***’s residence and serviced her merchandise back to its manufactures standards. On 07/08/2012, Ms*** purchased the 9-piece Chateau Emillion dining room set This merchandise was delivered to Ms***’s residence on 05/19/Ms*** also purchased the 7-year Fabric Protection Warranty which covers any accidental burns, rips, tears or stains reported within
days of the occurrence.I have attached a copy of Ms***’s Limited Lifetime warranty for further review Under the section “Finish” it states; American Signature, Incwarrants to the original purchaser for one year, the finishes on all American Signature furniture to be free from manufacturer’s defects On 03/21/2014, Ms*** called and spoke with Store Personnel regarding a scratch she had on her table top At this time, Ms*** was advised that the scratches were not covered under her Limited Lifetime Warranty by the Store.On 06/01/2015, Ms*** contacted Store Personnel again regarding the finish on her table top Ms*** was again advised that damaged done within the residence is not covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty On 07/14/2015, Ms*** advised Store Personnel that the table was peeling from being washed as instructed Unfortunately, Ms***’s table finish warranty expired in 2013.After speaking with the General Manager, Ms*** had never reported fingernail polish remover to the store when explaining that the table was peeling Under the section “What These Warranties Do Not Cover” it states; defects incurred from spills, abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents Damage from any type of chemicals or dyes (including but not limited to food, dyes, bleach and ammonia) are not covered Unfortunately, the chemical may have damaged the table and these damages are not covered under the warrantyI apologize that we will be unable to repair or return Ms***’s table due to non-manufacturer issues and the timeframe in which the damages were reported

In researching this complaint, we discovered American Signature Furniture picked up the sectional from Mr*** on February 07, Mr*** was then refunded his total purchase price on February 15, Therefore, we consider this matter closed We apologize for any inconvenience Ms*** may have experienced.
