Our billing company processes retry payments through out the month to bring delinquent accounts current, this did include the full balance owing as of 5/19/17. But I have to say I don't remember having Alex resolve my concern. I don't want to cause more problems, but I want to know if that means they are waiving the fee or if I am still expected to pay? That part wasn't clear in their email

I'm a little confused on the wording of the resolution. From what I understand, they say that they will give 6 months membership. If that's the case, I do accept. How do I go about dealing with reinstating my gym membership?

why are you still being billed. Based off your usage you have used it in the month of June, we will process the cancellation today 8/2/16. We will refund Julys monthly payment and the rate guarantee fee, but subtract the $25 cancellation fee that was not paid. personal training agreement you signed does state the terms of cancellation while in contract involve providing a proof of relocation or finding someone to transfer the agreement to both involve a $100.00 fee for processing. As a courtesy we will process the cancellation of your membership with no further billing. We will also cancel the personal training with the receipt of the $100.00 cancellation fee waiving the proof of relocation portion.  You can make this payment with our office by calling 801-426-8644 extension 3 or confirming through this message that we can process the fee to the billing on file. The personal training agreement will not be able to be canceled until this has been received. Please let me know if you have any questions.

that's fine that the money is owed I'm mostly upset that it was sent to collections before I could resolve this directly with you.

I am so sorry you had this experience recently, we are happy to give you back what you paid and did not use. We can post a credit of two months and after this that agreement can either be reinstated or it will just stay cancelled.

rate guarantee fee, all of our memberships include this annual fee. All of our advertising does include a statement saying additional fees may applicable. This does include the yearly fee & enrollment fee charged at the point of sale when joining. As a courtesy we would be happy to waive the yearly rate guarantee fee as a one time courtesy for 2018, in the future if you are still a member this fee will apply. is not something that VASA did on purpose to receive more money from you. I do show that the $25 return fee was waived so you were not billed this. The membership will cancel 5/25/16.
