to *** ***’ account on 5/22/and there will be no other compensation
provided
We appreciate *** ***’ feedback. These types of issues go directly against our

avoid similar problems for all of our customers

Even though there are plenty of compliants, I'm staying with rush card

On July 13th, 2016, *** *** reached out to RushCard to file a dispute on an *** transaction, posted on July 08th, 2016, of $In his dispute *** *** is requesting credit, he stated he returned the merchandise to *** but never credited his account
On July 14th, UniRush used its resources with *** in an attempt to recover the funds for *** ***On July 31st, 2016, *** provided documentation to UniRush showing the merchandise was shipped to *** *** addressTo investigate this further, *** *** would need to provide the receipt showing the merchandise was returned to ***
We appreciate *** *** feedback regarding this matter and the opportunity this will provide for us to improve upon this letter

As of yesterday (July 31st, 2016), I was advised by a manager that my concern has been escalated separate times before she escalated it for a fourth timeNo one has explained to me or my mother why the card to card transfer failed and why was she was advised that it went to an inactive card with a different card number than the cards that she currently haveAlso, no one has explained why I have been charged a monthly fine after going through such a hassle.This company lacks empathy and care of their customersI have been a card holder since and can't believe I was treated in such wayRep ID *** advised me that the funds were still not in my account because they were trying to refund the fines first that was applied to my mom's account (5.95) and then would refund me my money (180.00)She advised that she didn't have much info because the corporate and technical team have not provided a response at that timeI ended the call by advising that I have a complaint opened with the Revdex.com and will include the further information in my complaintHow convenient is it that a partial amount of the funds now magically pop up into my account with numerous questions unanswered!

When I called they said I would get a credit for my overdraft fees ! This never happened I did not have access to my money and was not able to deposit my money in my bank causing me to have overdraft fee which they said they would honor and pay and now I keep getting different story call 11/and was on hold for hours they kept transferring me ?and handing up!!! This has not been resolved

This business sent the funds that were owed to my account and it SEEMED like everything was fine and in working order Now they have issued a $credit to my account for the system outage but in doing so it has also placed yet ANOTHER hold on my account I am getting very aggravated by this company I have tried to call their number only to be disappointed by them yet again as they will NOT answer the phone and it continues to hang up when being connected to a representative I would like a response IMMEDIATELYI will be contacting my lawyer *** *** and she will take things into her hands from this point on

Hi ***, I spoke to this customer yesterday and explained that the rebuttal process is the same time frame as the initial dispute she filedI explained to her that the documents request needed to be faxed and she said it was in the documents I received 5/10/I advised her I would forward that information to the dispute manager to get the documents sent to herHer email address is on her account and it was in the complaint, so there was no need to verify thatShe wanted to know the specific time frame for the dispute rebuttal and I advised her that I was not able to provide that, that is why we give the time frame and referred her to the Card Holder Agreement that states that timeframe There is no additional information to provide to *** *** at this time

denied due to no error was foundIn
addition, no provisional credit was provided because RushCard did not receive
the proper documentation within the specified timeframe. On
March 19, a RushCard corporate specialist advised *** *** of the
dispute rebuttal process*** *** insisted that he had filed a rebuttal
dispute. There is no indication of a
rebuttal dispute on *** *** account*** *** stated that he would be
taking additional action to get his funds back.

First of all no one from Rushcard has addressed the email that I received on October 30th in regards to another direct deposit! When I receive emails stating that money is posted it is there, what made this situation different? I do not agree with Rushcards actions, I am still owed $80.46, you all should be held accountable for giving me information, by giving me my money that Rushcard notified me about on October 30th, at this time I have no direct deposits coming to the card due to this inconvenience and denial by Rushcard!
