When I ask for a trial offer and they sent me a package with 3 bottles and charge me $198.70 which never approve that amount. No refund has been issue
I have try to talk to the phone# that I received and in which I called many times and was told that they couldn't do anything so they were going to transfer my refund complaint and they would get a hold of me. I received no communication every time this has happen. I eventually I got their email address and sent them the same complaint about 4-5 times which they stated they were review my complaint which I was told first time 3-5 business days then5-10 then 15-30. As to date I have not heard from anybody from their management. Please all I want is my $198.70 back, that's it, any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Order# XXXXXX. Wed October 16th I tried to purchase a single bottle but my computer(or theirs) thought I needed more and maxed out my order. After seeing what had happened, I sent an email to cancel my order. All I got in return is a conformation of receipt email. I called the next day Thurs Oct 17th and tried to cancel my order, I was told "I was in process and there is nothing that can be done". Once I received my order, I called and requested an RMA# to return it. RMA#XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. It was shipped back in the same package it was shipped to me in. USPS#XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. It was received on Nov 4th and signed for by A Wilson at 3:42 pm. I have attempted to get a straight answer from the support line 4 times since then with the ONLY reply being, either upper management or supervisor will contact you within 24-48 hours. The phone calls from me started after they had received the return on Nov 13th, Nov 15th, Nov 18th, and Nov 25th. I have also sent 3 emails to the "support" line with no reply as well.

Return policy is from date of purchase, however, the ship/receive date is 15 days from purchase date. No time to try the product.

I was not given the option to cancel my order and tried to cancel before it ever shipped. I was told I couldn't cancel and wouldn't be give a refund.
I saw the advertisement on Facebook and was trying to see how much shipping charges were. I went through the ordering process in order to get to that page. Once I selected "next" I was given a confirmation number and still didn't know how much the total purchase was. I tried to call and cancel my order but was told that I couldn't and would not receive a refund even if I refused the package. It was advertised at around $130 but I was charged $192. The Keto rep refunded $49 and sent out 2 more bottles of the product. I told her I didn't want ANY of the product just a refund. I received the product without an invoice or any paperwork with the cost of the product or shipping charges. I disputed this with my credit card company who promptly refunded my card. On 11/16, Keto provided my credit card co. with invoices and other paperwork to prove I had made the purchase. None of this was ever sent to me and I am not denying I went through the process at all. I was not able to cancel the order 5 minutes after I made the purchase. This company is scamming folks out of their money! I just want my money back and these folks need to be put out of business until they can set up an ordering process correctly to at least give folks the option to change their mind before placing an order. I couldn't believe she told me I could refuse the package if I wanted to but I WOULD NOT be give a refund. What kind of business is that?

On 10/20/19 I thought I was purchasing one bottle of Ultra Fast Keto for 49.99. My bank statement immediately reflected 198.70. I immediately contacted the company and they stated I didn't read the fine print and if I was unhappy I could wait for the shipment to come in and then I could call them back for an RMA# then immediately ship back. I received the bottles on 10/30/19 called in on 10/31/19 received my RMA# and immediately shipped back. My tracking # states the company received the package on 11/04/19. The company policy is refund within 3-5 business days. I have called, I have emailed over and over and every single time a representative is unsure of why I have not received my refund. I final straw is the email I received today 11/24/19. A customer service representative states her records show I RECEIVED MY REFUND FOR $93.73 ON AUGUST 30, 2019 AND SHE PROVIDED A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. (my purchase was made in October 2019) This is unreal, this is a scam and I cannot believe Shark Tank Lori Greiner represents this fraudulent company.

called for return on 11/19. received email that day saying I had to call back for further instructions on returning items. no mention that it had to be done that day. called today, was told I was out of the return policy window and no refunds would be allowed. I argued that of the 30 days, almost 2 weeks was taken up by very slow delivery. if I have 30 days to try the product but am only allowed 17 due to slow delivery, it seems that there should be SOME leeway allowed. Now I'm out $151 for a product I never even opened.

Purchased 1 bottle of Keto Boost on 10/21/2019, decided not to take due to medical issues. Called and was told I could return to the Las Vegas address, given an RMA# to return on. I sent the unopened bottle back to that address on 10/24/2019. It was shipped via UPS Ground on tracking# *** which shows this return was received at the Keto Boost address on 11/1/2019. I have not received my refund and have called them multiple times and nobody at the # seems to be able to locate my account or provide any details on my return status.

