Dear *** ***, We have reviewed the recent complaint from *** *** and *** ***. As I stated in my first response, we cannot return the documents requested. In our standard procedure, documents received by WES are scanned into our computer system and then the physical documents are purged. This is why we state on our document requirements page that applicants should “not send original documents unless specifically requested by WES.” At this point we cannot return the physical documents that *** *** is requesting. At her request, we have cancelled her file and will refund her fee in full including any cancellation processing fee. We wish *** *** all the best with her studies in the United States. I have asked helps from WES for so many times and told them that something wrong with their website so I couldn't modify my own order, but instead of checking what's wrong with their web, they remove my extra copiesOn their website, they only required the materials from ***, but never mentioned that I have to send them my degree certificate via fax until I complaint to Revdex.com and asked for help from youNow they finally provide helps and thank you so much Revdex.com! they finally called me after over a year to offer alternatives that they had never offered below After we discussed the options, I asked them to contact me before making a final decision I talked to Carlos M*** from Wes.The following day I got a message that I could not get my money back because the decision was already made about my file! Not even hours after the call After that, they mailed my file A day later after receiving my file, I got a message from WES that the university had answered their request of information That means they sent the documents without waiting to get an official answer from one of the universities The second university was not even contacted.I am grateful to you for having made the react after one year of not getting anything from them I am still disappointed by the slow, unresponsive treatment I got over this past year dealing with them It is upsetting that if I did not contact the Revdex.com, I would still be waiting for a response from them.Thank you for your help Right now I feel the best choice would be for them to refund my money

According to WES I submitted photocopies of my transcripts from *** *** which is not true, I mailed via *** the original Spanish transcripts and the English translation in the yellow envelope I received from *** ***They have the original transcripts and the English translations of each class from the official transcriptsI also included the GPA equivalence from *** *** School and the United States of America according to both countries rules and estimatesAll what WES need to do now is to go ahead and do the evaluation of my transcripts for which I have already paid $since January of Their delay in doing the service I paid in advance is putting in jeopardy my job as a teacher in the Louisiana Jefferson Parish School System and in not be able to continue with my classes at *** University.In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above

The website's instructions were to generate and mail copies of the transcripts not to mail originals as the documents submitted would not be returnedWhich is exactly what I didseveral occassional I called unsuccessfully, the one time I got through the customer service person disconnected me and never heard from them againseveral times I emailed and in one of the emails they even asked me for a tracking # from the courier because they couldnt find my documentationTheir terms and conditions does not state there is a fee of $to cancel nowhere on the doc attached it says that.Wes did not provide any service nor made the attempt to assistthe instructions were misleading and I perceive them as fraud, as they are not giving the correct information prior to receiving the documentsIt would be more legit if they received the documents first, assess them and then provide an estimate of the charges.Therefore, I demand that WES not only refunds my full fee of $and that they change their terms and conditions and the way they conduct businessPersonally, its not ran with integrity and or with the intent to assist, but to profit from people

WES has eliminated the Upper and Lower lever-courses designation from my original review and I have never asked for that designation to be removedTheir customer service is unresponsive to my attemps to reach out to themWES only responds if Revdex.com is involvedThey completely lack customer service and they are very overpriced. I would not recommend WES to anyone. Thanks to Revdex.com for acting on my behalf as it was the only way that WES replied to my emails.

[When I contacted Ms Erika about days ago, she did not said that my submitted documents have been "destroyed"She kept insisting me that the documents I sent them was a photo copy not the originalWhen I asked her to check again because I was 100% sure that I submitted original documents and I would not waste my time calling WES everyday if I had submitted any photo copiesI even asked how did she know if they were not the original? On what basis she was assuming the authenticity of the documents? The staffs at WES did not told me about the purging of my original high school documentI had been calling them for months but they kept insisting that my documents were copy.While it was my mistake to send them the originals, I'm totally disappointed by the irresponsibility of the WES staffs and the way they handled my situationI will never do business with them again and would not recommend anyone ever to do any business with them
