Well where to begin? Vizio is crap, that’s a solid startAt some point they realized the basic remote used with the smartcast app on your phone was not a good idea and sent customers a “better” remote so that all functions could be handled without the phoneOk good! Yea not so muchThe remote literally falls apart if you place it on a surface, the battery cover falls off, and after a couple weeks now there are some loose things rattling around inside preventing the case to close and latch and giving the remote a mind of its own when trying to control the tvNow any good company that sent you this remote to replace a lackluster product, would not hesitate to send you another one to replace, if the item you never asked for broke at no fault of your ownNope not Vizio! Buy a new one they say, you’re out of warranty, we don’t care about our consumers, in more words or lessI will never buy a product from them againStick to Samsung, or Sony for home entertainementVizio should close up shop and reevaluate their company as a wholeI wish there was an option to pick zero starsThey truly don’t even deserve the one

In the interest of providing customer satisfaction VIZIO did offer to perform a split cost repair for the customer, which the customer accepted, however, our repair company has indicated after inspecting the VIZIO product that the product may not be repairable. VIZIO would therefore like to offer this customer a discount on a replacement VIZIO product. Please ask the customer to contact VIZIO’s
customer service department so that we can make this offer to the customer

Poor product quality and even worse customer service I will never buy another Vizio product again I bought a Vizio smart TV November 2013, and it stopped working within the first week I received it When I called Vizio, they replaced the TV with another model However, the replacement model has also stopped working (year and months later.)When I called customer support I was told that because the product was out of warranty there was nothing they could do and I would have to buy another TV Customer support made zero effort to resolve this situation This was a very disappointing experience to say the least

I bought a Vizio smart TV just two short years ago, when it stopped connecting to the internet properlyI contacted customer service a few times and got my issue resolvedThis last time I was told I couldn't be helped, when I asked if they would replace my productI was met with very negative response and how I shouldn't expect the TV to work for more than a couple of yearsI explained to them that there are companies that care about organic brand embassadors and that would replace the product if it was a known issue (google it, its well known)BUT instead of behaving like a companies that cared about their consumers experience with their product I was told they could give me a discount price on a new tvThanks but no thanks, the one I bought from you had a terribly short shelf life...why would I buy again? Especially knowing how you treat your consumersTherefore, I will never buy another Vizio product in my life and I urge you not to either

First, The unit in question is a sound bar remote and not a TV as listed by the Vizio representative
Considering *** is selling old out of warranty stock then I must ask what corrective action is being taken to prevent recurrence. The sound bar in question is on sale currently at *** and must be old stockHas Vizio requested *** to inspect the sounds bars and mark them as vintage stock out of warranty? How does a consumer determine the manufacturing date of the product?

I spent over $on their TV (M55-C2) and it only lasted two yearsIt has a pixel out on the screen horizontally, which is a know issue all over the internet
Worst customer experience that I ever had to endureAbsolutely no helpThe support is extremely frustrating from their phone rep & systemThey cannot hear (or so they say) due to it being so loud in their call centerRep also claimed that he supervisor is unavailable multiple times while waiting for themTheir rep laughed when I told her how disappointed I was in the product
My year old Vizio TV as a bad pixel line horizontally through the top portion of the screenThis almost lasted years and I advise to review all the reviews and choose another brand

I have a E701i-AVizio TV, which is less than year oldThe TV which costed a ridiculous amount of money now has two (2) horizontal lines through the display
I am having trouble getting a replacement
I called customer support and they were reluctant to help me at all
This is not my first rodeo with this company, before it was with a broken sound bar and after issuing me three (3) different replacements offered a lesser quality sound bar that did not have a wireless subwoofer to fix the problem

I will not accept Vizio's dismissal excuse. They do not help consumers and it is just too convenient tor them to use the out of warranty clause when I tried prior to this to get a solution to the problem

I purchased a Vizio Smart TV thru ***When I got the TV home and opened the box there were no operation or user manuals I contacted *** and they said that these manuals should have come in the box with the TVThey gave me a Vizio Tech Tel# and said if I called them that they would send me these missing itemsI called and spoke to a Techand he refused to send me the manuals that were supposed to come with the TVHe told me to look them up on line and read them or down load myselfI told him my printer was not working to well and just to mail them to meHe flatly refused againThe down load was over pages I want my manuals on how to use my smart TV that I was supposed to get in the first place anywayCould you please help me and tell them to send me these booklets The TV model is a Vizio E24-C Thanks

At what point does a transaction go from being difficult to being utterly ridiculous? My attempt to purchase a working a television from Vizio has reached this pointOn August 14th I purchased a VIZIO Inch LED Smart TV model D70-DHDTV for $including shipping and taxWhen I received the unit I unpacked it plugged it in it was non operational with just vertical linesI called on the 24th and received a case number and was sent a new unit and picked up the old unitWhen we unpacked the second unit and turned it on it too had vertical linesThe company repacked the second unit and sent it backI again had to contact the company and received another case # *** and it took over a week to ship from California and when I received this one it has a screen flawSo I would say that this has reached a point of ridiculousIt is over months since I purchased the TV, yet I still don’t have an operational unit and am waiting for a technician to come to my locat
