I recieved a bill from Quest Diagnotics for lab work I never authorized or hadWhen I called to discuss this matter with them they said I needed to contact the clinic that sent in this so called lab workWhen I called the Doctor clinic that sent in this lab, they were closed permanently and never returned my phone calls when I left messagesI wrote Quest Diagnotics and called about this matter and I get no response or answerJust keep recieveing bills and now a final notice statement for this bill that isnt mine or I didnt authorizeI refuse to pay a bill thats not mine, and im very frustrated that it seems im getting scammed

They expect their money right then, but for it to take this long to refund the customer is totally crazy *** ***s needs to have more than one lab in the network!!

I had a physical chein December from which a blood sample was sent to Quest Diagnostics for testing Quest billed me directly and the bulk of the invoice was paid by my insurance I called them on 3/31/and paid off what I was told was my balance of $ Since then I've received an invoice for an additional $even though I've received no additional service from them I try to call to inquire about this, but it's extremely difficult to get through their lines Even though they clearly state "hours/days" on their invoice, their lines are only open during business hours When I call during business hours there has always been an extremely long wait, and it's difficult for me to spend 20-minutes on hold while I'm at work
I feel it unethical for them to continue to bill me for additional money without providing additional service I've tried to get an explanation from them, but their limited ability to answer phone calls make it extremely difficult

Quest Diagnostics says that I owe them for $for Inv.*** Info that I given, lab services were provided in May I explained that I've never received an invoice for the lab services, but instead started receiving collection notificaitons from a Credit Collection Services regarding a debt that I owe Quest Diagnostics Incorp I've made numerous calls over the past months to get this error fix, but no successBasically what I have figured out , is the lab order was completed for someone that lives in Altanta, GA, which I have never lived in Altanta, GAThe debt has my name and DOB, but it had an Altanta, GA address which explains as to why I did not receive any invoice noticesI never had any lab work or had lab services completed in the month of May, and I know that this debt of $is not my billHowever, Quest customer service has never given me any call backs nor has fixed the error
