The registrar of the *** ** *** *** ***, *** *** ***, has contacted the World Education Service (WES) on several occasions stating that my transcript is authentic. Verification was sent via e-mail as well as through ***. The university would like to know specifically what information is needed to complete my verification I am the first person from my university to request an evaluation from WES I would like someone to review the letters and e-mails sent by *** ***-Wusu and identify specifically what information is not clear so that the university can provide the correct information. It seems like a customer service manager either didnt read the whole complaint ot intentionally ignoring the base of complaint.So he does agree that I was misinformed.Again let me explain this brieflyWES website has list of universities which they evaluatePlease read this carefully ! I CALLED WES AND SPOKE TO *** WHO CLEARLY STATED THAT, AND THESE WERE HER WORDS - " IF YOUR UNIVERSITY IS NOT LISTED ON OUR WEBITE, THAT DOESNT MEAN WE DONT EVALUATE YOUR UNIVERSITY".*** checked with Evaluator and confirmed me to start the process of Application.I spent hard earned money on getting documents to WES and lost precious time just to find out that WES will not evaluate my credentials as my university isnt listed on their website.I started process after getting approval from *** and after having discussion that my university is not in the list.I lost my admission to fall semester due to ignorance of unprofessional staff and arrogant customer service.After my multiple calls and leaving messages to supervisor they didnt even bother to call me back.I need compensation for my money spent in getting documents to WES and timeIts WES sutomer service fault who first agreed to have me submit the documentsI am not at fault as I confirmed first by calling.I will take these proceedings to small business claims and will Appeal *** to cancel WES affiliation for wrong doing practices and destroying peoples future

WES did not respond to any of our issuesI question whether they even read the complaintThey seem to have copied and pasted yet another scripted response that neither helps us nor explains the reasons for their failures and lies. Did they attempt to contact the institution to acquire the correct email address since I last called? Did they actually find the email address? Or did they just send another email to the same invalid one on 5/**/17? Why are they still treating this college as separate from the larger university that houses the college instead of treating them as one institution (for example, WES could just recontact the CORRECT email address from which the verification of the first half of the documents was received--the people in that office could either reach out to the correct office for WES or forward the email to right inbox)? Why did no one ever call me back even though they promised to do so twice?

I received a response from WES regarding my evaluation on Friday October ***. The email stated that the WES evaluation had been completed because they had all of the documents. Which of course we knew since we had confirming emails in September. WES also indicated that the report would go out in the next week or so, OR I COULD PAY THEM AN ADDITIONAL $TO HAVE IT SENT OUT WITHIN DAYS. I was forced to pay an additional $because I had a November first deadline and WES had wasted over a month with their inability to correct their internal mistakes. I called WES customer service again and questioned the additional charges and asked how they could possibly have the audacity to extort additional money from me when this process took longer than usual because of their mistakes. I have been very clear from the beginning regarding my deadline. Once again, the customer service representative apologized for the inconvenience and for the request of additional funds, however, there was nothing he could do and no supervisors were made available to me after my repeated requests. As well, I was never contacted by representatives from WES for resolution of this incident other than through the Revdex.com of NYUpon reviewing the report I questioned it's accuracy and at this point I seriously doubt anything done by this company is accurate, professional, timely and possibly legal. At this point I would like to increase the total amount charged by this organization by an additional $50. I have never received a written letter of apology
