I am the Managing Attorney at UpRight Law for Enhanced Service. When I found out about this complaint, I started by discovering what may have caused the delays and frustrations that this client has experienced. We consider customer service to be among our highest priorities and,
because of that, having a client feel as though her needs are not being attended to is unacceptable in our practice. Unfortunately, this client has not yet had an opportunity to contact me back. In my last communication with her, I wrote the following:Dear Ms* *** I am a managing

This process for bankruptcy with Upright Law has been reassuring and supportiveIt's an embarrassing step to have to takeThey make it affordable, by allowing monthly paymentsWho can pay outright for a lawyer when you don't have money to pay your bills??
I started out by paying $per month, then went to $by scrimping a bit to get it paid sooner and receive a discount for doing so, for me it came at just the right time, the week before Christmas!
Now I'm in the process of faxing documents and finishing up in order to put this behind me and start fresh
I have recommended Uoright Law to someone else and he is grateful for it

The Revdex.com redacts personal information from the response I have sent my personal email address to this former client directly Furthermore, today's voicemail was not our first attempt at contact This former client has been contacted at least times by me or members of my department We have asked for this email several times and we have yet to receive it That notwithstanding, as we have said many times now, we will refund any amount she was told we would refund We just need to see the email she claims to have in conflict with the notes on the case file

Sept - Last year in I started my process for Chwith a bimonthly payment until my fees were paid in fullI have had EXCELLENT customer service and assistance from the Upright Staff and when my fees where paid in full, no time was wasted in connected with my attorneyAnd my attorney? Very on pointMy case is already filed even I am very impressed with Upright Law and highly recommend them

I hired this law firm on Aug 30, They have answered a lot of my questionsI was skeptical , about this is law firm since it was basically a online site, but so far it has been a great relief to have themI would recommend this company to anyone that is having trying times and have no where to turn
