Shortly after, as requested, we cancelled his application and refunded the fees.   [redacted] applied for the service again on 08/18/2016. Simultaneously, we received his second package with tracking number [redacted]. However, [redacted]’s new file was not updated with the second set of documents received until 09/**/2016 due to processing delays. At this time, we have confirmed that all necessary documents were received to complete his evaluation. [redacted]’s original documents were returned to him via [redacted] ground mail on 09/**/2016. Dear [redacted],   We have reviewed the additional response submitted by [redacted].  As stated in our previous response, we have contacted [redacted] with a specific update regarding his file on 6/**/17. We provided [redacted] with an alternative option to complete his evaluation by indicating that his degree was incomplete while contacting his institution directly to confirm if the degree was awarded. We sent this request to the institution as well on 6/**/17 while simultaneously completing his evaluation.   Soon after, [redacted] submitted a request to cancel via our help portal that we also received 6/**/17. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Well, it is very obvious to me that the company is trying to dodge the matter and spin the issue in blaming me in lying about my original translations. I have a feeling they are trying to wear me out, so that I drop the complain. Every time a new customer service rep steps in, it brings more and more unreasonable and contradicting answers.  I would like Revdex.com to really look into this matter, because it has been going on for too long, and my original complain has not been resolved. I did send original translation documents along with my diploma and the certificate.  There were 4 original documents. They were place together in the envelope with a seal that had my cr on it. Original translations had an apostile which was in a form of a purple stamp that was filled in, it was in English and French. It was done in Russia, and it does not look like an apostile that you could get in the U.S. A.  All the original translations were bound together with notary ribbons. Two documents were returned, and other 2 were destroyed based on the company's previous response.I demand a straight forward answer about what happened to my original translations and a formal apology from this company. Please do not send any more bogus replies that just discredits your company even more. I will make sure to leave a negative comment on [redacted] about this company, and I will be reaching out to my department of education representative to ask them to remove this company from the list of reliable vendors that provide evaluation of educational diplomas that were received overseas. The company that destroys original documents is not reliable, and I do not wish anybody to experience what I have experienced when dealing with this company.Sincerely,[redacted]

I re-ordered my official transcript from FUA and tracked it (via [redacted]) as it arrived on 08/**/2017, directly from Florence, Italy. On my WES profile, my transcript still says "Not Accepted", and it shows that this status was updated on 08/**/2017. I verified through the university that an official, sealed and in English, transcript had been sent by FUA. I no longer believe that WES is able to provide the service I had paid for in a timely manner and I would like a refund.

Dear [redacted],   I have reviewed the complaint submitted on behalf of [redacted]. WES has specific requirements for submitting documents for each country of education. Evaluations require complete documentation of all foreign educational credentials. An evaluation report will be prepared...

only after all required material has been received. The documentation received on behalf of [redacted] was college issued transcripts attested and mailed by the awarding University, Sardar Patel University.  As stated on our required documents page for India: “WES does not accept mark sheets that have been issued and/or attested by the college you attended unless from an autonomous or constituent college”. Based on our knowledge of conducting credential evaluations for applicants who have studied in India, the affiliated universities are responsible for administering the examinations and awarding the final degrees. Therefore, WES requires mark sheets to be issued and sent directly to WES by the institution responsible for conducting the examinations.   The two previous occasions that [redacted] is referring to when we did not accept his documents, we received mark sheets that were issued, attested and sent directly to WES by the college and not the awarding University. If [redacted] wishes to cancel, he may send a written request via postal mail or fax. He may also send a cancellation request via the help page of our website. result, we sent a document request informing [redacted] of the documents needed in order to proceed with her file. On 5/*/17, we received English translations of her Spanish language transcripts. Another document request was sent the same day informing [redacted] of the remaining documents required to complete her evaluation.   As stated on our required documents page for [redacted]’s country of study, we require official Spanish language transcripts to be sent directly from the institution attended.  The photocopies of [redacted]’s academic transcripts that were submitted do not comply with our documentation requirements. Therefore, we have placed her file on hold. As per our terms and conditions, an evaluation report will be prepared only after all requested material has been received.
