I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, I agree with their decision to pick up the furniture and give me a full refund The furniture was picked up as per their response I still have not received a refund to my credit accountAlthough the furniture agreement was in MS***s name it was my credit card used which is why I filed the complaint

it was unacceptable for me to wait until May 26, until a service tech to come to my houseConsidering the length of time I have been dealing with this matter with Value City, the service tech should have schedule the appointment for Monday, May 23, 2016. As such, I installed the chair leg myself. I am done with Value City and their poor service. yet AGAIN, I seem to saying the same thing over & over......this is the 2nd time I have purchased living room furniture from Value City and have workmanship issues.....they already issued me store credit & I purchased this set of furniture April 2015. I do not want their crappie furniture.....I want them to pick up their furniture & give me credit on my Value City credit card. I will NEVER purchase furniture from them again. I want my account credited for the furniture as previously stated and they can keep their furniture.Why do I have to keep dealing with them. times in less than year I have had problems and they insist on their store credit which forces me to purchase yet again. This is a never-ending circle of displeasure on my end. This furniture that is defective as well replaced defective workmanship furniture in less than year

Service Plan warranty is not an insurance contract as stated in the attached document I have provided for reference In the section “Exclusions” it states that this warranty does not cover acts of nature such as fire, lightening, flood, earthquake, wind or weather Additionally, this Service Plan does not cover any or all pre-existing conditions or consequential damage While we understand Ms***’s frustrations in this time of devastation, Ms***’s damages are not covered under the Extended Protection Plan warranty and we have recommended that she contact her Insurance company regarding damages If Ms*** has any further questions or concerns she may contact me direct
