Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because USA Moving Company has been promising to "send my refund to accounting for processing" ever since I first canceled with [redacted] on August 4, So you can understand why I am not content with a promise that they will refund My complaint will not be resolved until my credit card account has actually been credited with the monies they owe me They have had more then plenty of time to get this straighten out Regards, [redacted]

? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The company continues to make statements that my delivery will be made either Friday or Saturday of each week that I call, and as of right now, I have still not receive my delivery as promise by USA Group Regards, [redacted]

The information remains the same, as part of the moving industry the method of payment is via certified funds (postal money order or cash ) only Customer signed agreeing and accepting the terms and conditions of the moving estimate

We do apologize for any and all inconveniences; our mutual customers did make a reservation with our office to relocate their household items yes;"> The contractual dates scheduled were 6/2-3/ The drivers were running a little behind in an effort to catch up a called was placed to the customer attempting to pickup her shipment earlier than scheduled Customer advised she was not in the state of Florida at the time, it was due to the routes of the driver we would return around the 5th or 6th of June Customer advised our office she was scheduled to leave to return to North Carolina on the 4th The driver did return on the 4th to service the move Once the drivers arrived an inspection was taken of the premises, it was immediately brought to the customer’s attention of the need for packing of all breakable items The items needing packing were (mirrors’, T.VLamps, pictures, glassware in the curio cabinet, etc)Within the terms and conditions of our moving tariff, during the service of the household items at the pickup – percent of the balance must be paid and the remaining balance to be paid at delivery also included within the terms and conditions the methods of payment required, we do not take credit cards during the relocation process Our mutual customer signed via electronic signature 5/23/agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Contract We do apologize of the lack of communications the customer felt was not done, however; our records do not indicate any messages were received on the mention dates Customer has received her shipment

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told that those things were included because I asked very specifically if they were and [redacted] the estimater lied through his teeth saying that they were includedHe clearly only said that so you liars would get my businessThen the price would be jacked up and I'd be stuck having to pay for it because it needed done and I wouldn't have any other optionsThat's not how business are runAll you would have done is tell me that it wasn't included but when I asked multiple people and they are lied to me, then I have a problemThat's dirty businessAbsolutely dirty business Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They lied to me on several instancesThey did not include the rest of the inventory that I provided themThey also assured me that everything was going to wrapped, boxed and loaded for me and that I had to do nothingThey used these two things to runt the cost of the move upI repeatedly asked them if the amount was correct, what I needed to do and if the boxing, wrapping and loading would be included to which they lied and that amount was correct, I didn't have to do anything and that all of that was includedI want my money back Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: If USA Moving Group claims that their policy is only cash or money order for payment, then why was my credit card used as a form of payment for the deposit of $490? Also, why did their Senior Moving Coordinator write to me in an email and tell me that my cc payment is fine? And, if that is their only policy, why would the Senior Moving Coordinator also then say to me in an email that if permission was granted to use a credit card as payment, that it would only be accepted at time of pickup and delivery? There are many contradictions with their policy, yet they continue to mislead people into signing a contract with this policy in writingThey take the liberty to say what they want to the customer to get the job (iegranting permission to use a credit card as payment), but then do not honor their agreement with their customersI refuse to accept their response but it is not what was agreed upon for me and my business matter with them Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This business has yet to address my issues for filing a complaintThey continue to respond with "We do apologize for any inconveniences,we ask the customer in question to review the terms and conditions of their moving agreementAll moves are reasonably dispatch in accordance to their specific destination"which has nothing to do with the complete misrepresentation of services they offerAgain sales person lied and told me USA Movers was NOT a broker, my furniture would be delivered within 2-dyas, and informed me that I would not be chared additional fees that I was charged:Charges: $each for sofas (3) - [redacted] (sales person said it was included) $packing fee charged by BA Movers Walking fee ($x 2) - Said I would not be charged because apartment I was moving out of had an elevator and apartment moving into had flight of stairs Never mentioned a flight of stairs = steps Charged another estimate charge- All this after my belongings were loaded on the tuckI would like USA movers to address my complaint and stop sending canned responses Regards, [redacted] ***

we do apologize for any inconveniences; our office will launch an investigation regarding complaint filed via the customer We will contact the drivers directing requesting copies of the documents to be reviewed once received the customer will be updated

