Charged me to much and can not get my refund.
I ordered off of facebook for free trial and it showed a picture of Kelley Clarkston so I thought it might be legit but I was wrong. I tried to order a free trial but when I clicked to place order it would not show me my order I called right then I was charged $208.64 and it was to be free they said all they could do was refund $128.71 order was placed 9-12-2019 Have called very many times always the same answer that they would send it to managment and I will get refund in 10 to 12 DAYS so far nothing please no one order from them they are stealing from us. There should me more that we could do this is just out and out STEALING!

Charged 198.90 which I can't afford being on a fixed income. I them returned the items to the post office with a tracking number. I waited about a week to see if my money was refunded with no nothing. So I called the number on my charge account and they told me I didn't follow the instructions for there return policy. Upon receiving the items there was nothing in the bag but the items themselves and no receipt. The woman told me she couldn't return my money because I didn't follow return instructions. So then I called my credit card company to look into it which they did and they said there was nothing they could do. So here we are November 18 I call the number in NV spoke the the woman ask her to return my money or send me the product but you can't have both. She proceeded to tell me that if I didn't call my credit card company that she would have been able to return my money. So I wait a minute you first told me I didn't follow directions for returns and couldn't get my money now your telling me because I called my credit card company to investigate your not going to refund my money so which is it? Ok now you $198.90 of my money and the product I returned you can't have both she just kept telling me she couldn't return my money or ship any product.

First was charged more than expected. Main complaint is that the product did not work and they would not give me a refund.

Because I was overcharged, I called immediately once the charge ($208) hit my bank acct. I wanted to cancel the entire order and they REFUSED. they tried to compensate with a reduced charged that got me back to what I thought I would be charged.When I was dissatisfied with the results (no weight loss at all) I asked to return the 4 bottles not used. But they said nothing about the 30 day money back guarantee being null and void if you get a credit or a better price. At first they said "this is not allowed because we gave you a credit" - reduced the charges. But I had "NOT gotten any refund into my bank account, and it has been over a month since that partial refund was offered". I finally received the partial refund ($93.89) into my bank account on 10/24. But what I really wanted was a full refund and send the products back. The company lies, is unprofessional, and has a bad product. They hung up on me several times. I spent hours on hold and on the phone with them. They have "rules" they are not printed anywhere to find. Bottom line is they should have canceled my order when I called back minutes after placing the initial order and changed my mind due to the much higher charges. I am out more than $100 and have four bottle of "sugar pills" that they will not return for a refund. I even called within 30 days but they said there was no guarantee that the product would be back on the shelf. (Since it too a week for the product to arrive, I literally had 10 days to try to product because it would take a week to return and for them to process it. 10 days is not long enough. They are sneaky and could have held the product and called it returned on day 31 and I would have been out over $200 so I took the $93 and moved on. I just hate that others are being SCAMMED! I've returned and they received their products over a month ago and I still haven't gotten my refund.
I've called them many times but they never tend to help me. They always say someone will reach out to me in 24hours but they never did. I need my money. Please help me!

Called 5 times for refund of product. They received on 11/11/19. We were instructed to make sure item arrives by 11/11/19 for refund to be issued.
After 5 separate calls and 5 different people within Ultra Keto, we have been given the run around on our refund of $173 that we were originally told we would receive if the product was returned by 11/11/2019. The product arrived on schedule via US Post Office verified through Tracking XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX , just like they told us to have it arrive by 11/11/2019. Now they are changing their tune and saying we are not entitled to a refund, because it was supposed to arrive before 11/11/2019. They changed the wording after the fact to us over the phone during call #5 inquiring on our refund. They keep mentioning they will forward a correspondence letter to a higher up department to look into it. I keep asking to talk with a high up Supervisor or Manager to get a resolution, but they refuse to do anything further for me to speak to anyone else. They now have my money and the returned products in their possession. This type of Company Fraud needs to be stopped and looked into. All I wanted was my money back, minus shipping. The product was causing my wife to have stomach pain and her Family Doctor instructed her to stop taking it and return it.

