I did not order the product! They refuse to cancel order!
I checked my bank account this morning and found a charge of $198.70 pending, charged by VYA*8889700692INSTANTTKE.

I have my debit card in my possession and no one other than my husband was at my house on Sunday, when the order was allegedly placed. I am not stupid enough to believe this product works! I did not know this product existed, not would I ever (EVER) order something so ludicrous.

I figured at that moment that my debit card was jacked. Called the bank and cancelled it. Also called the 888 number on the charge and notified the company that I did not order this, whatever-the-heck-it-is! The lady told me the order was already being processed, and I could send it back when I receive it. I informed her that I didn't order it, and if I receive it it will be going in the trash, I will NOT waste my time returning this crap!

The strange thing is that my address was used.

Bottom line: I didn't order it, I will not return it and my debit card was cancelled!

Received package in mail with 5 bottles of Instant Keto which I never ordered and was charged almost $200.00 to my visa account.
Never ordered and my visa account charged $198.78. Package received November 30th, called my credit card company and having new visa card sent, obvious fraud. Invoice has ship date 11/26/2019, slsord: XXXXXX, ref:XXXXXXXX-XXXXX, shipper ultra fast Keto boost, shpord#XXXXX. 5 bottles of Instant Keto. UPC code on invoice XXXXXXX, usps tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Address coming from 3201 Hillsborough ave, 153201-1378, Tampa Florida 33684.

I sent this product back and never got my refund back.

I purchased the product Ultra fast keto boost September 5 2019. I got 5 bottles it was suppose to be one bottle. They sent me 5 and charged my credit card 199.00. I sent the back September 27, 2019. I called them October 27, 2019 because it never was credited back to my credit card. I talk to a guy and he said it was gonna put it back. I called again October 29 2019 and talked to a guy and he said he was gonna send it to review. Couldn't understand the two guys that I spoke to because they could only speak very little English.
This guy tells me he was gonna put it back on the card. I checked the credit card no refund. I called them back November 22 and this woman told me she was gonna send it to get them to review this issue. I never got it credit back to my credit card. I called November 24 2019 this woman told me that it was gonna be sent to billing dept to resolve this issue. So today November 29 2019 I called and this woman said that it will be 3 business days from November 24 2019 and it should be posted.
I WANT TO TELL EVERYBODY DO NOT BUY FROM ULTRA FAST KETO BOOST IT IS ON FACEBOOK. YOU CAN NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK

SCAM... tried to cancel order shortly after it was placed. They claimed they do not accept cancellations, they do not accept returns... nor do they do refunds. After reading their Terms & Condition (hard to find.) They finally accepted a return. Their business is a complete scam and the product sone of the most expensive in the market and still it does not do anything good to your body. They also operate from Salt Lake City and Las Vegas as far as I know. please be aware of this SCAM

I was charged more than ordered, they gave a partial refund, still owe me $109.28. I returned product unopened, they rec. it 11/4, refusing 2 refund.
Checked my card, saw I was overcharged, called 15 min. after ordering, was told they couldn't stop order as it had already shipped!! 15 min!! They gave a partial refund. when I got it I returned it unopened, I was NOT given a return #! They said they could not refund w/o that #! They have the product AND my 109.28 still owed! They offered to send me the product, which I don't want, as I've learned this is a Scam, and the pill don't work!

False advertising - they claim to be the company that Shark Tank supports. Using the picture of one of the sharks as an investor in the company.
I purchased on 10/26/19 - I then saw on Shark Tank not to purchase products not endorsed by Shark Tank. Ultra Fast Keto Boost was show as one of these products on the TV. I was charged for this order on 10/28/19 for $198.70. The product arrived 10 days later. The product does not work and I called today 11/29/19 for a refund of $100 for this product. Half of what I paid. They would not refund me anything because I was outside of my "30 days". However I've only used the product for less than 20 days and it doesn't work due to not having the most important ingredient in the product which is potassium. Plus, I am afraid to use the product.

