I have been calling the same nowhich is listed on their websiteWhat kind of response is that? Then she told me that if I call during early morning hours I might get a chance of getting my calls answeredReally? Can you believe this company? Then she called me back later that day but I was unable to answer the call because I was at workShe did not leave any voicemails like any other professional company customer service would do when the client does not answers their phone callI called them back but again none answered my callI tried several times but got disappointedThat was the only time I spoke with anybody on their behalfSeriously, this company seems like a fraud to meThey are keeping my original high school transcriptLet me make it clear that I would need to waste my time complaining and calling them so many times had my documents been photo copiesWho would care about photo copy? As usual, and unfortunately, WES is very general in its responses and seems to be unable to deal with cases in a more personal wayThey never analyze case by case and offer a horrible customer service experienceI work in retail and I would never treat my customers the way they treated me.Also, the $dollars cancellation fee was something that made me upsetNot only because they didn't do the job they were supposed to, but also because this amount is not listed in their list of fees.I was at their address in person to try to talk to somebodyThey did not allow me in or sent anyone to talk to meThe person at the front desk told me cases like mine happen every day with WESThat's really concerning.I'm done with WESI triedI got exhaustedIn this process I missed my deadline at NYU, lost some money, wasted time and gained a lot of frustration

Perhaps if WES had honored my repeated requests for assistance they would not be in this situation. I don't have a problem with the policyI have a problem with the error they made to my evaluationThey gave me one year credit for attending the university for over yearsThey downgraded my work. I assume that they have a deal with some universities and colleges. The university sends international students to them, so Wes can make money- therefor Wes downgrades the students so the university or college makes more money because the student has to pay more semesters at the university or college.
