On 04/10/2014, Ms*** purchased the October Brown 2-piece livingroom set This merchandise was delivered to Ms***’s residence on 04/11/2014.Unfortunately, discoloration is not considered a manufacturer defect by the manufacturer and will not be covered under the 1-year warranty,
which expired on 04/11/ Additionally, any product not recommended by the manufacturer specifically for the merchandise may not be used as it may further damage the product and/or void the warranty.However, in the interest of customer service, the General Manager has agreed to allow Ms*** to return the merchandise for a prorated in-store credit of $plus tax Ms*** will need to go to the store to choose replacement merchandise and arrange the exchange Ms*** will be responsible for paying the difference and for any extended warranties desired.I apologize for any inconvenience Ms*** may have experienced If Ms*** has any further questions or concerns she may contact me direct

I was promised that this would be fixed or they would be replaced! $is gonna do anything the couches are broke I would like them replaced I was sent to the warranty company months ago and still cannot get them fixed or replaced I keep being ignored! I am vary unhappy with this because I’ve been trying for months and months to get this resolved and have been treated with such disrespectI payed for a warrant to get the FIX OR REPLACED if broke if I was told at the beginning it wasn’t gonna happen I would have never to to this company for the couches!

First of all items were picked up at same timeAlthough my complaint was pass the one year warranty for the recliner purchase it was not for first purchase when it came apartWhile it was not part of this complaint I feel this clearly shows this is poor quality merchandise regardless of warranty or priceI will not consider buying anything from this store until this matter is resolvedThe only resolution to this situation will be total replacement of the recliner

Mr*** was directed to contact Uniters to reinstate the claim so that a service technician can visit his residence to properly service the furnitureAccording to Uniters, correspondence has been mailed to Mr*** regarding the status of his claimIn the correspondence, it is said to state that he would have needed to respond within days in order to re-open the claimSince that time has lapsed, while he can still file claims, he will not be able to receive service on the chaise portion of his furniture until the issue that was not addressed is repaired. company was denied due to peeling, since the warranty company doesn’t cover peeling, he was asked to send over pictures so that we can verify the peeling, and offer him an in store credit, and the pictures were never received. On 03/08/2012, Mr*** purchased the Grove Park Mocha sofa and the 7-piece Vero king bedroom set This merchandise was delivered to Mr***’s residence on 4/14/ Mr*** also purchased the 7-year Fabric Protection warranty as well as the 3-year Extended Protection
Plan.On 1/4/2016, Mr*** contacted our Customer Care Team and advised that the frame has broken on the sofa Unfortunately, Mr*** does not have a limited lifetime warranty and structural damages covered under the 3-year Extended Protection Plan had expired on 4/14/ I apologize for any inconvenience Mr*** may have experienced and understand his frustrations Mr***’s warranty has expired in regards to structural damage and is no longer serviceable However, Mr*** still is eligible to file a claim under his Fabric Protection Warranty
