As stated in our response, if there is an error with the transcripts issued by her University, then we ask that she contacts her institution and request a revised official transcript to be sent directly to WES. Upon receipt of a revised or updated transcript, WES will review the document and revise the report if necessary. Furthermore, It is also necessary to point out that evaluations prepared by our service is offered as an advisory opinion and as such, they are not binding upon any institution or organization. In regards to [redacted]’s request for an evaluation of her high school study, the applicant only listed her Bachelor of Arts degree for evaluation. According to WES policies, any credentials not included at the time of the initial application constitute a second application and additional fees may apply. If [redacted] wishes to evaluate her Abitur/high school study, she will need to apply for an upgrade and pay the additional fees. As a result, her file was placed on hold and we sent [redacted] an update on 11/**/15 regarding the documents needed in order to complete her evaluation. [redacted] requested to cancel shortly after. We honored her request to cancel and issued a refund of $117.00. A cancellation fee of $50.00 was applied to her account. As stated in our terms and conditions, a processing fee is applied to your account upon cancellation and is non- refundable.   I paid express mail service in cameroon to send WES my original transcripts  for my bachelor which were duely  received by this company. WES sent part of the cost but did not send my  original transcripts, and   original transcripts are made  only once.  If they had estalished the evaluation ,it would have been    feasible for them to keep the three copies of the transcripts. They sent me $ 160 and remained with $ 50 for no work done.      I am requesting  the Wes to please get cost  of postage  from the $50 and send the originals of my transcripts by priority  mail to the following address: [redacted]  [redacted],;                                                    [redacted]
