09-17-19 Ordered 1 bottle of Ultra Fast Keto Boost for $69.95. Order # XXXXXX. They charged my debit card $198.70 for 5 bottles. I immediately called (09-17-19) and they said they would refund $128.71. I have the email confirming 1 bottle shipped. I called again on 10-22-19, again on 11-08-19 (Spoke to Nikki - Agent #996 who said she would "send it upstairs" to see where the refund was. I called again on 12-05-19 (Agent #366) - he again said he would "send it upstairs". I want my refund credited to my debit card.

Desired Outcome

A refund of $128.71.

I have never heard of this company; would never order such a product. Correspondence with their Support has been a dead end.
This all began with an email saying my order was on the way. The email had a mailing address of Utah, yet the product shows a return address of Florida. The order number in the email is: XXXXXX. On the shipping label, the order number is XXXXXXX. The tracking numbers from the email and the shipping label match: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX.

The first email I noticed was received on Monday, December 5. After searching my Inbox, I also found an earlier email from Saturday, November 30, 2019. The Saturday email was a "receipt" for the fraudulent order, yet it had no price on it. The email contained this Order ID: XXXXXX, listed a logo for "INSTAKETO" and Qty of 1 "InstaKeto Buy 3 Get 2 Free." The mailing address was Utah. Within Monday's email, the same order number was listed as well as the tracking order. It was an email confirming the fraudulent order was shipped.

December 5, 2019: I received the fraudulent order moments ago

December 3, 2019: It was Tuesday, December 3 when I first contacted "Support" regarding the bogus order. I explained I did not order the produce and needed to know next steps. Their reply (received from ***@instaketo.com on Dec 3; signed by Marlouie): Unable to locate an account... please rely "with your first and last name, shipping address, and email addresses you would have used when you placed the order and the order number of your order...." Unsure how to locate an order number for an order I never placed, nor a website or phone number for this company, I replied stating I do not feel comfortable offering up sensitive info to a company with no identifiable parent website and mentioned finding serial complaints on Revdex.com. I asked how providing my shipping address would help from my end when they have already contacted me using my first and last name and my email address. Then asked what other options I have beside email contact. (Sent Dec 3).

Dec 4: I received a reply (rep was Milexis this time). "I apologize for the confusion...unable to locate account...please verify charges,...beside the charges there's a toll free number for the specific company who really billed you for that amount." A phone number (888) 970-0686 supplied in email.

Dec 5 (after receiving bogus delivery) I sent another email. "I am working to determine which card was fraudulently charged... fraudulent order arrived today,...What are best steps to ensure I get a full refund for this product that I did not order. Per shipping label...order number: XXXXXXX.

Of note, the email address the company used for correspondence is a version os an email address I do not use. The email address can be shortened. I always use the abbreviated version. This company obtained and used the longer version of my email address.

Desired Outcome

First, I expect a refund in full for any fraudulent charges. Additionally, I would like to know if there is a way to force this company to remove my information from their system. Thirdly, is there any way to track how my information was obtained and fraudulently utilized? It would be great to prevent such future incidences.

The company did not comply with my request for a refund. However, my bank was able to reverse the fraudulent charge. (This was charged to my debit card.)

Never ordered the product. Sudden billing against my credit card a a package of pills show up in the mail. Totally fraudulent and would love to know how they thought I ordered this.

this company sent me these pills with out me ordering them. They had no information on me except a wrongly spelled name and my cc # ! I have never even heard of this company until I received these, yet threatened to charge me a fee to restock the miss-sent items. When I asked the company stated that they did not have any information on file for me, no phone number, no email address and just a incorrectly spelled name. When I checked my bank account the charge was disguised as a Las Vegas Massage parlor charge. ( someplace I have never been!) I asked for the information to send the items back and receive a refund and they threatened me by saying " you can dispute the charges but we always win!". When I tried to ask for a supervisor, their associate who identified themselves as carter 145 said that I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor but they offered me a 15% refund and 3 new additional bottles! scam scam scam scam scam! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Returned product and have not received refund. Was told refund took 7-14 days after receipt. No refund as of today 49 days later.
Received return authorization on October 7. Return product via UPS with tracking # which indicated vendor got product on October 11. told refund takes 7-14 day after receipt. Have not gotten refund as of today 49 days later. Was given the address of 9205 W Russell Rd, Ste 240, Las Vegas, NV 89148 to send return to. Upon calling many times (from 11/12 - 12/2) to resolve was told by Supervisor (Vicky, Agent #013 on 12/2) that the address is no longer valid. Why would they issue this address to return if not valid.

