I ordered a Vizio 24" Smart TV (D24h-E1) from Vizio.com on Monday, November 27, (Cyber Monday) The purchase price was 119.99+tax, which is a discount of $ On Thursday, December 14, 2017, the order was still marked as "Processing" on my Vizio account, so I contacted Customer Service through the chat feature at which time they told me the order had been sent back for review, they would submit a claim for me, and I would hear back in 1-business days On Tuesday, December 19, 2017, I reached out again through the chat feature at which point they told me the order had timed out and been cancelled - no further information was availableAt this point I was told if I wanted the TV, I would have to purchase it again on their website at the current price of 139.99+tax and delivery would take another 7-business days At this point I requested a manager call me and he gave me more informationThe order had been flagged as potentially fraudulent so it had be sent back for review
I got model E5001-band it went out only had this TV for less then two years

I bought a brand new M501d-A2R (50" 3D/Smart TV) on May 28, from Best Buy in Towson, MD for $On 1/24/16, the screen went black and the TV no longer functions at allThis is a common issue, according to many other online reviews & complaintsI contacted Vizio, and they refuse to provide any repair or replacement services since the year Manufacturer's Warranty has expiredI understand that the warranty period may have lapsed, but I also believe that a TV that costs over $should operate as intended for more than monthsWhile it's very unfortunate that Vizio has chosen to ignore what is clearly a common and costly issue, I wanted to provide this info so others can be aware of the risks involved when purchasing a Vizio TV
Vizio is fully aware of an issue with some models where the picture goes out, but there's no soundThey are doing nothing about it

I brought a Vizio television on 04/16/from a local ***On 08/25/I turned on my television and the screen was distortedI contacted Vizio and *** immediatelyAdditionally, I followed the process for submitting the needed documents to VizioHowever, it was determined that they can't compensate me for my televisionAs a consumer I received a faulty television and neither Vizio or *** want to compensate me for this television that is barely months old and I paid $for itBoth representatives form each company have been very insensitive to my concerns, and loss of moneyIn fact, when I spoke to the Vizio rephe indicated "it would cost more to repair the television and I should purchase a new one"As a consumer I just lost $in the purchase of a faulty Vizio televisionI also, spoke to the Vizio repabout the possibility of the television being mishandled or damaged prior to my purchaseThe rep at Vizio responded " that could be the case, how
I bought my husband a inch Vizio TV in march of In September the TV wouldn't come on it was flickering on an off I called Vizio they sent someone out to put in a new board well that didn't work so I than had to wait another days for them to bring us a new TV so they bought it out an here we are in Novand I'm having the same issue with the TV they just brought out so I call them an tell them this is ridiculously I shouldn't have to keep waiting for a tv that I've already paid for so now they are sending another tv I told them they needed to give me a different tv bc I keep having problems out of there inch an I shouldn't have to keep going threw this but the supervisor refused to help get me a different tv than I havei even told them they could take me down in size but that I couldn't lose to many inches the supervisor I spoke to was extremely rude an just kept saying that is why I have a warranty I said I understand that but I shouldn't have to keep waiting on you all to send me a new TV when it hasn't even been a yr an this will be the 3rd time of us getting a replacement tv it's bull I am very displeased an will defer everyone I know away from Vizio oh an here another catcher they told my husband on the phone that we only had a day warranty with the TV they are bringing out this time it is Novan my warranty for the tv I brought in March was supposed to last until March 30th so how is that fair to me that now my warranty goes out in Jan.2018?? In January I purchased a inch series -E smart TV, today upon moving back to my parentsMoved the dresser to put the tv on I had moved it (gently) to the floor with carpet then when we got the dresser where we wanted it (minutes max) the tv was picked up and placed (“gently”)back onto the new standPlugging in the wires/cables I go to turn the TV on and I see those weird colored lines and then I hear a loud Pop!! I am thinking what the blank just happenedas the tv had no cracks externally I call the warranty of the store I purchased fromwell they “couldn’t” help me so I called Vizio here and they were the rudest people! I literally told the girl what happened and she accuses me of damaging the tvI get it accidents happen but this was no accident I’m not sure how that would have even happenedespecially the loud pop coming from insideAll kinds of lined up and down all crazy patternsI originally asked to speak to a supervisor or manager upon the callThe lady neg

Well where to begin? Vizio is crap, that’s a solid startAt some point they realized the basic remote used with the smartcast app on your phone was not a good idea and sent customers a “better” remote so that all functions could be handled without the phoneOk good! Yea not so muchThe remote literally falls apart if you place it on a surface, the battery cover falls off, and after a couple weeks now there are some loose things rattling around inside preventing the case to close and latch and giving the remote a mind of its own when trying to control the tvNow any good company that sent you this remote to replace a lackluster product, would not hesitate to send you another one to replace, if the item you never asked for broke at no fault of your ownNope not Vizio! Buy a new one they say, you’re out of warranty, we don’t care about our consumers, in more words or lessI will never buy a product from them againStick to Samsung, or Sony for home entertainementVizio should close up shop and reevaluate their company as a wholeI wish there was an option to pick zero starsThey truly don’t even deserve the one
Poor product quality and even worse customer service I will never buy another Vizio product again I bought a Vizio smart TV November 2013, and it stopped working within the first week I received it When I called Vizio, they replaced the TV with another model However, the replacement model has also stopped working (year and months later.)When I called customer support I was told that because the product was out of warranty there was nothing they could do and I would have to buy another TV Customer support made zero effort to resolve this situation This was a very disappointing experience to say the least
Owning a 480iBfor prox 3years the picture would not come on but had soundFor a while I smacked the back of flat screen and it would come backFinally quit yesterdayhaving looked up problems on You Tube and having electronics background was able to re solder the offending pins on the connection point as shownAlso fixed wifi problem by reseating a small circuit board loosened by pounding tv to get picture to work
Vizio customer service was absolutely useless! If not for that guy on youtube I would have a useless expensive piece of trash that didn't measure up to quality standards
