I need to speak with you about the complaint you filed against our firm I'm highly confident that upon having a conversation, we will be able to find a resolution That being said, I have some concerns about that things you wrote characterizing the service you received here In particular, you stated that your account was negative, but didn't mention that you asked our firm to begin your representation and set up the payment plan yourself Also, the form that we sent you was to fill out so you could begin the cancellation process and request a refund Since you didn't fill it out and send it back, it seems slightly disingenuous to write to the Revdex.com complaining that we haven't fulfilled our obligations to you. These are just a few issues that I'm sure we'll be able to work out when we can speak I look forward to helping you resolve your concerns. One of our Enhanced Service managers reached out and spoke to this client today We're very sorry for the missed connections and the few days a phone tag that this client experienced We do staff a full-time call center for customers with immediate needs, but clients with special
circumstances need to speak with more highly trained personnel so that their issues can be more specifically addressed With the busy schedules of the clients and our staff, sometimes a couple days of missed connections can occur We're extremely pleased to report that this client had his issues fully resolved on his call with the Enhanced Service Manager with whom he spoke and he remains a client today We're looking forward to helping him reach his financial goals

base with him and went through the reasons that we need the tax documentationIn cases like this, the requirement comes from the trustee who is assigned to the case, rather than our firmEvery bankruptcy is empowered to request certain documentation from the client and the client must comply with reasonable requestsTax documentation are requiredWhile one does not have to settle his or her tax bill before successfully filing for bankruptcy, one usually has to actually file the taxesThe client made the wise choice to file those taxes and he remains a client of UpRight Law today and is now one large step close to getting his fresh startHe is satisfied with the resolution we found

I am the managing attorney at UpRight Law for Enhanced Service Immediately after being notified about this complaint, I contacted this former client and we discussed the following:Law firms are governed by a great number of laws regarding representation and the treatment of funds that are
paid to the firm Because of the complexity of these laws and the need for the law firm to stay compliant with these laws, sometime clients who ask for refunds need to be a little patient while the firm goes through all of the necessary steps to make sure all of those laws are satisfied The average refund time is approximately business days Also, not all members of a law firm are authorized to move the money in the accounts owned and operated by the law firm We're very sorry that this former client felt frustration at having to speak with multiple attorneys about her case, but the need to talk to attorneys at a law firm is simply unavoidable when a client wants to make significant changes to her case file The refund is being processed right now and this former client was notified of this on the same day that she entered this complaint
