The cancel fee was paid and the fitness membership was cancelled. The personal training agreement is separate this agreement was for 12 month term. To cancel the personal training the member need to follow the cancellation process, relocation or transfer with $100 cancellation fee. I have...

Although the intend to purchase the member was made, we feel at this point it would be best if we meet in the middle and refund 1 of the payments of $34.16 waive the $25.00 cancel fee and 30 days notice. Your membership will cancel 3/27/17.

Looking at the agreement it is showing there would be a $100 cancellation fee. as a courtesy the rep had waived it to $75 with your proof of relocation. There was not violation of the agreement and the rep. did try and help and resolve. ?

I am rejecting this response because: I signed electronically and the fee was not visably disclosed. Moreover, the representative lied to me when he said that there will be no cost other than the monthly fee. This is commonplace at VASA Fitness notwithstanding their statement otherwise. This is why VASA has a low Revdex.com rating. It is why Paramount Acceptance has a 94% negative rating. Open your eyes and see the clear evidence that your customers are being mislead just as VASA Fitness continues to lie to the Revdex.com about its disreputable business practices.

I apologize we could not come up with a resolve, we show you did pay for April and May. I do show you did use the services in June but have not paid for those services rendered. The $22.96 would need to be paid, once this is done we will process your cancellation.

The membership was purchase on April 3, 2015 and charged $42.49. If a 30-day cancel was given in April another payment and cancel fee of $25 would have been owed.  We do not have anything on file showing the cancelso we notified the club and they remembered the cancel and did not inform you...

correctly on the fee. So, since the monthly due would have been owed and the cancel fee was not communicated we have gone ahead and requested a refund from the billing company back to your card for the June 3 payment of $[redacted]. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: It is not ok for a manager to Misrepresent the Contract and then have a customer sign the agreement. Change these Shady Business tactics. I rather spend my money elsewhere. Vasa Fitness can take my $25 but Vasa Fitness image is coming to surface with these type of practices.
