On August [redacted] at 11:31 ADT, Ada Thompson sent me an email which stated that my request had been submitted to the refund department and depending on my bank I should receive a refund in 3-5 day. I installed the software but never used it because it did not work as suggested. I was in contact with the company as soon as I identified that it wasn't working properly and patiently walked through the process with customer support. After no success I began to feel like this product was nothing more then a scam. There product does not work and it's not because of any error on my own. Downloading software and using it is two very different things. Part of the process is to download the the software so without doing so I would not know if it worked or not. I also remember reading that you would be refunded if you were not completely satisfied which I made very clear that I was not.

Three persons from ILF Mobile Apps have emailed me and began the message with the same line"[redacted]".At first they wanted me to trouble shoot and not they are say that I do not have the latest version of the software. The software was only recently purchased and only worked for 4 or 5 days,  if it has been changed or updated then I should not have been sold the software that was not
 fully functional. I have requested a refund three times and I keep getting the same line. I do not have time to trouble shoot or uninstall, wait 48 hours then reinstall the latest software because the product did not perform after my first purchase. I am   NOT satisfied because it did not work as it should or as advertised. I want ILF Mobile Apps to REFUND my $69.99. I feel SCAMMED!!!!! All my email communications are available if needed for review
