I am rejecting this response because:Just like their sales pitch, statements included in their response are inaccurate and not truthfulIt's also comical after submitting a complaint to the Revdex.com I received a letter from a collection agency stating that I owed $354.90, even though a complaint was openedHowever on a letter dated 7/8/I received a letter saying I owed $with a liability balance of $ Then again I received a letter dated 8/11/saying I owed with a liability balance of $And yet again I received a letter dated 8/18/saying I owed a balance of $with a liability balance of $1,Notice the trend here?This company is lucky I'm not asking for a refund of what I did payAgain, I can only state what I was told when I enrolledI didn't not receive ANY materials from Penn Foster via a delivery serviceSo, I dispute a fees charged for "shipping and handling" which they claim in their responseWhen I signed up for this program I was instructed that these CREDITS WOULD TRANSFER to other institutions and would not be a problemAnd the is the only reason I signed up for this program through this institutionI cann't express that enough, the only reason I sign up because I was told these credits would transferAnd I feel that I was lied to and this company uses lies, and misrepsents themsevles, and uses deceitful practices to get students to sign up for their programsOnce I found out that these credits were in fact useless and not transferable is when I cancelledI'm disappointed and feel cheated in what I did payI contacted five different universities none of which accepted these creditsAfter looking up this school I found lieing to consumers isn't exactly new to them and example of this is Penn Foster vsthe Oregon Justice DepartmentThat case contained very similar complaints to mineWhere a gentleman was told credits would transfer to a community college and they did notI just to not appreciate being lied to or "duped"And that's how I feelAnd I'm not going to allow this company to "bully" me into paying a bill I don't feel I oweEven though I opened this complaint they continue to call multiple times per dayI was hoping to get this resolved here, however perhaps I should also file a complaint with the Department of EducationThis much more then a bill, I honestly feel I was lied to and mislead, therefore I do not feel I owe them a penny more then I have already paid.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I would like it noted for others who are checking the Revdex.com's website for reviews before choosing an online program, the "assignment" in question that Penn Foster wanted to charge $was NOT part of my program, but an online orientation that was required to do pretty much anything with the programMost people would not consider that an assignment or test, but it's the loophole in their return policy I did not even read the entire first lesson, but they wanted to charge a total of almost $for registration and that ten minute orientation that consisted of clicking "agree".

by submitting a down payment and a signed enrollment agreement. It states on *** ***’s signed enrollment agreement that students have twelve months to complete their first semester. Students may request two-six months extensions at any time provided their programs is completed within six years. On April *** *** was enrolled into the first semester for two years. Due to the timeframe given to students to complete the remaining semesters, *** *** would not have the program completed within the given six year limit. On February 29, *** *** was advised that he needed to have his semester completed by April or he will have to re-enroll into the most updated program. According to our records, *** *** did not finish Semester one until July 11, 2016; therefore, he has to be evaluated into the current Veterinary Technician Associates Degree. Per the evaluation, *** *** will need to complete one course (Animal Anatomy and Physiology II) in the first semester as they have changed the outline.
