And once again, I add: how do I translate a document that is sent directly to WES by my institution? That's the real problem hereAnd I sent them communications asking that very question, they were never answeredIf they had said, "yes you need to have them translated, this is how you go about it", I would have gladly followed their instructionsThey never did.It was only after weeks of waiting for a response that I finally gave upAnd to be frank, I was hoping that by saying I was fed up, they would finally answer meThey only sent me a check, and kept 50$, never addressing my interrogations...From what I see on the internet, they have become masters of this type of fraudIf it was only me, I might have given them the benefit of the doubt, but too many people have been taken advantage of for this to be a coincidence Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear [redacted] ***, I have reviewed the complaint submitted on behalf of [redacted] ***WES has specific requirements for submitting documents for each country of educationEvaluations require complete documentation of all foreign educational credentialsAn evaluation report will be prepared only after all required material has been receivedThe documentation received on behalf of [redacted] was college issued transcripts attested and mailed by the awarding University, Sardar Patel University As stated on our required documents page for India: “WES does not accept mark sheets that have been issued and/or attested by the college you attended unless from an autonomous or constituent college”Based on our knowledge of conducting credential evaluations for applicants who have studied in India, the affiliated universities are responsible for administering the examinations and awarding the final degreesTherefore, WES requires mark sheets to be issued and sent directly to WES by the institution responsible for conducting the examinations The two previous occasions that [redacted] is referring to when we did not accept his documents, we received mark sheets that were issued, attested and sent directly to WES by the college and not the awarding UniversityIf [redacted] wishes to cancel, he may send a written request via postal mail or faxHe may also send a cancellation request via the help page of our websiteOnce his request is received, we will update his file accordingly Sincerely, Erika S [redacted] World Education Services Customer Service Supervisor [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I have reviewed the response from the businessI find the response from WES inadequate and unsatisfactory.I find two main issues with thisFirst WES clearly states in the confirmation page of the transcript that they will accept transcripts in official sealed envelopesHere's the text from their confirmation:"If the document is given to you to forward to WES, it must be attested & dated and placed in an official sealed envelop that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate authentication officer at the institution that conducted the examination."What I sent to WES was exactly that, sealed and stamped across the back flap and from the institution that I studied inThis was not sent directly from the institution as WES has stated earlierHowever it matches the requirment stated in the confirmation page I have attachedIf WES is not willing to accept stamped transcripts from the university then they should remove such ambiguous statements from their confirmation pageI believe the onus is on WES to provide full refund because of issues caused by their ambigous or wrong languange and not being available to clarify thatI have sent two emails and called them mutliple times to ensure that what I sent them was ok, but they never come up on the phoneAdditionally any honest organization will state clearly in a visible place if there is a non-refundable fee associated with an applicationInstead, WES chooses to hide this information at the bottom of a document that they can almost guarantee applicants will not readAlso, rather thanstate how much this "cancellation" fee is, they do not, leaving it open to the possibility of them charging any arbitrary amountThis is amounts to dishonesty, and I can see from other complaints against this company, that there is a pattern of applicants with similar issues of being swindled by WESIt is their duty to be transparent about the process but they hide information,do not respond promptly to email inquiries, are not available by phone or make any attempt to respond to a customer.I would like a FULL REFUND because WES has not done any work on the file and has failed to specify the cancellation fee amount anywhere visible on their websiteHere are two of the prominent places where the cancellation fee should ideally be clearly stated: [redacted] [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Isn't it a way for the feckless website to charge all improper expense they want?What web concelling fee is need to charge $20?
