order *** which I did not order. I called the company and they hung up on me three times
order # ***, ship date 12/3/2019 - received 12/7/2019 - never ordered this. Don't know how they got my information or what this was charged against. Don't know how much it is and want to return. Called three times and each time I insisted I did not order it they hung up on me. It is a mystery to me how it was ordered and sent to me.

I used for 30 + days, with no weight loss.
I called customer service to request a return and refund of remaining 3 bottles. I was advised first that because I am outside of the 30 days for a refund, I was not qualified. Then a customer service representative advised that she could offer me a 25% refund with an additional 2 bottles. I declined more product and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor said I could not get a return and refund of any kind. When I asked if the prior CSR had made a mistake or was lying, she declined to answer. I want the offer of the 25% refund minimally, as offered to me.

I have never heard of this product and did not order it. I received 5 bottles in the mail and was charged $198. The company refused a refund - FRAUD.
I received five bottles of Ultra Fast Keto Boost in the mail on 12/05/19 or 12/06/19. I opened the package on 12/08/19. I have never heard of this product and I did not order five bottles.

The packing slip listed my name and address under "Ship To" but the "Bill To" section was blank. The reference number is XXXXXXXX-XXXXX. The ship date was 12/03/19. The SLSORD # is XXXXXX. The SHPORD # is 34362. The address on the packing slip is 3201 Hillsborough Ave 153201-1378, Tampa FL, 33684.

On 12/08/19 I looked at my bank account and found a charge for $198.70 from an un-named company in Las Vegas on 12/04/19. It had limited detail and was categorized as a spa/massage purchase. I did not authorize this expense.

I went to the Revdex.com website and found similar stories with similar amounts ($198) Someone else had posted a number to Ultra Fast Keto Boost so I called it on 12/08/19 and reached agent *** She refused to tell me the name of the company she worked for despite repeated requests. She said she was unable to disclose the name of the company she worked for, could not transfer me to a supervisor or even tell me why she had answered the phone. She said she worked for multiple companies and couldn't tell me their names even though she answered a customer service hotline.

I gave her my name and she said she found an account matching my name so I "must have ordered the product." I told her that I did not make an order and requested a refund for the full amount. She then said she could not refund any amount but could give me a 25% discount on the product. I then pointed out that she knew of the product and offered a discount so she must work for the company. At that point she admitted to working for Ultra Fast Keto Boost. She refused over and over to refund this fraudulent charge. She was clearly following a script and would not give me any information aside from offering a discount.

I told her that I would report this as fraud to the Revdex.com and hung up. Again, I have never heard of this product and I did not order it.

I called to tell them that my lab tests came back with an elevated calcium level in my blood. I wanted a refund. They said I called one day past the 30 day refund time. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Same story, they refused to honor a refund, even though it was medically necessary, as I was told by my doctor to cut down on calcium as it could become dangerous. This is a SCAM, and who knows what they actually put in these capsules... Buyer beware!!!!

Ad was to purchase product and receive free product and shipping. Amount billed was incorrect. No response from Customer service.
Ad was to purchase two bottles and receive a third at no cost which included free 2 day shipping. The two bottles were to be 49.97 each totaling 99.94. Shipping was seven days and my CC was billed 152.16 instead of 99.94. The website is difficult to navigate and when you attempt to contact them there is no reply. My Sales order # XXXXXX and the REF# is XXXXXXXX-XXXXXA shipping order number of # XXXXX was also provided. There was never an acknowledgment of order or confirmation. No notification of shipping or method provided. Just an immediate charge to my CC. I knew I had been taken when there was no follow up emails by the seller confirming the sale.

I have never heard of this company and I certainly never placed an order for their "supplements". I received a bag of pill bottles in the mail from them, not knowing who they are, getting pills sent to me and having no order confirmation information to track down this company I googled them and realized this is a scam organization. I looked though my credit card statements to see if I was charged for this shipment and discovered this company fraudulently charged my credit card $198. I located a customer service number and 4 times I called and was hung up on when I told them my name and why I was calling. I reported this fraud to my credit card company. The credit card company then 3 way called the company to discuss this fraudulent activity. The woman at Ultra Fast Keto Boost said I can return the supplements and they would refund the money but would charge me $5.00 per bottle for restocking. I told her this was an unauthorized fraudulent transaction and requested she waive the restocking fee. She said she wouldn't, she refused to let me speak to someone higher up with authority to waive the fee and upon her refusal the credit card company confirmed they were marking the purchase as fraudulent and issuing me a new credit card.