Ultra Fast Keto Boost overcharged me from the beginning, $198.70, 10/8/19. The special was buy 3 get 2 free, which should have been $119.22. When I tried to cancel the order they offered me more product and a discount, $49.68, and said it was too late to cancel my order, even though I had just ordered a few minutes before. Yet, I did NOT receive 2 different packages, I received ONLY 1, with the free products included. Then after using the product, which wasn't working because the keto strips I bought showed I was not getting into ketosis, I requested a refund, 10/29/19. When I called in responding to an email, they tried to sell me more product and a discount once again. I have proof that I returned the product in time, on 11/4/19. USPS, sent me notification of delivery. USPS had sent me an earlier notification on 11/2/19, which said, "attempted delivery today and there was no access to delivery location." I sent emails checking on my refund, they kept changing the date of return and the time frame for the refund. I still have not received my refund. I have all these emails if you need to see any of them.

I received a text offering me one free bottle of their product - just pay for shipping. Received 5 bottles - charged $198.70 to my credit card.
On November 15 I received a text to my cell phone to clink on a link. It was a product called keto as seen on Shark Tank and offer for a free bottle - just pay for shipping. I entered my shipping address and credit card and was charged $198.70. When I received that email a few minutes later I immediately sent them an email that there must have been some sort of mistake I was only paying for shipping on one free bottle. They said too late - all shipments go out immediately and it was already mailed. In continuous correspondence over the next several days I was offered anywhere from a 35-45% discount if I would keep the 5 bottles they shipped. In addition I was told if I tried to return it would be a $5 per bottle or $25 restocking fee for something I didn't even order! They said I clicked a box accepting their terms. They continued to say they didn't have such an offer. It is a scam that they are doing this to people.

I got 5 bottles of KetotBoost in the mail and it was charged $198.70 to my credit card. I never went in to their website nor ordered this product. when I called them to complain I was advised that I needed to return the product at my expense and I would be charged $25.00 restacking fee. I called my credit card to open a fraud investigation against this company since my suspicion is that they are getting peoples credit card and charging without they consent, hoping that they will keep the product and if they don't keep it they will make $25.00 on the restacking fee. When I told them that I opened an investigation with the credit card they said I am no longer allowed to returned the product since I open an investigation either with the Credit Card Company or with Revdex.com. I would like Revdex.com to look into this company and investigate them for fraud.

This company has been advising me I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days since the 25th of October.
Sent products back and requested refund since October 25th. Still have not received my refund every time I call they advise they will send concerns to upper management and they have 24 to 48 hrs to contact you. Have yet to hear from a manager requested copies of the recorded conversations and they advised they could not provide that information. Also charged a 5 dollar restock for the 2 free bottles. Reason for return was it was only supposed to be 1 bottle not 5. Called to cancel order and they advised they could not. So sent back unopened products and still no refund. The customer service is garish. I have never in my life delt with such an unprofessional company in all my life.

I purchased this item once in September and was surpursied at the amount I was charged. I assumed it may have been shipping and handling. When I purchased again in November, again the charge was excessive. When the charge appear on my account, I called to cancel my order. I was told it had already been shipped. I explained that the ad of buying 2 and getting one free was incorrect as I was being charged for all 3 bottles. She offered to sent me 2 more at no charge and that was better than nothing. I wanted to return my shipment, but was afraid I would be out the money and the product. I also purchased it because it advertised as being a Shark Tank product. It is not, so that's 2 areas of false advertising.

