The account was never inherited the ownership of Golds Gym did not change this was a re branding from Golds Gym to VASA Fitness and ownership stayed the same. The membership was never cancelled and reactivated on our end. The account was active due to no request of cancellation received. The account went past due 4/25/2014 at this time calls and emails were sent to the information provided to us multiple times a month until the account was sent to collections due to lack of resolve with the multiple attempts made to resolve. We have no record of any type of request provided to process a cancellation or an intent to cancel this account. This will need to be disputed with the collection agency.

Comparing the signature on the waiver signed on the fitness agreement and the co ver on the personal training look similar. If you are not wanting the personal training agreement anymore you do have the option of a transfer. The $100 transfer fee will be waived.?

I am rejecting this response becauseThere was no prompt after the survey. When I finished it just went to a blank screen, only after I emailed again after doing the survey did someone tell me I had to pay all this money. And during the initial sign up no one told me about the cancellation fee. That is false advertising.

We have confirmed 3 different times with VASA Administration that the amount sent to the collection agency was 152.03 and they are charging us $313. That is more than 100% mark up.

We do show a conversation with our office 11/20/14 regarding a cancellation, but we did not receive any type of notification to finish the cancellation process. Our billing company then called 3/18/15, member was made aware membership was still active and had owing payments, member indicated he...

would contact Vasa and ended the call with Paramount. We did not hear from the member again till 8/13/15. Notes do indicate our billing company did try to make contact multiple times, before the agreement was assigned to an outside collection agency.  The cancellation process was not completed both times, member was in contact with  Vasa or Paramount. Member will need to contact Swift at [redacted] regarding the debit.