I ordered 1 bottle of TABLETS to be dissolved in water for $37.70 on 13Nov19. They charged me $198.70 for 5 bottles of capsules. Contacted customer service to resolve the issue on 14Nov19 and was told initially to return 4 bottles and the full price of those 4 bottles would be refunded. When the capsules arrived instead of tablets, I contacted customer service again on 27Nov19 and then was told there is a restock fee of $5 per bottle and I would only receive $173.70 for returning all 5 bottles of misrepresented product.

10/29 ordered under false pretense-Not affiliated with Shark Tank. Called refund-refused to help me.. then said 20% and more free pills. I said NO advertised falsely. Thought finally settled. They still charged me. Never credit. Today received email product shipped. I called them back said over 30 days, I told them I already applied. Thought done never received.. REFUsED TO HELP ME... rude, hung up.. I just want refund!!

I ordered a product called Keto Boost which was for a trial period of 60 days, I took the product for a month and found it had no effect, so called the company to return the unused bottles, they informed me it was past the 30 days.They refused to take those bottle back and have charged my account $198.70. I don't have that kind of money for a product that does not work for me, this is just another scam as far as I am concerned. Will you please help me with this.

I saw the advertisement in an email about the two girls appearing on Shark Tank and read over the product. I ordered ONE bottle to try the product by filling in the radio button for ONE bottle but was charged for 5 bottles on my bank account. I called the company at 888-970-0692 which was the number at the bottom of the email invoice I received to cancel the entire order and was told they could not issue a refund for the entire amount but could do either: (a) take a 45% refund of total amount and keep the product, or (b) return the entire shipment minus a $5/bottle restocking fee - keep in mind that I did not order 5 bottles but that did not matter - if 5 bottles were returned, I would have $5 deducted from my refund for each bottle returned. This is maddening and deceiving because I only ordered ONE bottle of the product to try but the online order page automatically coded my selection as for 5 bottles. Who in their right mind would order 5 bottle of something you have not even tried??
I ordered the product Tuesday (11/26/19) night 8:30 pm and called at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday (11/27/19) to simply cancel the order because it had not yet shipped and was told all of the above description. This is misleading and deceptive marketing online and should not be acceptable. The invoice I received by email had the following address:

When I fist saw this ad I was was really interested, I read some of the reviews of the product and 90% were favorable.
Ordered the product.
When I received the product, I went and checked my bank account. The ad said buy 3 bottles for 39.74 a bottle. Great I figured I was purchasing 3 bottles @ that price so my total would be 119.22. BUT my card was charged [email protected] 198.70 + Tax. So the charge was 220 bucks!
That was the 1st RED flag, so I inquired to customer service, and although the ad is VERY misleading, I sucked it up and didn't take it any futher.
I used the product for about 35 days and noticed NO change in weight loss as they claim. I contacted customer service a 2nd time.
I asked for a FULL refund at that time and they said they could not give me one because I passed the 30 day mark.
If someone purchase's a 2 month supply how on earth are they supposed to know it dosent work by day 30 ?
Not only did they BAIT you in and charge me more than thought, they DONT stand behind the product. This company has ads all over Facebook, that need to be shutdown.

Only after all this happened did I do more research to find that this company claimed it had been on Shark Tank, and that was a LIE.
There claim to help lose weight is a LIE also.
This company is PURE fraud and I want a FULL refund.

My wife ordered ONE BOTTLE of tablets to be dissolved in water for $37.70. We were charged $198 for FIVE bottles and when they arrived, they were CAPSULES to be swallowed. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. The best resolution we received was to return the 5 bottles at OUR expense and they would credit us $178. So we paid $20 plus shipping for a falsely advertised item that we did not want and returned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

There was an add on facebook for buy 3 get 2 free for$29.99. so I sent off for it. Then I noticed they had taken$200.00 out of my checking account. The advertisement is deceptive in that it does not make clear that the amount per bottle includes the "free" bottles.
I received a receipt email which did not include an organization of my order. I then went to the website to review my order but there is no way to do that because there is no order status button. When I called to cancel and notify them that I had flagged the charge on my card, I received threats from the customer service representative.

