I'm a little confused on the wording of the resolution. From what I understand, they say that they will give 6 months membership. If that's the case, I do accept. How do I go about dealing with reinstating my gym membership?

This does include the yearly fee & enrollment fee charged at the point of sale when joining. personal training agreement you signed does state the terms of cancellation while in contract involve providing a proof of relocation or finding someone to transfer the agreement to both involve a $100.00 fee for processing. As a courtesy we will process the cancellation of your membership with no further billing. We will also cancel the personal training with the receipt of the $100.00 cancellation fee waiving the proof of relocation portion.  You can make this payment with our office by calling 801-426-8644 extension 3 or confirming through this message that we can process the fee to the billing on file. I am so sorry you had this experience recently, we are happy to give you back what you paid and did not use. We can post a credit of two months and after this that agreement can either be reinstated or it will just stay cancelled.