I have not recieved my refund after returning my unopened product.
I was told to return my product to the Las Vegas address. I recieved the product on October 16, 2019 It was recieved at their Las Vegas facility on October 19, 2019 . Tracking number is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX After 15 days I still had not recieved my refund. I called the company, I gave them the tracking number and was told it would take 30 days. I waited 30 days and it was still not returned. I sent an email and was told my case would be sent to billing. I waited another 2 week still no refund. I called again on December 4. I was then told I sent it to the wrong facility even though the first time they told me all refunds are to be sent to their Las Vegas facility. I was then told I would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours. I was never contacted.
I am asking for a full refund of $198.00
I was told they will be keeping $25.00 as that is part of their policy on returns. I was also told that I would receive my refund in 30 days as that is part of their policy. Either way they have not returned my money nor upheld their 30 day policy.

I cancelled order within 5 min after I saw there was no free sample and charged my account $198. Three days later when no refund I called and was told to late to cancel it was being processed. A week later I received it and immediately returned it with the RMA number they gave me. The product was in the warehouse on Nov 11th. I have called and emailed numerous times and keep telling me 3-5 days. They said I will get charged a restock fee of $15. Five for each 3 bottles sent. Told them I told them not to send I had cancelled and should not be charged. It's going on almost a month now and no refund. Gave them tracking number and they said they had received it. I want my money back. They keep stalling me.

got a text offering the ultra keto boost for just the shipping, so I ordered. Next morning I noticed my bank had been charged $198.70. I call them and they said it was too late to cancel, I would have to wait to receive it and then sent it back. I received the product Nov. 1 and as they instructed sent it back with a tracking number. They received the product back on Nov.6th,, so I emailed them again and asked for my refund. I have attempted to contact them several times to no avail.

I contacted this company by email two times without a response. I finally found a phone number and the lady sounded like she was in the Caribbean somewhere. I explained that I contacted them twice to return the product without a response. She then said my sixty days were up. How convenient.

I explained the product made my stomach upset and she continued to ignore me and tried to convince me to re-try the product. The is crazy! My doctor told me to stop it immediately.

Ultra Keto Boost was fraudulent in several ways from purchase to return of product. I wish to be refunded for purchase.
I purchased three bottles of this product with the understanding I would receive two bottles free. When I checked my bank account, I was charged for all five bottles. I called to inquire and was told I had been given a discounted rate on all five bottles. This is not what the website stated or I would not have made the purchase. After several minutes' discussion with representative, I was able to receive a partial refund and the promise of two more free bottles to be sent. When the free bottles came I tried the product using only the free bottles. The advertisement guaranteed satisfaction or money back within 30 days. I used product as directed but had no weight loss as advertisement guaranteed. I had not opened the product with the original 5 bottles. I returned the 5 bottles "Return to Sender" within the 30 day period. After several weeks, I contacted company again to inquire about the refund for returning product. I was informed by representative that I would not receive a refund because the merchant does not accept "Return to Sender" products and the 30 guarantee begins on date of purchase not date of order. No where on the website from which I ordered said product was this information given. The representative kept arguing with me about it, so I informed her I would be filing complaint with Revdex.com. Not only do I believe the product is a hoax, but also the business practices of this company are less than acceptable for favorable consumer-business relationships.

On or about Oct 19 *** and *** made 2 purchases. We thought we would receive a FREE bottle of this product. They shipped 5 bottles each. It was not clear that we would be charge $198.70 for each shipment. I did return all products within 30 days. There was NO information within the packages as to where to send the product back so I sent it to the Keto Boost address in Tampa with all the shipping infp included. I just discoverd on my CC bill that we were charged $198.70 each. I called them today and they said they cannot help us further, they had NO record of the return. I consider this company to have placed deceptive and unauthorized charges upon us. Please have this reversed

I too thought I was ordering one bottle and received five - called them to return for credit and was also told about the $5/bottle restocking fee. The product was received back in lasVegas 10/21/19 - still don't have my refund..... Ss!!! Only giving a one star because I can't leave it blank :(

Did not order this product but was charged $198.70. I called my bank and they refunded the money, thankfully. The product arrived later and I spoke with a representative who said they would give me a refund. I told them I was chunking the pills and had canceled my card so that they couldn't pull off this scam on me again. No history on my computers of ever going to their site. This company is a fraud and should be shut down. 1 star only because I had to.

I ordered the product and when I checked out it said it was $49.95 and they charged my card for $198.70. I called and told them I didn't want it so they had me return it and I had to pay shipping so I sent it out and the received the product on November 11 2019 and it is December 3 2019 and I still have not got a refund. I have called them and talked to 10 different people and they keep telling me the same thing that they will send it up to upper management but I never get a call back. When I returned it they told me 3-5 business days from when they received the items.