I called the company on December 12 regarding the refund talked to supervisor agent #026 he stated that company does not give refunds all sales are final this is not true I have several emails stating that company was working on refund and I should get it within 5-7 days. Why now are they saying this something g is not right this is fraudulent.

They advertise Buy 3 bottles at $29.74 and receive 2 bottles free. They actually charge you 5 bottles at $29.74 for a total of $198.
"Buy 3. Get 2 Free" should mean 3 x $29.74 for a price of $89.22, but they charge you almost $200, then rebate $50 when you complain. This is false advertising. It is bait and switch. It is rpping off customers.

I expect to pay for 3 bottles at $29.74, totalling $89.22, They charged me $150. I want $60 refunded.

I am submitting a complaint because I still not have received my refund and its been 74 days. Every time I call they say it's been forwarded
I called on September 20th to state that I only want 1 bottle and not bottles. the rep I spoke to stated that I would be refunded the 128.00. I have been calling since 10/07/19. I have spoken to over 8 reps. Rep #'s 146,001,978,295,475(supervisor) 455, 260, and the last one being 297(supervisor) on 11/19/19. Each and every time I call I am being told that the refund had been forwarded to management and that Management does not take calls. I emailed customer service on Wednesday the 27th of November and received a response from Justin stating to allow a few more day. I still have not received my refund and this is unacceptable. I would like to receive my money. It has been 74 days already. I'm beginning to believe this is some kind of scam. How are you not able to reach management. this is outrageous!!

I received a package of 5 bottles that I DID NOT ORDER from a company with which I am not familiar. It took me 15 minutes of internet searching to finally find this Revdex.com site with a phone number to call (company's address is a US post office in Tampa, FL - ??). Customer Service was not helpful: they wanted to charge me a restocking fee for product that I DID NOT ORDER. Their scripted response was to tout the benefits of their product, as if I would reconsider and want to keep it. Next call: my credit card company, to report a fraudulent charge.

There ads are false advertisement and they will even tell you that. They say it is mis worded. They try everything they can to get you not to cancel. They even told me it would be easier for me to receive the product, pay to send it back and wait on a refund than to cancel the order. They are absolutely crazy! I told the salesman repeatedly to cancel the order that the site claimed was $49 and they charged my account over $200. He kept trying to talk me out of it I had to say no cancel my order that’s all I want to do at least 25 times

I was told I would get a refund 3 to 5 days after received at the warehouse and that was 14 days ago and I'm being told up to 30 days

I returned this nearly a month ago. Promised a refund within 3-5 biz days. Nearly a month later, no refund and followup calls have gotten lip service.
Purchased 5 bottles mid-October. Tried first bottle which made me sick. Called to return other 4 bottles and was told I would get a partial refund within 3-5 business days. Spoke to Kirsten, agent #180. Bottles were received back by company on November 8. It's been nearly a month and I called November 24 (agent#074), November 29 (agent#096) and December 2 (agent#014) and keep getting told that someone will get back to me. Nobody has. Call on November 29 was supposedly with a supervisor who said she would refer matter to billing. I've heard nothing. They are not even giving a full refund for the unused bottles, but are supposedly charging a "restocking fee" and I had to pay to ship the product back as well.

I want a refund for the four bottles immediately and ideally, i'd like a full refund for all of the follow up and run around i've gotten.

Got an email from them last week saying they were refunding me the money they owed me. I subsequently got an email from Amex confirming the credit.

This company sent us a product (Instant Keto -3 month supply for $149.91) that we did not order. They have charged our credit card for the $149.91

After seeing the charge on our statement we called them to dispute the purchase / order, they said they can do nothing to assist us until we receive the product. We received the product on 12/2/19 called the company again and they now say they can not authorize us an RMA to return the product. A product that we did not order.

I purchased the product on 9/29 and it was suppose to be buy 2 get 1 free at $49 per bottle however my cc was charged $149.
After I received the package with NO receipt - when I checked my cc noticed it was charged for the $149 I sent several emails starting on 10/4, 10/23 10/24 then on 11/23 sent message to notify company I returned the 3 bottles on 11/10. I Just called the 800# after 3 calls back because the call continued to disconnect finally I received a CSR and was told it was past the 30 days and I was not eligible for refund and also told since I did not request RMA # they could refund me money. After 15 minutes I was finally able to be transferred to supervisor who continued to tell me the same thing and that she could not help me. I asked how I could appeal and she directed me to the terms and condition at the bottom of their website. I did ask what happened to the product that was returned and the supervisor told me she could not assist. I was also told that they responded to my emails which I did NOT receive. Very disappointing. I was told by the supervisor that nothing else could be done and I was out of luck because the 30 days had past.

