Prior to loading their foreman explained the possibilityof their being additional weight.? A revisedestimate was provided to the customer, the customer signed agreeing to the revision.? As a good faith measurement a reweighwill be ordered.? The conditions of there-weight the customer themselves must meet the drives at the weight stationnear their home; a heavy weight of the items is obtained.? Everyone proceeds to the resident the shipmentis then off loaded, and everyone returns to the original weight stationobtaining the left weight.? This is the verificationprocess of verifying the weight, the customer must attend the process, if notit becomes invalid.? ? ? According to the office of Best Price copes ofthe weights tickets will be a part of the delivery documents, copes will alsobe emailed to the customer as requested.?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: and I repeat and repeat and repeat....if they had responded to the information I requested re: insurance coverage many days before move, I would have cancelled within time frame they outlined It appears they 'wait, linger and delay' until it's a 'gotcha' for the customer They should be ashamed of themselves! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the company has had ample time to process the refund since the move was cancelled on April 19, I have called several times to talk to their customer service reps and have been told each and every time that a refund is being processed If they had followed through on their previous promises of a refund then I would not have had to contact the Revdex.com I do not understand why there is no protection for the consumer when a company takes money and then is not obligated to return the money when the service was not provided and a cancellation was requested within the time frame required Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:? I was NOT shown a weight of my items (the truck was already half loaded with someone else's belongings when they picked up mine).? I watched the mover start putting stickers on boxes with the starting number 81.....not 1....which means they exaggerated the number of items I had.? The ONLY item NOT on my original inventory was a sleeper sofa which does NOT weigh an additional pounds to account for the change from to 7000.? And the very bottom line is that THEY COMPLETELY DESTROYED MULTIPLE ITEMS OF FURNITURE? AND BROKE OVER SMALLER ITEMS SUCH AS PICTURES, FIGURINES, LIGHT BULBS AND MORE.? I do not see why I should not be reimbursed for the damaged items NO MATTER WHAT THEY CLAIM THEIR CONTRACT STATES.? They instructed me to download and print a claim form (I don't have a printer!!!!) and since that time (approximately weeks ago) I have been CALLING DAILY -- getting a recording from AT&T phone service that the number is not in service....I have? EMAILED TOO MANY TIMES TO COUNT and have gotten no reply whatsoever.? And the best part is that I've seen where? you (The Revdex.com) has received innumerable complaints and reports of the same exploitation I experienced.? THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO? BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SHODDY WORK, IMMORAL BUSINESS PRACTICES, CHEATING PEOPLE AND JUST GENERALLY BEING A HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A MOVING COMPANY.? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have requested this refund in May how can they be that backed up that it takes them plus months to return my money I just think this is an excuse to further delay my money being returned!! Most companies would have contacted the customer to inform them of such a delay and I have not received any type of contact stating this previously, I've called several times on my own account before filing a complaint and was not mad aware of any type of delays was told that my refund was being processedI just want my money back so I can be done with this company I'm very disappointed in the outcome Regards, [redacted]

We do apologize for any inconveniences, the customer made a reservation with our office to relocate an estimate of lbs of household items When our drivers arrived an inspection was done to evaluate the inventory that would be transported Once the inspection was completed the customer was provided with a revised estimate informing the new estimate would increase to at least 10,lbs filling the entire truck Customer in turn call our customer department and confirm with our office that she did have additional items to be added to the original inventory, plus $ [redacted] in packing to be included however; the customer wanted it all to be transported at cost of the original estimate Customer was informed she could transport only the items from the original quoted estimate, customer declined cancel sending the drivers away Please review information listed below in which customer signed agreeing to the terms and conditions Cancellation and Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations of moves within days of pidate (or originally scheduled pidate if you postpone the move) Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations of moves booked within days of pidateYou may cancel the shipment and request a refund of your deposit by submitting a request in writing to USA Moving Group, via fax: (662) 796-No refund shall take place unless USA Moving Group confirms the cancellation requestAll refunds shall be processed back to your account used for payment and will appear on your next statement We regret the services were not able to proceed ahead due to the customer wishes

We do apologized for any inconveniences; however the customer in question did have a conversations with our customer servicesupervisor on 12/12/in which at this time the discussion of the $took place This information was also emailedto the customer On 12/30/the release for the amount of $was mailed via standard mail The customer was also provided direct contactinformation for filing a claim for damages

