I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I would like it noted for others who are checking the Revdex.com's website for reviews before choosing an online program, the "assignment" in question that Penn Foster wanted to charge $was NOT part of my program, but an online orientation that was required to do pretty much anything with the programMost people would not consider that an assignment or test, but it's the loophole in their return policy I did not even read the entire first lesson, but they wanted to charge a total of almost $for registration and that ten minute orientation that consisted of clicking "agree".

by submitting a down payment and a signed enrollment agreement. It states on *** ***’s signed enrollment agreement that students have twelve months to complete their first semester. Students may request two-six months extensions at any time provided their programs is completed within six years. On April *** *** was enrolled into the first semester for two years. Due to the timeframe given to students to complete the remaining semesters, *** *** would not have the program completed within the given six year limit. On February 29, *** *** was advised that he needed to have his semester completed by April or he will have to re-enroll into the most updated program. According to our records, *** *** did not finish Semester one until July 11, 2016; therefore, he has to be evaluated into the current Veterinary Technician Associates Degree. Per the evaluation, *** *** will need to complete one course (Animal Anatomy and Physiology II) in the first semester as they have changed the outline. Once that is complete, he needs to contact Student Care to enroll into his second semester On July 22, I tried to contact *** *** to advise him of this but was unable to reach him. When an account is sent to an outside collection agency there is an agency fee that is added as well I did have the account reviewed by our Financial Services supervisor. He is going to contact ARS Agency today to advise them to accept payment-in-full with a percent discount.
