Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintThe complainant's claim was denied back on 10/16/We contacted hm and explained the situationWhile the insured may have been ticketed for the accident; liability was called into question due to the place of impact on the insured's vehicleThe Unique adjuster involved contacted the complainant on 10/19/and explained to him that the claim was denied and the basis for the denialA written denial was sent as well and the adjuster suggested he turn the matter over to his carrierThe denial remains in effect.Thank you again, [redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintThe Unique adjuster that was handling this claim, it is closed now, spoke with the insured yesterday, 03/10/He stated he received a notice from [redacted] which said there was $6,worth of damage to their truckThe insured said there was not as much damage done and he does not want his insurance company paying for something that was not viableThere is damage but he doesn't feel it is $6,worth of damage.The adjuster then spoke to the [redacted] GroupThe adjuster explained that she would be in touch after the estimate was reviewed by our physical damage team and she would reach out to them thenThe [redacted] rep on the phone said she would be out of the office until Wednesday but that the adjuster can speak to anyone on the team and she would circle back when she returns next weekThank you, [redacted]

The complainant says that she sent in the [redacted] report but after reviewing the file and going online to check its availability on [redacted] we still have no record of the [redacted] reportIf the complainant can tell us who she sent it to, how it was sent and which address, this would help considerably in finding itThank you, [redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintPer the adjuster, this file is closed due to lack of activityWe received all the necessary paperwork from our insured and serviced the claim for themHowever, we have not received anything from the complainant outside of an accident reportThere is no police report and no photos or estimate provided eitherIf the complainant would like to provide photos and estimate to [redacted] we can move forward with the claim but as of now, the claim is closed[redacted]

I was purchased this policy not knowing the background of this placeMy van was in a hitAnd run on April/When I came outside and seen my back was smashed in a called the police and then my insranceThe lady was pleaseant when she took my infor downShe told me someone will contact me in hours instead I received a letter days later the QUESTIONNAIRE it said fill out and send pictures and police reportI send everything I needed toWeeks passed by no return calls I left alot of voicemails and I was calm each timeI send countless emails to the claims and marketingI have no heard back from any one since the accident and since I filled everything I needed toAfter no respond on MAY I spoke to man name Craig or GregI informed him how I have not been contacted or my van has not been looked at or sent to get an estimateHe informed me they will pick up my van have it towed so they can look st it and get this thing rollingHe was nice and helpful but only to learn he lied to me and didnt help me; however I got this letter from the insurnace saying my claim has been concluded because there was no police report, estimate I dont know what that means but I do know I send a police reportMy van was never picked up and it is now Saturday morning 05/28/Im frustrated that no one ever contacts youDon't ever waste your money on a company who can't help you when you need themThey say they are dedicated and make comminement not even closeDon't waste your time becuase if your in accident you will be on the cta for a month or longer

Wish I had known about this website before I chose Unique (not unique at all) On 4/3/I backed into a car that was in my driveway I called Unique on Monday morning as soon as they opened Spoke to Alison She told me my adjusters name was LaTonya S I had to leave a message telling her to please get back with me as soon as possible NO CALL BACK I called again the next day and left another message NO CALL BACK I called Unique again the next day and the lady who answered the phone told me I had to speak with Gerri, ext***, LaTonya S.'s asst Left a message for her NO CALL BACK It is now Thursday 4/14/and I have yet to hear from anyone Needless to say I cancelled this un-unique insurance today Also, the cost to have the vehicle repaired turned out to be LESS than my deductible

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintThe adjuster met with the complainant on 03/16/when she came to our officeShe explained the claim process to the complainant and she reviewed the evidence of the accident with herAn appraiser appointment was set up with her for 03/20/and the appraiser phoned the night before to confirm and discuss where the vehicle was locatedOn the day of the appointment the car was not in the prescribed location and the complainant said her husband had taken the carShe was told to take the vehicle to a drilocation as the appraiser could not return to her homeUnique later set up another appointment for her vehicle to be reviewed on 03/31/16.Thank you, [redacted]

My car was stolen and found days later after it had been crashed by the thievesI submitted a claim, and took it to the shop for the estimate within hours of hanging up- thinking it could be resolved soonAfter been on hold for minutes, then been hung upon and having to wait another minutes to get someone on the phone I was told to just wait I asked for a time frame and the adjuster simply responded she did not have a time frame because it all depended on how many estimates where in front of meIts been days and I have not heard anything nor have my calls been returnedAn insurance company is suppose to make things easier for one, that's why we pay, not more stressfulI can not live without a car for who knows how long nor can I afford to rent a car for what its seems might be months after reading some complains There are so many similar complains and I am sure we are not the only knows dealing with this stressful ordealHow can a business be run like this and be represented by the Revdex.com?

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintIn January, we sent total loss documents to the complainant so he can receive his checkWe never received anything back from him; therefore, we have not issued a checkI will have one of our supervisors e-mail the documents to the complainant at the listed e-mail addressHe will need to let us know, too, if he is keeping the vehicle or not.He should check his e-mail later today for an e-mail from [redacted] with Unique InsuranceOnce we received the information, we can issue him a checkThank you, [redacted]

This company by far has the worse service, it took over months to get the check for the repairs needed to fix my car due to one of Unique's customers hit my carI called about times and no one responded to my numerous voice messagesThe customer service is not existing at this companyI just hope that I don't get involved in an accident with a driver that carries this garbage of insurance

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintOne of our adjusters spoke with the complainant on 07/01/and explained that we needed accident reports from both parties to advance this claimThis complainant only has liability and uninsured motorist physical damage; she says the claimant is uninsuredAt this time, we have not received an accident report from either partyWe also need a police report, which we will order if there is not one available from either partyWe also need to file an IDOT certification form to ensure the claimant does not have insuranceBased on the report received from IDOT, we can move forward to complete the UMPD claim for the complainantThis process does take longer since we do have to wait for information from the stateIf the complainant has any additional info for Unique, she is more than welcome to send it to (her claim number)@uniqueinsuranceco.com or to myself at n [redacted] @producersnational.comEither way, the info will reach the claim file and an adjuster working on her claim.Thank you, [redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintPer the claim notes, I see that our claims team was in touch with the complainant throughout the processAt one point, when payment was issued for the repairs, the complainant decided to have repairs done elsewhereWe then asked for the check to be returnedIt looks like this is what took considerable time and slowed down the processWe then issued another check to the shop of his choiceIn the end, a new check was issued and the claim is now closed on our books.Thank you again, [redacted]

I don't unseratand how UNIQUE INSURANCE can be a part of the Revdex.com!! This is the worst company ever!!! No one calls you back! I tried to get a hold of Nancy Acevedo and she has not had the decency to call me back, I sent her a 3-emails and she has not responded to me about a claim!! This is ridiculous because of there unprofessionalism my license and license plate will be getting suspended because no one can bother on calling the other insurance companies lawyer to tell them I was covered the day of the accident!!

From our notes, I see that we did speak with the complainant because he rejected our initial offer then a renegotiated one was sent outFrom the notes, it seems we are awaiting his responseHe is more than welcome to contact me directly at [redacted] with his responseA check has been issued for his rental reimbursement.Thank you, [redacted]