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Original charges: Already paid: USMovingGroup never handle a confirmation from the weight of the truck and the real weight of my householdsI didn't want to sign a new contract with them on October 23rd and asked for a reimbursement of my deposit However, [redacted] from [redacted] sent another mover on October who told me that my boxes looked below the 2000lb and that I could bring more because they already charged meHe confirmed they would send me the real weight but that never happened This mover asked me to sign a bunch of documents where there were lines in blank He answered it wouldn't affect me and that they would just launch my boxesI continued asking about this information to [redacted] but not until December I got a paper stating that I now owe them $instead of the initial quote There is no proof that my stuff exceeds 500lb andWhy would it be sharp 500lb? It doesn't seem reliable and I can weight box by box again in front of them and confirm with the mover how much each piece really isIn the moment of moving out they also damaged the exit of my former residence and the complex owner is looking for a compensation as well The common area they pushed the things from is total liability of USMoving Group because its basically a sidewalk and on top of that USMoving Group wants to charge me $75? Are they going to pay for my medical expenses due to the collateral issues these 'service' has caused? Because I got shingles and got affected financially trying to live without basic stuff I have in my households for monthsUSMoving Group didn't comply with the delivery date and by breaking the contract they are also in debt of crediting the costs of itThere was no address in the initial request My request was to California because I didn't have a final address and I called them November to give them an address I don't agree they are also charging for 'changing address' because my new residence is in CaliforniaDoes that mean that the final price for the move is and as I have paid 847, I have a remaining balance of 460.75? Today in the morning I received a call from a [redacted] and a [redacted] rushing me to pay more than $else they will not deliver my stuff I still have no idea where is my stuff and in which condition they are They inform me weeks ago that my stuff was in California but at this point there is nothing reliable with them They always say the shipment is 'routed for delivery' but they never know when it will arriveRegards, [redacted] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In regards to the delivery momentWe never received the calls, until Thursday January 22nd, when the driver said he would be in our premises after 4pmWe waited for him but he never showed up He called us at 7pm saying he was already in front of our house but we couldn't see him He figured out he didn't have the right addressWe said [redacted] ***, CA [redacted] which is in Los Angeles County.We have points that US Moving Group needs still to clarify and haven't been resolved in this requests:Delivery time: it was defined to be on November 15, not January 24, They never provided us with official proof (Weighting station) that we had 500LB extra from our original request of 2000LB We have PROOF and PROFESSIONALLY measured the delivery of the boxes, one by one and we indeed have our stuff below the 2000LB We measured box by box and they delivered us 1348.9LB Saying so, we do have a SHARP measurement of our real loadNOT a RANDOM 500LB which they can't proofWE HAVE RECORDED PROOF of the calls and discussions, even from the delivery momentWe received damaged furniture, boxes and we have missing households: Vitamix Standard, BlackSuper Angel Juicer Focus Jupiter Large Commercial Juice PressZumex multifruit JuicerBissell Powerforce Helix vaccumStainless Steel Gallon Combo Shaped Trash Can with Infrared Motion Sensorwhite plastic IKEA trashcans These are so far the things we immediately checked on because we havent finished unpacking and we noticed when we weighted the boxesOn top of that, ALL of the boxes are damaged (they are hard and resistant of impact- they are plastic containers) However, the boxes present stabbing and surprising cracks on the lids and in the bottom of the boxes This also damaged our stuff The furniture also present notable damages with scratches and stabs even some parts being metallic are scrappedThey pushed us to pay $which don't even match with the document they forwarded us in this previous claim of $without taking in count $that we paid in cash to load and the $on deposit Bottom line we only needed to pay them $on delivery IF delivery was on time and mannerNot in pieces, late and with the WORST service EVERWe are still waiting from [redacted] in the USA moving group to send us the claim formWe expect them not to take another months to send us the form and finish delivering our stuffRegards, [redacted] %

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: If USA Moving Group claims that their policy is only cash or money order for payment, then why was my credit card used as a form of payment for the deposit of $490? Also, why did their Senior Moving Coordinator write to me in an email and tell me that my cc payment is fine? And, if that is their only policy, why would the Senior Moving Coordinator also then say to me in an email that if permission was granted to use a credit card as payment, that it would only be accepted at time of pickup and delivery? There are many contradictions with their policy, yet they continue to mislead people into signing a contract with this policy in writingThey take the liberty to say what they want to the customer to get the job (iegranting permission to use a credit card as payment), but then do not honor their agreement with their customersI refuse to accept their response but it is not what was agreed upon for me and my business matter with them Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am aware of this, my claim has nothing to do with my stuff been place on storage is because first they never advise me that I was going to be charge for it at the time of sale and offer made by the seller person, and dollars is not a joke for my stuff arrived and broken tooI am not satisfied with the way they handled this and over that get charged to for weight and never advise on time, if I do not call on my own they would just showed up and make me pay more money wish I believe is outrageous and overchargedNot a good Customer Service, and taking advantage of offer and people needs to move their stuff Regards, [redacted]

We do apologize for any inconveniences; our mutual customer did make a reservation with our office for the relocation of his household items from NJ to FLListed within the terms and conditions it advises USA Moving group (MC #702685) is a moving carrier/broker authorized by the Federal Government to transport an individual shipper’s household goodsAs stated we are a carrier / broker and we have never changed our name We have been in business for three years; there has been no name change The customer agreed to relocate pounds, pieces The original order was not placed with packing to be provided Once our drivers arrived an inspection was conducted and it was determined specific items needed packing Such as flat screen TV’s, glass table top’s etc Also there was an additional stop off there were additional items to be serviced as well When the original inventory is taken by phone we are relying on the information provided via the customer’s directly We do apologize, we are unable to issue a refund services were provided

We regret the inconveniences that have occurred The reservation was to commence on the 16th or 17th due to our direct drivers running behind we requested the assistance of [redacted] The truck arrived on the 18th; we apologize for the lateness of the hour of their arrival During the course of the move the Manager of [redacted] became very ill and was hospitalized Currently we are working with our legal department to take procession of the items belonging to our mutual customer to complete the delivery This was not foreseen, we are dignity working to bring this matter to a close The customer will be compensated for the delays We are sincerely regretful for the delays

We do apologize for any inconveniences, our mutual customer made a reservation with our office to be relocated from Florida to w:st="on">California miles In accordance to the rules and regulations of the Department of Transportation the drivers are only allow to drive files per dayIt is procedure when shipments are being located more than miles our long distance drivers will be assigned, in which they are driving tractor and trailers We attempt to relocate as many customers as possible when utilizing the tractor and trailers; we deeply regret any delays, however; the customer signed the estimate for service agreeing to terms and conditions in which does give indications that the delivery could take up to business days As for the additional cost, the additional packing was applied to items needed packing Listed within the contents of the inventory belonging to our mutual customer are TVs glass table tops mirrors etc It is mandated via the Department of Transportation all breakable items must be boxed The increase cost was that of $for packing services only The customer shipment has been delivered We do regret any inconveniences
