This is the second time I've had to complain about Quest Diagnostics godawful practices because they are clearly a truly ignorant corporation that has no semblance of good customer serviceFool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, I guessWe won't be using Quest again now that they've screwed up twice
