The company's response to my complaint proves that they are negligent and did not execute a thorough and accurate evaluation of my degree.  In the documents which were included in my application package, I sent a letter with English translation on official letterhead of the Conservatory of Music, and signed by the director, stating that my completed degree is equivalent under Italian law to the Second Level Degree. This represents 10 years of study and is a Master's Degree in the United States.  The letter also references Article 107 of the Stability Law No. 228 which specifically states that as of ** December 2012, the degree I was awarded is equivalent to a Second Level Degree when a student is also in possession of a High School Diploma, which I do have. If the company had sufficient expertise in the area of study considered, and in the Italian educational system, then they would have been able to properly evaluate the degree with the documents in my application. In addition, if the company had contacted either myself or the Conservatory for further explanation or for a copy of my High School Diploma, we would have been glad to comply with the request. The company did not request any additional documentation after its initial review, as stated in the Terms and Conditions, but instead ignored documents I provided and completed an evaluation that is inaccurate under Italian law.Furthermore, the company writes in its response that I am female, which I am not, and also misspelled the name of the Italian degree awarded. This further supports that the company included inaccurate information in the report provided, and that the report did not reflect a thorough and accurate evaluation of my degree.For these reasons I do not accept the assertation of the company that there are "no errors in her (sic) report" and confirm again that I would like a full refund.  A copy of the above-referenced letter and English translation are attached.

institution in order to complete his evaluation.Shortly after on 12/**/16 and 12/**/16, [redacted] contacted us explaining that he is unable to contact his institution to send official academic transcripts. We informed [redacted] that he may contact the ministry of education in his country to request his documents.On 12/**/16, [redacted] submitted a request for cancellation via email. As requested, we cancelled his application and issued a refund. As stated in the attached terms and conditions, there is a processing fee that applies upon cancellation. We cancelled [redacted]’s application upon his request and deducted a $50 cancellation fee. When submitting his application, [redacted] agreed to these terms. I was told on the phone before sending my documents to NOT include my Abitur, just my university transcripts. So it's totally unfair that I have to pay for it now. It's just because the business wants to get more money out of people in a dishonest way! I either want my Abitur evaluated free or charge or my $205 refunded to me- since the evaluation of my university transcript is totally worthless to me. It's literally $205 toilet paper! :( Thank you very much

documentation requirements.  To inform [redacted] of our documentation policy, we issued a document request letter and placed her file on hold.Shortly after, [redacted] requested to cancel her application on 7/**/16. Her application was cancelled and a refund was issued to her credit card on 8/*/16 in the amount of $162.00. We deducted a processing fee of $50.00. As per WES’ policy, a processing fee applies upon cancellation. [redacted] acknowledged and agreed to this policy when submitting her online application. Please note that [redacted] also disputed the charge for her application with her credit card company. The credit card company ruled in WES’ favor and reversed the charges due to same reasons. [I do not understand what makes them think they are photocopies when I'm telling them that I had sent them my original transcript of high school. I cannot believe a company like this can lie to such extent. I have called them about 50 times in 3 weeks and they never ever answered my call. I was always put on hold and was told by an automated voicemail that they are busy with other clients. Their  phone no. which is listed on their website and their so called customer service is a joke! After calling every day unsuccessfully 2 weeks I finally got a call back from Ms Erika and I was told that she will review my application and will give me a call back if they are returning my transcript or not.  When I asked her about none answering my calls, she told me that I can call on the no. listed on their website. Where do you think I got the no. from?? I have been calling the same no. which is listed on their website. What kind of response is that? Then she told me that if I call during early morning hours I might get a chance of getting my calls answered. Really? Can you believe this company? Then she called me back later that day but I was unable to answer the call because I was at work. She did not leave any voicemails like any other professional company customer service would do when the client does not answers their phone call. I called them back but again none answered my call. I tried several times but got disappointed. That was the only time I spoke with anybody on their behalf. Seriously, this company seems like a fraud to me. They are keeping my original high school transcript. Let me make it clear that I would need to waste my time complaining and calling them so many times had my documents been photo copies. Who would care about photo copy? I do not. But those were my original document and I need it back ASAP. I would like to talk to the supervisor or the higher authority or the owner of the company. Please please stay away from this company !!! Anyone who does try to evaluate from them will regret it big time like I am.

I am sending you attached the color copy of the documents which I have made before sending them to WES.As you can see the stamps are wet and in their original color and the stamps from the the issuing University of Helwan are in front of the page, the stamps of Ministry of Education of Egypt and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt with the necessary government stamps are on the back side of each page of the documents. Unfortunately I do not have the back scanned. The photos of [redacted], which appear on the attachment are stamped with staples as you can see - they are not part of the papers, as it will be as if it was a copy. To prove that this photo belong to the same document, the issuing university has stamped on part of the photo and part of the page. I can not understand how one can insist that this is a photocopy document with original stamps and photo attached with staple!!!These are considered original documents already provided for issuing equivalent documents in Bulgaria and in Norway. In both of these countries the documents we have sent to WES were considered original and based on them we have received Marian's equivalent reports. If there is need I can send the Bulgarian and Norwegian copies as a proof. The problem for us is loosing this originals.As already mentioned to WES in our previous e-mail, they can make and keep a copy for their records, if necessary, but we need our original documents back. Sincerely,