We do apologize for the inconveniences However; the information relayed occurred in a different terms of events than presented The customer in question did make a reaervation with our office to be relocated from [redacted] to [redacted] ** the contractual agreement was confirmed 3/26/ May 25, our quality assurance department reached out to the customer in question, to review the inventory to make any changes necessary It was not until this point the customer informed our she was no longer moving to [redacted] o and shat she was now moving locally, and wanted it to take place within the next day or so The drivers assigned were not authorized to preform local moves in the state of [redacted] During the end of every month, all our drivers are overbooked with moving request This was explained to the customer we will attempted to make it happen, but there was going to be a good chance it would not happen within the next few days due to the preexisting schedules Customer cancel the move We sincerely regret the services requested did not occur, no refund to be granted

The information remains the same the driver has been routed He will call the customer hrs prior to arriving The information has been relayed several times to the customer

We do apologize for all inconveniences; the customer in question is not entitled to a refundOperational procedures were in place, in accordance to the company records customer cancel the day of the scheduledpickup As part of the initial booking the customer was provided the terms and conditions of the moving estimate signedagreeing to the terms and conditions dated 4/18/ No refund will be issued

We deeply regret any inconveniences that have occurred The customer made a reservation with our office to be relocated from MI – to – CA The reservation was confirmed with our office on October 4, Customer requested to be serviced within two – days Within the guidelines of Department of Transportation any move going over a thousand miles usually takes five to seven business days to complete the routing However; to accommodate the customer we were able to request the assistance of our agent [redacted] to get the items of the customer picked up due to the urgency of the requested dates It was explained to the customer due to the distance she was traveling it we would assigned one of our long distance drivers to complete the request We are working dignity to have the move and or relocation completed It is by ways no intention to have shipments delayed The customer will be compensated for the delays We offer our sincere apology

We do apologize for the inconveniences; our agent Best PriceMoving is on of the best companies in the industry Prior to loading their foreman explained the possibilityof their being additional weight A revisedestimate was provided to the customer, the customer signed agreeing to the revisionAs a good faith measurement a reweighwill be ordered The conditions of there-weight the customer themselves must meet the drives at the weight stationnear their home; a heavy weight of the items is obtained Everyone proceeds to the resident the shipmentis then off loaded, and everyone returns to the original weight stationobtaining the left weight This is the verificationprocess of verifying the weight, the customer must attend the process, if notit becomes invalid According to the office of Best Price copes ofthe weights tickets will be a part of the delivery documents, copes will alsobe emailed to the customer as requested

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: USA Moving Group has provided no apology to me, no explanation for the delay, and no assurance of when the delivery will be accomplishedWhat communication I get via their customer service is vague and changingTheir contract says they must deliver within days (although originally I was verbally told they expected it to take 4-days)Then they told me the delivery should be by Oct17, which happened to be approxdaysNow they are saying the delivery is not late, because they only count business days(and the word "business" in not in the contract)So I still have no positive indication of when our goods will be receivedAnd when I asked to file a claim, they sent me a form that requires me to sign away any rights to hold USA Moving Group responsible for any loss or damage to property in order to submit it Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted the business several times to let them know that the refund was not processedI received a new credit card number which could have slowed the refund due to the card number changeMy phone calls were not taken and messages were not returnedMy husband received a message to contact [redacted] in regards to the refundEven with the direct number, I was still unable to talk to him in personI finally managed to speak with him, giving him the new card number [redacted] said that he would "walk this information over to accounting right now." That conversation happened over weeks ago and there hasn't been any activity in my account to suggest the refund was even attempted Regards, [redacted]