Did not order this product. Called and reported it as a fraudulent charge. Product shows up at my house several days later. Called the company and they offered a "partial" refund. I told them I wanted to send it all back because I did not order it - nor did anyone in my house. They hung up on me.

I have not been issued a refund thru this company and they have said they would issue the refund it takes up to ten business days and they have had my merchandise since the nov 7 2019 and no one is responding to me when I call I have the rma number they asked for and the tracking number as who received and the time it was received. they are suppose to refund me 176.00 because I didnt order the 5 bottles but was told they messed up and I had to wait to get them send them back and I would have to pay restocking fee of 5.00 a bottle and they would refund me as of nov 22 2019 I have not gotten my refund and would appericate your help.

They say the bottles are 69.99 per bottle and you get a promotion price of 34.97 per bottle. Which comes to 198.70 with the buy 3 get 2 free. But if you do the math you're only getting one free. On 9/14 this company charged $198.70 to my accoun . This was unauthorized and I did not receive any goods or services for this charge.

Unauthorized billing for MUCH more than was advertised and no refund was given once I met ALL this companies requirements for FULL refund.
On August 23rd 2019 I saw an advertisement for this product. It was advertised as being a buy one get one free promotions. Once I placed the order an email was sent for my order BUT NO INVOICE and it stated a buy 3 get 2 free order which was NOT what I had clicked on and was purchasing through this companies order form. I checked my bank account to see that I was actually charged $198.70 which was NOT what the order form/website stated. I immediately called the company to ask them to stop the order and was told they could not and that it was processing and that I would have to wait until the order arrived to send it back to them.
I waited and once I received the order called the company and told them I wanted to send it ALL back. The customer service representative gave me and RMA # XXXXXXXXXXXXX and a USPS tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The tracking will show it was delivered to their Fulfillment center on September 9th 2019 to where it was originally sent from. I had asked the service representative if the RMA number was all I needed and he said "Yes".
I have been calling them every 5 business days to get my money back and each customer service representative keeps telling me that I will see it within 3-5 business days. I have yet to see the refund. Just recently upon calling and trying to get what is rightfully MY MONEY back I was told that I was outside my 30 day return window, yet it was returned to the company within 2 weeks as the tracking numbers showed. Yet, since I did not send this product to a Las Vegas address which I was not aware of that I would not be getting my money back. No one had told me an alternative address and like I stated when I asked the Customer service representative that gave me the RMA number if that was all I needed he said "Yes, just take it to the local UPS store and they will return it to us". Which I did!!!
I have been calling and calling and getting no where and basically I was robbed by this company and would like to press charges against them. I have started a Facebook webpage at https://www.facebook.com/groups/802496273539432/ for all those that have been scammed and looking into getting a class action lawsuit filed against this company so they will stop scamming hard working people out of their money.

I ordered three bottles of Ultra fast Keto Boost($150.00). Once I received them, we found out my wife couldn't use them. I called the company and received a RMA# and mailed them back for a refund, minus $5 a bottle for restock fee. The USPS tracking number for the shipping back to them stated that they received the merchandise three days later. A month later, I have made about 15 phone calls, and spoke to numerous "agents" about the matter. Every time I call the agent says they will send a "CONCERN TO UPPER MANAGEMENT", every time I call, and that my refund was on the way! I asked for a phone number that I could speak to management about my issue and was told that would be against their security policy!

Unsuccessful in getting company to honor it's advertised money back guarantee
I ordered this company's product on about 10/19/19 and received the product on about 10/25/19. After trying the product for several weeks, I decided that the product was not working as promised and contacted the company via email on multiple occasions to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) to be able to return the product for a refund per their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. I also tried to reach them via their toll-free number but no one ever answered calls. To date, I have not received any response from the company. My order number was ***.

I got an order without seeking to purchase anything from them. I called my credit card co and let me know I received benefit? Insisted that I did not make this purchase and asking me to pay 150 for buy two get one free Kerri boost. I was not able to return the product either!!!!

False advertising and refund return policy. Was told I could get a full refund once product received and shipped back. Not the case.
Purchased 11/9/19 online. Accidental order for wrong amount of product. Called to cancel and was told unable to cancel, but I could call when product received to return for full refund. Called today and talked to Agent #288. She began to offer me 25% discount which I declined, then a 45% discount which I declined. Continued to ask for return label. Finally she provided me the information to return product, but was told that there is a $5.00 per bottle restocking fee once received and only then if product sent back by 12/9/19 will I receive a credit to my account minus the restocking fee which will = $25.00. False advertising on their website that this product was advertised on shark tank as well as a money back guarantee. I paid via Master Card.