I ordered a bottle of keytoboost on line off of face book, I was charged for 3 bottles not one. I contacted the company to say I refused the delivery at the post office and returned the unopened bottles. I have had numerous email messages from this company asking for a refund, they stated I would be charged a restocking fee f $5 which I said was fine. I was told I was getting 7 bottles for $198.00. I only received 2. I have also read on line that this product is a scam.
On 11/22/19, I ordered a product called Insta Keto. I was told I would receive 7 bottles for a charge of 198.00 for which I provided my Visa credit card. On 11/30 in received 2 bottles of a product called Ultra Fast Keto Boost. Included was an invoice showing a sales order number XXXXXX, a reference number XXXXXXXX-XXXXX and shipping order number XXXXX.

I want my $198.00 to be credited back to my card.

I received a package of 5 bottles of "Instant Keto" that I did not order. I am under a doctor's care and would NEVER take or order this product.
Received above product on Friday, Nov. 29. Did not order this and never would take diet pills.

Desired Outcome

I will have to watch my credit card bills to see if they illegally charge me, although I don't know how they would have obtained my credit card information legally. If they did charge me, I want my money back and I want no further contact with this company.

I placed a Keto order expecting to be charged an introductory rate of $39. Instead my credit card was charged $195. I contacted the company immediately and they issued a credit, according to them. I never received the credit on my credit card. For the inconvenience they were supposed to include 2 free bottles of the product. I never received the order either. I have contacted customer service 5 times and was told a manager would call me back. That never happened. I called again on Nov, 30, 2019 and was told it would be 3-5 business days for the credit. It's been much longer than that so I decided to file this complaint. I found out in doing to that the company has 173 complaints against them.

Overcharged by $79.48 for a "Buy 3, get 2 free! $39.74/bottle" of Ultra Fast Keto Boost. Should have been $119.22, but was charged $198.70.
9/11/19 I placed an order from an advertisement online. It stated "Buy 3, get 2 free! $39.74/bottle." I ordered Ultra Fast Keto Boost (because I'm overweight). I paid for it on my bank credit card.

9/13/19 I was charged $198.70 on my credit card - Ordered - Buy 3, get 2 free - $39.74/bottle. 3x$39.74 = $119.22. I was charged $198.70, an overcharge of $79.48.

9/13/19 I looked online at my bank's account and saw that I was charged $198.70 for this purchase.

9/13/19 I called to tell them I was overcharged by $79.48. Talked with Shakim, Agent 296, at 7:15pm. He apologized for the error and gave me Confirmation #XXXXX and said I would receive my refund in 3-10 business days directly not my credit card account - the same on which I charged the product.

9/30/19 I called and talked with Eleanor, Agent 149. I was told refund would show in my account within 3-5 business days.

10/9/19 Called and talked with Alex, Agent 453 at 7am. After holding for his action, at 7:25am I was cut off.

10/9/19 8:28am Called again was told by Agent 256, Caola (sp?) my refund should be in my account. It was not.

10/9/19 Received a call from Alex, Agent 453 who said he was sending this issue to "upper management" to resolve.

10/24/19 Talked with Vickie, Agent 013. She assured me I would receive the $79.48 in my account within 3-5 business days.

11/8/19 Talked with Ricarla, Agent 283, at 10:30am. She said it showed it had been processed. I told her I had not received the reimbursement. I verified that it was being sent to my 3268 account. Again, she said she was sending this up to "upper management" and they have no phone number for me to contact them directly. She was sending them an email.

11/30/19 Called again because I still have not received my reimbursement for $79.48. I talked with Lance, Agent 465. He apologized and said he would have to send my request to "upper management." I told him this was to have been resolved by "upper management" a couple of months ago. I suggested this was a scam, but he said he would send it forward to "upper management" and I should get my reimbursement. I told him I was reporting my complaint to the Revdex.com, the Missouri Attorney General, and the FTC. I also told him I was retired and needed that money, plus the fact that their product is worthless - didn't work as advertised. I asked him if I could contact "upper management," but he said that was not possible.
