After ten months my Vizio E-model started having the power issues It would turn on - the main logo appeared and then no power I called the Customer Service line They have some alleged power cycle process that they allege will fix the problem It doesn't It's their version of blowing on *** cartridges The TV will power up only cause of it's not completely dead yet But it is only a matter of time And luckily for me - just days before my 1-year warranty expired the TV did I called the Customer Service line They started in with their alleged power cycle process againI said nah - we are past that They offered up the TV repairman option days later the tv repairman comes - says 99% of the time the powerboard replacement will work It didnt I get a call from Vizio two days later And here's the scheme - no refund They will send a 'recertified' tv same model/year If that fails in days they send another And if that fails in days they then offer a monetary refund They do not stand by their products They know full well the first time a customer calls the service line the tv is gonna fail irreparably And they will not offer any service until complete failure Never again I asked a *** *** sales rep about Vizio's reliability He says he tells customers that if they really want a Vizio to take the money they are saving on it and use it on the extended warranty

BRAND NEW LED TV INCH VIZIO NOT WORKING AND ONLY BOUGHT IT END OF LAST YEAR

I have a year old vizio led tv that inputs no longer work in, suffice to say I call vizio willing to pay for repairs and they refuse to fix my tv, and are only willing to give me a 3rd party repair company, first of all you cant only work with one company to fix your devices not only is that bad business but thats also an easy way to price gouge your customers 2nd why dont you fix tvs out of warranty? no one is asking for free seems very suspect and shady business practiices and should be investigated

I Purchased a soundbar from *** several months agoupon bringing it home and hooking it up the soundbar did not function properly and would constantly disconnect itself from the TV and then connect again causing the sound to cut in and outI called vizio to remedy the problemafter much trouble shooting they determined that it needed replacedthey sent me a replacement of the same model which ended up having the same issuethe then sent someone out to change the components in my TVstill didn't fix the problemOn my next call to Vizio it was suggested to me that maybe we try a different model, they just wanted me to do some more trouble shooting firstthis is where the real complaint comes incall after call I would be told the same thing, "do this one last thing and then we will send you a different model"I can't even recall how many HOURS I have spent on the phone with them with ZERO outcomewhen I finally demanded that I stop getting the run around and that they send

On January I began to have an issue with my Vizio television that I purchased from Best Buy in April After going through the proper channels I received an appointment for a warranty repair to the TV through their third party repair serviceI was given a customer service request number of *** and the appointment was scheduled for the following weekAfter receiving my appointment date and time which fell on one of my work days, I took a vacation day to meet the repairmanThe afternoon of my appointment I received a call from the repairman saying that they parts did not come in in time to fix the TV, which I later found out that they were never orderedAfter contacting the company service company and Vizio multiple times I was assured that they would work with me and they were able to set up an appointment for the following WednesdayKnowing the issue I had the first time around I called the repair company the day prior and learned that the parts were still not

I got a tv months ago and we used it a few times and one day we turned it on and it had color lines on it so we sent photos to them and they say its a internal problem so they say the one year warranty wont work I didn't break it I got it for dollars I know that's not a lot of money but it is to us

We have received a recertified tv

This is a customer service issue and product issuePurchased for the first time one of your products for a new condo I just moved intoWe opened box yesterday and realized we couldn't locate the support stands for the TVI located the bag with four screws and checked the entire boxContacted customer support which I thought would help me but instead was hit with some hidden policy in regards to the TV must have been purchased within days to send out missing partsThey even accused me of purchasing an open box and I advised it was newHowever, humans do make mistakes and maybe the items weren't packed in the boxDon't appreciate being called a liar My complaint number is *** and receipt is attached to the complaint