When I bought the product 10/27/2019 at 7:01 a.m. the add misstated the price of the Ultra Fast Keto Burn product. My order is # XXXXXX, I was charged 198.70 immediately to my debit card through Centris Federal Credit Union, and should of been 49.97. I contacted the company on 10/03/2019 to find out why I was charged the incorrect amount. They then told me that I misread the amount. She then said I could keep it and they would give me a refund of half. I stated no and that I would be returning the complete order unopened for a full refund. When I received I never opened the package and returned directly to them. They told me that when I received the product to call them and I would be given a Return Authorization # and the return address and that I would have to pay for return shipping. They then stated a restocking fee which is no where to be found on their website would be charged, I then told them that I refused the return stocking fee because it is stated no where on their site. I returned the product unopened postage paid with a tracking and signing confirmation. They gave me the return address of Ultra Fast Keto Boost Returns, 9205 W. Russell Road Ste. 240, Las Vegas, NV 89148 with the return authorization number of RMA XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I mailed it on November 5, 2019 and they signed for on November 7, 2019 at 3:09 p.m. I have called several times in regards to the status of my refund and they told me three to five business days. I had to give them my tracking number which is through the USPS XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Five business days was November 15, 2019. I still have no refund. I called again today and was told the warehouse issues the refund and they would move it to upper management. I was told again because I have contacted them on three different days now that I it would go to upper management and I should receive and email within 24 to 48 hours, I am now going on 96hours and still no email. They cannot give me a time frame of when I will get the refund, a number for upper management, a number for the warehouse and was also told I cannot leave my phone number for upper management to get ahold of me. I feel that I am just getting the runaround and will never be issued my refund. I feel totally ridiculous that I fell for this scam. I get the same script everytime and they need the same information over and over. Like is my information even being put into the complaint. I am going into Centris to file a formal fraud complaint to my account.

I received 5 bottles of ultrafast keto boost by USPS in September 2019. Items were not ordered by me or anyone in my household. My checking account was debited for $198.70. I disputed the charges and had a credit issued by my bank. However, after the bank investigated, they claimed the charges were legitimate and my credit was reversed. Contact was made with the company through the phone number and the request for reimbursement was rejected. I was not given the option of returning the items. This was a total scam and I had my debit card reissued by the bank.

the company took $198.70 out of my account without my approval. Really messed my bank account up. I am trying to get my money back. Was told by staff it would be returned to my account by Nov 15.. No there. Called again today, they are still working on my refund. Charging me 5.00 restock fee and the sent me 5 bottles when I ordered 1 bottle.. I had to pay 5.53 shipping to return the 5 bottles.
I would like for you to help me get my money back plus shipping and no restock fee. that was my grandchildren's money for Christmas.

Misleading advertising and failure to refund returned product.
I purchased several bottles of their Keto product. They advertised that you would get 2 bottles free if you purchased 3 bottles at $39 and change. So I was expecting to pay about $120. Instead I was charged $198.87. I had to fight with them to return the product (I don't do business with companies that use misleading advertsing) and they said, upon receiving the product, they would refund the total minus a $25 "restocking fee." I agreed to that and returned the product. They received the package on 10/16 (verifed by USPS) and I'm still waiting for the refund, which they said I would get in 3-5 days. When I called them on 10/26, they said they would escalate my case and someone would call me. I don't need a call. I need my refund. This company needs to be shut down.

Cannot find an email to cancel my order. Have been reading and doing research, FDA has NOT approved this drug as add claimed, and Shark Tank is NOT involved as add claimed. I do not want this product and I want to cancel my order.

09-21-19 The website never lets you preview/ confirm the quantity / dollar amount of the purchase. Three bottles was incorrectly highlighted and no screen ever came to preview order before accepting. called immediately the number listed 888-970-0686 person answered phone manually changed order to one bottle and said the refund would be issued, my card was charged $198.70 for three bottles only received one in mail. called many times in regards to refund due, was told she sees refund of $128.71 on my account and it will be processed in 3-5 business days, called again to speak to supervisior told it will be moved up to managment to be refunded and will recieve an email in 24-48 hrs when the refund will be processed, called another time was told the refund department was backed up and they are refunded manually and would move my name to top of list. last call spoke to floor supervisor stating will send to management to review and refund will take 3-5 business days. never received refund or any emails in regards to refund. all staff will only answer with scripted answers