Received email on 11/26 from this company saying my order that was placed on 11/24 was shipped. Never placed this order; company refuses to cancel.
Received an email on 11/26 from this supplier that my order was shipped. I never placed this order on 11/24 or any other date and in fact at the time it was allegedly placed per shipper at 10:42pm I was sound asleep. The product is a weight loss pill and I do not need to lose any weight so I would never order any weight loss product much less this one. The shipper has issued an RMA but says that I have to pay a $5/bottle restocking charge.

This is a scam targeting a female senior citizen. When talking to their customer service they use intimidation and threats to try and make one believe they are going to be held liable for a fraudulently placed order.

Placed an order (Order # XXXXXX) for Ultrafast Keto Boost and paid with credit card a total of $149.91 on October 31, 2019. Product was supposed to ship within 48 hours. After several days and no product, called and asked for tracking number. They didn't have one. Said they would ship next day. Several days later called again still no product or tracking number. Then tried again and then again.

On 11/25/19 called and asked for a full refund. Was told they would reship. We told them No we do not want the product it has been 25 days and no longer want product just want a full refund. Told us they can only refund 45%, We said not acceptable. Asked for supervisor. Supervisor (Employee #145 Name Carter) said same thing. We said unacceptable must be 100%. She kept apologizing and said only can do 45%. Asked to speak with her boss. She said nobody else to escalate to. I asked where she was located and she said Tampa FL and gave the address. I asked if this was headquarters and she said no it was the distribution center. I said that address is only 35 miles from me and they couldn't get it out to my address in 25 days? I was adamant about who I could talk to about getting a 100% refund since we never received the product and since she could not solve our problem. She placed us on hold to verify something. I looked up the address in Tampa, FL it is the US Post Office not a distribution center for the company.
Supervisor came back on line and said she opened a "Concern" and that someone would be calling within 24 hours. I told her the address was not a distribution center but was a US Post Office. I said she was either duped or was lying about the distribution center. I asked her are you not there in the Post Office and she said she was in Las Vegas in the Customer Service Office. I told her she had lied to us as she specifically stated she was in Tampa when we first asked, and now she is in Las Vegas.

I told her we did not get any satisfaction with "Customer Service" and want a 100% refund. I also stated that we would be filing a dispute with our credit card company, filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, and would be consulting with an attorney on whether to file a class action lawsuit. I recommended she find another job with a more honest company.

I placed an order and was over charged. I reached out to customer service within 5 minutes and they told me I could be refunded or order corrected.

I call the customer service number within 5 minutes of placing the order to have my order corrected and was told the order could not be corrected. I asked for a refund and was advised I could not get a refund. I requested to speak with a supervisor and he read the same script to the rep had read. I then found out I was billed $196. The price on the website and the price they were trying to bill me never added up. I asked the supervisor to go on the website and look at the prices. All he could is read the scripture that I had to wait until I received the product and return it for a refund. I advised the order was placed less than 10 minutes ago and he continued to tell me I had to wait until I received the order and return it to get a refund. I explained they over charged me and I should not have to wait to get my credit. He kept trying to up sell me more products, I disconnected and called back after being told for 25 minutes He could correct my order or refund my money. The next person read the same script and stated the order was in fulfillment. I advised I called within 5 minutes of placing the order and she read the same script. I wanted the product but I did not to be over charged by $100 or like being treated badly, when all I wanted was my order corrected. At this point I wanted just my refund because this company is shady. I tried to get the address in No and was hung up on by three different representatives. I asked the last supervisor, do I not have a right to know the address of the company that just billed my credit $196 and she told me I would get when I returned the products and then she hung up. Not only Was my order incorrect, but the customer service was extremely poor. I would like this company to refund my money and cancel my order. If they cannot honor the prices on their site, then they should not advertise them. I have never reached out to a company within minutes of placing a order and could not have my order corrected. Their website had messed up my order and I called to have it corrected. My order was incorrect and I was over charged and the customer service was horrible. I just need my $196 placed back on my card. I no longer wish to try this product.

On 11/7/19 my credit card was charged in the amount of $149.91 for 3 bottles of Ultra Fast Keto Boost which I did not order. The charge was disputed on 11/12/19, a new card issued and a block placed on the card for any future charges.

I spoke to Joann *** and told her I wanted a address to return the product and she said since I received it I could not return it and she said she would give a 45 per cent off my next order.
