Nowhere did this page appear when I was completing my application. Nowhere in the French version of the form I had to send my universities was there ever mention of the need for an English translation. If you make information impossible to access isn't it the same as it not existing? And once again, I add: how do I translate a document that is sent directly to WES by my institution? That's the real problem here. And I sent them 3 communications asking that very question, they were never answered. If they had said, "yes you need to have them translated, this is how you go about it", I would have gladly followed their instructions. They never did.It was only after weeks of waiting for a response that I finally gave up. And to be frank, I was hoping that by saying I was fed up, they would finally answer me. They only sent me a check, and kept 50$, never addressing my interrogations...From what I see on the internet, they have become masters of this type of fraud. If it was only me, I might have given them the benefit of the doubt, but too many people have been taken advantage of for this to be a coincidence.

my original documents were destroyed without any consent from me, and the company does not want to own up to their wrong doings by issuing an apology in a form of a $50 refund. Based on the company policy:  All original academic documents submitted to WES with an apostille will be returned to the applicant upon completion of the evaluation.
My original documents had 2 apostilles, 2 notary seals, and notary ribbons, so I think it qualifies them to be treated as ORIGINALS based on the abovementioned policy of WES. I have a feeling that it was a clerical mistake, and I could understand it, we are all humans, however, the way it was handled by WES was unacceptable. The customer service reps were rude, my phone message was never returned, my emails were never answered properly. And if it wouldn't have been for Revdex.com, I don't believe, I would ever hear back from this company. Thanks to the Revdex.com involvement, today I received copies of my destroyed originals by mail. It is not satisfactory, however, because I already have my own set of copies. At this point, I would like WES to either reimburse my $50 fee or provide me with a report of the evaluation of my diploma. Your website states that my evaluation is complete, and I can order copies of it for $50 each. Or is it another clerical mistake?? I would be happy if you can send me a copy of my evaluation that you've completed ( all my documents were received by you and all of them were originals). I hope we could agree on a fair resolution of this unpleasant matter. As [redacted] stated, our policy indicates that all original documents submitted to WES with an apostille will be returned to the applicant upon completion of the report. Upon further review of her file, we have determined that the translations received were photocopies that did not have original apostilles attached.  Furthermore, we provided [redacted] with copies of her translations as she requested. Please note that as previously mentioned, our terms and conditions state that a cancellation fee applies upon cancellation. This fee is non-refundable. [redacted] The applicant paid for a course by course evaluation in 2014. His evaluation report was mailed to [redacted] without any issues. Please note that [redacted] was selected as a duplicate report in 2015.  At no time did we indicate that we would include the syllabus in our envelope to the universities. This is the responsibility of the applicant. As a courtesy we will send the applicant his copies of the syllabus to supply to his new third party recipient. World Education Services has not offered any solutions to my complaint or made any effort in good will to resolve the issue. As stated previously, the company failed to evaluate the documents included in my evaluation and their report is not in compliance with Italian law regarding advanced education degrees. The company did not contact me or ask for any additional information in order to formulate an accurate report, but instead completed an inaccurate report that I did not order and will not pay for.

What they said on regards of the documents is true but I contact them to let them know that it was not possible for me to contact my previous college to have them send over the documents that I have which are original with a seal from the department of education of my country I told them to send forget about college and just complete my HS documentation after I said that they have never got in contact with me or respond to my emails. So this is information is just partially true and all I want is my HS transcript and the rest of the money that correspond to my college transcript; because I was direct to another institution that perform the same work and will take the documents that I already have. What they request the only way that I can have is if I travel to my country and do the request again and for the documents that I already have I paid around $300.00 dollars. I can't afford to paid more or even travel to my country to obtain again this documents.

applicant which have been addressed by our agents.  According to our records:The applicant called on 1/**/16 and requested to speak with a supervisor. He indicated that he does not have academic transcripts for his diploma.On 1/**/16, the applicant called back and I informed the applicant that we can proceed with a Document by Document evaluation based on the documents that we have already received. On 1/**/16, the applicant requested via email to complete a Document by Document evaluation.  As requested, we completed a Document by Document evaluation and a fee of $60.00 was refunded to him on 1/**/16. Please note that as of today, we have not received the required documents from the applicant’s institution to complete a Course by Course evaluation. Once the documents have been received and approved by our evaluators, the applicant will need to request an upgrade to his completed report and pay the appropriate fees as indicated on our website.  The applicant should contact me directly to confirm that his documents are being sent from his institution. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I do not see or understand what file there is to "cancel". All they have received from me is my money and my name and address submitted in a form online. How this constitutes a file that can be cancelled for a fee  is beyond imagination. They never received my documents nor did any work on my documents begin, in which case I could understand the need for a partial refund. My application has cost this company nothing so there is no justification for holding unto my hard-earned money.In addition, any honest organization will state clearly in a visible place if there is a non-refundable fee associated with an application. Instead, WES chooses to hide this information at the bottom of a document that they can almost guarantee applicants will not read. Also, rather thanstate how much this "cancellation" fee is, they do not, leaving it open to the possibility of them charging any arbitrary amount. This is amounts to dishonesty, and I can see from other complaints against this company, that there is a pattern of applicants with similar issues of being swindled by WES. It is their duty to be transparent about the process but they hide information, do not even provide a phone number on their website where they can be reached; and ignore the emails sent to them ( I have sent two on this issue with no resoonse).I would like a FULL REFUND because WES never even handled my documents or did any work for me that warrants them holding back my money.
