I am rejecting this response because:
There is a discrepancy between payment made to Swift Funds. Attached is a copy from my bank showing an e-check payment to SWIFT FUNDS FINANCIAL SERVICES in the amount of 653.69 clearing my account on 9/17/15. Payment was made, contrary to what is being stated by VASA. Also attached is the requested proof of residence from Prime Property Management of my residential lease agreement showing residence in Ogden Utah from 08/01/2013 forward.
Furthermore, I am confused by the cancellation fee in which reference is being made to. I was a month-to-month member at the time I cancelled (January 2014) and cancellation fees should not apply to my membership status at this time. Those fees are stated to only be required of those members who are "under contract" wishing to terminate services before contract end date, ie. early termination fees. I was not under contract during time of cancellation so am curious as to why I am required to pay $100 cancellation fee. I would expect a full repayment of 653.69 at this time. I have provided proper documentation and wish for this to be taken care of in a respectful, professional and timely manner. Thank you kindly in advance.

I have attached a response from Prime Property Management stating that you can call to verify that I was living in their unit from August 2013 - May 2014, which validates the Jan 2014 move date in question. Their contact information is enclosed in that attached email. I have also attached a receipt directly from Swift Funds Financial Services, again confirming payment to them in full. I would expect no further delays in obtaining reimbursement and appreciate your efforts in advance.

[redacted],  Thank you for providing her information, the terms of cancellation are a 30 days notice in writing. I am unable to locate any previous request for cancellation prior to Tuesday 1/16/18. The account shows it was being used until 4/28/16 and in February we had a conversation over the phone  with Chari on 2/19/16 at which point the past due balance was paid and billing was updated with us. As a courtesy we can close the account effective today and refund the last 2 charges for a total of $80.11. We will not be able to refund any payments beyond this unless a previous proof of requested cancellation can be provided. Please confirm the address to which we can send the refund check to. Let me know if you have any questions.

not based off usage with a specific trainer. We are happy to get you setup with a new trainer if you are unhappy with the current trainer you have been using sessions with. Currently you have 2 credits available to you that one of our certified trainers would be happy to deliver as agreed to in the signed agreement. We are not able to cancel this account, you will need to follow the terms of cancellation as stated in the signed agreement. As a courtesy we would happy to place the billing on a 2 month hold to give you time to find someone to take over the agreement. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Our memberships are not a term agreement but they are a month to month, the payments do not stop billing until we recive a written notice. It does look like your are 4 months into your agreement the cancel process is a 30 day written notice with a $25 cancellation fee, however if the account is past...

due this does need to be brought current before the process has been completed. There is a $25 return fee for each monthly payment that does not clear. As a resolve if you pay the $93.37 we will cancel your agreement.?

The account was closed with the collection agency so we could continue with the resolve through our office on 6/29/17. I have reached out to...

the collection agency and they stated if they receive checks for closed accounts they shred these checks because they are not able to process them.To finalize the closure of the account you will need to mail a check here to our office at the VASA corporate office 1259 S 800 E Orem, Utah 84097. Once our office has received the $72.96 the balance will be resolved and the account will be closed. Please let me know if you have any questions.
