I asked for a refund. I have tried to work with their support and do my own troubleshooting. In their disclaimer they write: "Device requirements: Physical access to the target phone for approximately 2-3 minutes is required." I already spent hours with the target phone. They are NOT selling ebooks so they can halt service at anytime. I want to proof that ILF Mobile Apps doesn't stand behind their product, hence their refund policy.   They totally ignore my accusation that [redacted] REFUND POLICY is a SCAM. Their is not 1 instance in which a customer has the possibility to get a refund. I checked all scenarios I could think of but they nailed that pretty shut, THERE IS NOT! I would be interested in them naming 1.How is that doing fair trade?

As I stated in my complaint. I DO NOT need help from your tech support with installation. All I need is one simple piece of information which is the current address of the repo containing the software. I have "Reached Out" to your support department many times in the past and everytime they have been useless and the only solutions they have are the same old standard vanilla answers that have either already been tried or have no relavence to the issue. Also as I stated I have been in computer repair for 30 years and was an electronics tech before that. I know how to install an app on a phone, but without being able to access the resource containing the app said app cannot be installed. And instead of complying with my very simple request I am again given the run around and said information is withheld from me. If I was to except this response then the case would be closed and would still get no help from your tech support leaving me with nothing except a $69 hole in my wallet.

The program worked sporadically for 16 days during which time I performed every update or reinstall that the company suggested and still the program did not work. I do not believe 16 days of sporadic service is worth $69.95. What kind of company does not stand behind its product? The only help offered by the company was to uninstall and reinstall or update the software. I do not want to discuss anything else with ILF Mobile other than my refund. This company had many bad reviews most of which are the same problems I have had and they never received a solution to the ongoing problems

I tried to login several times and got this error:type Status reportmessagedescription The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request.Apache Tomcat/7.0.67I did finally get in and saw a few received text messages but not nearly all of them and there were no sent text messages. There were also no photo's or video and I checked the phone itself and it has several photo's and a video's on it. It also doesn't show any social media like [redacted], etc.This software is obviously not working like it should: It took 24 days to get a few text messages to show. This is not even close to what is promised by your website. It's supposed to have browser history, social networking logs, and many more).Because of this I would like to have a full refund.Thanks,[redacted]
