Sent out a bogus 'final notice' for a bill that had been paid in full months priorThey keep short office hours, give you no way to actually get details on the supposed total owed, and require full account access for paymentsWill be changing physicians if I can't otherwise decline their 'services.' Stay away, don't give them your bank account info

Invoice Number *** for $ has been billed wrongly to me despite me reaching out and advising them the error times .They sent it to collection services and I got a call that my insurance provider had my date of birth incorrect so could not cover me This error has not been fixed and I never got the problem resolved and while I am in the process of complaining to them they have sent it to collection recovery services

I had blood testing done by Quest Diagnostics over one year ago They initially billed to the wrong location When this was corrected I then paid the bill in full Since that time they have continued to bill me for one of the tests, even though I repeated contact customer service and explain and contact my sales rep I have twice received letters stating my bill is paid in full Then, again, one month later they change the invoice number (to confuse me?) and rebill for the same thing This is harassment and fraud Please assist

My blood was drawn on or about 2/20/When my doctor called for the test results, he was told the test had been cancelledThe doctor stated he is the only one who can cancel the test and he had notI believe my blood was discarded because I was unprepared to pay $for the tests on the spotI'm a self pay patient and have previously been on a payment plan which I have paid offI asked to be billed but was told they can't do thatI now have to repeat the tests and pay another doctor's visit again for the results and to be prescribedThis is inconvenient at the very least

This lab, Quest Diagnostics, has been trying to collect since February 13th,
At this current moment, on record this company has at least 2x (two) violations of the cease and desist against me
They do not answer or respond to phone calls, e-mail, or web contact
They have no respect

I went on 11/24/for lab work at the request of my doctor I was going for my company/insurance provided physical exam (with lab work included free of charge to me.) It is a service provided annually by my company in conjunction with my insurance agency, ***I go every year and every year, Quest screws it up and puts in codes that are not routine in nature, causing my to get big bills for this service that is supposed to be free to me annuallyEach year, I spend hours, weeks, months trying to get it correctedI do not owe this billIt is a free wellness screening provided by my company This year, my doctor went to great lengths to hand write each code to make sure they were properly inputted by Quest as routine codes, not diagnostic They still did it wrong and want my to pay them $for my free wellness screening

I order labs on over patients per dayQuest labs consistently has at least one major error on greater than 50% of the labs I orderSpecifically the urine studies and hour urine collectionsWe have called them repeatedly, but it appears it has to do with the culture of the lab technicians and staff and each lab not caring about their job and inadequate trainingWe do not have the same problems with the other labs in our area including ***, *** ***, and *** Hospital

Typical BS - I go to the doctor for an annual physical, they recommend a bunch of stuff like tests, the doctor tells me it should be covered all under my insurance, but my insurance doesn't pay everything they want, they don't check carefully enough, and even though I'm told I won't owe anything, I am stuck with the bill and the option I guess to take the doctor and insurance company to court or just pay All involved should get a bad review; in my business if I tell a client what they will have to pay they pay that, if I make a mistake that's on menot here

Terrible experience! Never got my results from them- login never worked (even though I signed up)....urgently needed my results for a further test I needed to do but nobody gave a ***! Even after calling, e- mailing them....The only thing that worked when they sent me my bill for over usd- and there they were very professionalI don't understand why results have to go over this unprofessional Quest Diangnostics? Can we not talk to our doctors anymore to get results? Try to avoid the lab in any case if you can! Choose doctors who will not work with this set upI am serious- keep away from them- it will save you lots of money and nervesReading all the others complaints I really don't understand why they are still in business

My doctor requested that I get some lab work doneI made an appointment with Quest Diagnostics in DE and when I arrived I asked to verify they were "in network" with *** *** *** and they said they are not in the state of DE However, Quest Diagnostics is "in network" in their PA offices She told me that if I had the work done there, it would cost me about $and if I had it done in PA, it would be about $ I live in PA, on the border of DE, so I decided to reschedule the appointment for their PA office

I showed up for my appointment at Quest, gave the representative there my lab orders and again requested whether the lab was "in network" She said they were
Now, I am being billed $for the labs Through my conversations with both Quest Diagnostics

Went in for lab work and gave them my insurance informationThey spent minutes going over the test I was taking and submitted to insurance and told me it was cover except co-payI asked if they were in my network and they stated yesI was all a liei was never in network

As a requirement of my husbands employer each year we have to have a blood sample taken at Quest Diagnostics as a Blueprint for WellnessThe results are then submitted to the employer of which significantly lowers our premiums Quest has attached my results to the wrong year in their computer system They have been contacted & currently have an investigation case open to get this rectified 7-daysThe days come & there is no conclusion The case is now what they call "escalated" & an additional days is now added before this is said to be rectified I can only talk to a customer service repof which they are kind but cannot do more than send a request & give me another reference case # I do not wish to pay the additional $for my insurance due to an input clerical error that cannot seem to get any attention to get corrected I am quite unsatisfied with Quest's manner in which they keep pushing off a resolution & no response to follow up as req
