I followed up with Fran and provided the information she needed. Her response to part of the problem is the phone needs to be rooted, which all advertisements said was not necessary. As to the other issues, she was going to escalate it to her IT department and get back to me within one business day. that was on March [redacted] and I still have not received a response. In response to the refund policy provide by Highster Mobile and as a rebuttal to my complaint:The link provided is not navigable by the home page of your website. This is clearly deceptive on the part of Hyster Mobile.  Attached is the link is what I was presented when purchasing the product. [redacted] It clearly says - " [redacted]

I contacted customer service within the 30 day because I was unsatisfied with the product. As a result of that discussion I was told that my refund would be processed and shortly thereafter I received confirmation to that fact indicating to allow 3-5 day to appear in my account. Attached is a copy of the e-mail confirmation from Hyster Mobile - Ada T[redacted]  (file name: Xfinity Connect.PDF).  Hyster should honor the terms of the sale based on the guarantee terms provided at the point of sale as well as the e-mail confirmation that refund would appear in my account in 3-5 business days.

 I received the response from ILF Mobile Apps.  Their response is a blatant lie.  I forwarded my email to [redacted] at the Revdex.com the email chain where you can clearly see the link still has not been clicked or activated, as well as the response from ILF.  Please let me know any next steps you would like me to make.  I also attached the email chain to this message.  Thank you.

 I attempted to receive refund before I used the software. Then after the denial used the software to have it only work for a day or 2. So it seems I have every right to be unsatisfied.

I'm sorry to hear that you refuse toaddress my complaint and generally have just copy pasted your first response.Not a word concerning my accusation! Your claim that I installed yoursoftware and used it, insinuates that it worked and it didn’t. Do you have a refund policy in place,which makes it possible to get one, or not? I stick with my claim that its a scam.You start by saying that you can get arefund when you are not satisfied. I AM NOT. you have knowledge that fact twice yourself. I repeat, you have shut yourrefund policy pretty tight, which is misleading to your customers and willnever hold up.I say this again, I will fight this tooth and nail, through the American justice system or through the [redacted] If I have too. “We remind you that orders for [redacted] are processed by Avangate BV as the authorized vendor of ILF Mobile Apps Corp. products.”  I will have to assume that you are unwilling to address my accusation nor give me a refund when you fall into repetition of your previous two responses. In that case, I will have to escalate this to the courts. To be very clear, I'm not interested in working with your help desk or anything in that direction, cause that has been tried and failed.
